I got my new phone there a couple of months ago. There were two young ladies, I cant remember their names, but they were so helpful, helped me find the exact phone I was looking for. Tonight, I had a technical issue with my phone, and was in the neighborhood, stopped by, and Abraham very quickly helped me out, solved all my problems. Fantastic customer service. Im very impressed with them. They have my highest recommendation.

They pushed me to buy phones they not let you think wish phone is best for you they ask me all the time so you want this phone or not they not explain what the difference between phones they not even give me a paper receipt saying for covid reasons but they are able to tuch my money when I paid thanks.

I went to switch my family of 4 over from T-mobile because of bad service and I thought I could get better service with cricket. Came to the store in the Park N Shop and the store was locked with a sign that said the workers were at lunch. Very upset because I didn’t get to get my family’s phones turned on. They need to have more than one person working at once so they can stay open! Never coming back again! Won’t get my service! Horrible Experience and I never even walked in the store. Management needs to do better because this is unacceptable.

Store was clean, service was positive and honest. Overall it was easy and positive experience.

So, I went today at 5:45pm to try to pay my bill on the 1759 willow pass, and the guy there didn’t want to accept my bill. He said was closed. Not even was 6pm. Bad customer service.

If I could give a zero I would. My husband went in and spoke to Brian R. about purchasing a phone bc his phone was stolen. When he wasnt able to complete the transaction due to his card being used from the stolen phone, he said he couldnt refund the monies already taken off and he would lose $126.00 but still not have a phone or anything. Cricket just keep the money and not be able to refund him. THIS IS CALLED STEALING!!! How pitiful for cricket employees to resort to lying and stealing just to make a sale.
