I am so angry right now. We called the Concord store this morning because we were told from another store that they did not have a large stock of iPhones. We were assured by Ryan that this store had more than 2 in stock as long as we didnt care about the color. We told him that we did not care about the color. We drove 25 minutes to be told that its our fault because we didnt say that we wanted a certain color and the other employee sold all of them. Obviously, he did he not look at the inventory.I have been a US Cellular customer for 15 years.This truly makes me question why I stay. Ryan, you owe us an apology. I heard the entire conversation earlier and you just lied. Good luck in sales.

They always ensure I am 100% satisfied. Plus I have never seen people have so much fun at work! They are always in a great mood, smiling, and they always treat their customers like royalty. These are some of the reasons that I have been a U.S. Cellular customer for 10+ yrs. US Cell has excellent coverage, the best phones, and clearly some great employees! The wait is quick, if any, and the effort is always 1000%.

I purchased a new phone from here and was helped by a lovely person who I enjoyed, went in today to return an accessory that does not fit my phone and dealt with a very lazy and rude man that refused to get out of his seat to come over and help me. He then continued to be rude while processing my return treating me like I didnt understand how a return to a credit card worked! Really Im 40 honey not 20 even though I look it! Someone needs to go in there and do an overhaul of the lazy employees that cant be bothered to get up and help their clientele!! Since when is it acceptable to greet retail customers from a seat?! Its retail GET OFF YOUR BUTTS!!!!

9/10/2017 This review is on Autumn the Sales Manager:She was a delight to work with and diligently worked to get my phone number transferred over and my new phone up and running! I love it and the service has not failed me yet! Only been a couple days tho...so we shall see!9/14/17 This part is on the service: I can 100% say that I am NOT HAPPY with this service! It roams all the time when I am in my home area and I have updated the cell towers twice now! Dont think I will be staying with this shotty service that wont even send text messages when I am in my home area that I purchased the phone in! Phone is Great Service NOT SO MUCH!!!

Ive had some issues with other US cellular stores in the area but this store is top notch. The employees to above and beyond and I will take the longer trip to this store if I need help.
