Call them about my speaker on my IPhone being muffled and dirty. They told me to bring it in so they can look at it. They took my phone back and cleaned the speaker in for no charge in a matter of minutes. The place in the mall wanted to charge me 50 bucks without even looking at it! Too expensive. I wanted to replace the battery in my Samsung S8, and I found a replacement battery on Amazon for about 12 dollars. U Break I Fix will not use anyone elses battery, and the total cost for them to replace it was about 75 dollars.

Ive had 2 phones repaired here. Both were cracked screens after being dropped. When I get them back, they appeared worked and looked like I had just taken out of the box. They do fantastic work at a reasonable price. They offer appointments online and even insurance plans through asurion (if interested, no sales push).

I went in with an iPhone 11 repair they claimed they could fix. A small spot on the screen where the touch capabilities did not work. Was on the fence about getting repaired but was sold when the rep told me how they could defintaly fix it. One day later and the battery is no good, the iphone wont recognize it. Instead of not being able to press a few characters now I have to buy a new phone. The company didnt care at all, asked me to pay for a new battery and they would try that. I just wish they would of told me if it was a job they couldnt handle. Im never going back and I would be wrier to anyone taking an apple product in this store.

Im sure they do good work, but Ive been here twice for screen replacement, and both times I have actually saved money by replacing my phone instead. Im currently replacing my Pixel 4XL entirely for less money than they quoted me for screen replacement.

I was told to arrive before 5 for a warranty claim through assurion, I arrived at 4:45 and had to wait for a technician/cashier to come out and help 1 other person, he finally was able to help me and asked that I wait a min as he steps to the back. I stopped there to get some warranty work on my pixel 4xl battery, I was lied to on the spot they claimed that they need it to replace my lcd display before they could the warranty work paid by google. Replacing the battery would have cost me $300 and change. I did not have the money so I went back home ordered the battery on line and replace it myself in less than an hour, and I never had to even touch the lcd display to do the work. Dont be a victim to these crooks take your repairs elsewhere.

Brought in the phone and 3 minutes later they came out and noted the phone was fixed after removing lint (even though I tried at home) and there was no charge. I have never been more impressed than I was when interfacing with the staff at Ubreakifix in Concord, NC. I was having trouble with my Google Pixel XL, phantom things like slow charging, poor performance, battery drainage, and sought help to have it repaired. I called so many cell phone service shops, battery shops, etc and could not find any company other than Ubreakifix willing to work on the phone, because its really easy to crack the screen, and blah blah blah. Fantastic experience - for the SECOND time! This was my second time getting a phone fixed, and the technicians are excellent. This time, I thought my phone was broken, but the tech suggested the problem might be minor. He ended up fixing the phone in less than five minutes and got me back on my way. Theres nothing better than getting more than you expected for less, but that has been my experience both times.

This is the second time in two months that I have had to bring my laptop in to be serviced (two separate issues). The gentleman who greeted me and I had a conversation with was kind and honest, and provided me with every available information he could in a rational and straightforward way. I cracked my iPhone 6s screen back in July 2019 and the next day I took it to this place to get it fixed, after a week I started experiencing my phone was typing and opening random apps on its own. This wasn’t a issue even when my phone was damaged this only started happening after I have gotten it repaired. It didn’t happen often and it wasn’t bothering me at first because like I said it wasn’t a usual thing. But just recently in May 2020 my phone is not damaged I never had to get it fixed since then and the random app opening and typing has gotten way worse to where sometimes I can’t even use my phone. I wish back when I first started expirencing it I would’ve taken it back up there to have it looked at as a shouldn’t have to do in the first place but I guess my mistake. I’m disappointed in the service after experiencing this and having to pay over $100 to get it fixed in the first place it shouldn’t have had these problems. If you need your phone repaired get it done right by your phone provider instead of going to a third party repairer.

I had an unfortunate mishap at work with my iPhone 7+ hitting the ground face first. I went in the very next day to get it repaired and the guy who helped me was extremely nice, he was straightforward with me and gave me nothing but honesty and a job well done. What was estimated to be 45 minutes he finished in only 20 and for a reasonable price I got my phone back looking new as the day I bought it. This was literally the best customer service experience of my life, from now on I will only come to this place for my technology repair needs.

Fast process would use again

We paid almost $200 for a iPhone 11 screen repair. A few weeks later the phone started glitching like crazy. We took it in and they cant fix it because the screen has a surface scratch on it. You have to move it around to even see it. The scratch obviously didnt have anything to do with the poor work that was done but they are using that excuse to not back up their work.

My entire experience with this company was terrible, i brought my iphone X in to fix the screen which had not physically cracked, however the lcd was not working on certain spots. after i dropped my phone off, i came back in and the man at the front said hed go grab my phone from the back, which promted a conversation in the back end of the store which i heard in the entierety, they spoke about how my screen was not damaged, how the lcd cable that plugs in had just unplugged itself, and about how a new screen was not nessacary but theyd put one on it anyways. after this conversation he returns to charge me the $200 for the repair. I didnt have a problem with paying for it because after all they claimed to have put a new screen on, but its been less than a month since i got my phone screen fixed from them and my screen has never had the worst touch sensitivity, it will lock me out when its in my pocket and just yesterday i dropped it and the entire screen came apart from my phone, it wasnt even glued onto my screen. My phone now will not turn on, and all ubreakifix is offering is a reavaluation. I am very uhappy with my experience, they are the company you go to that sends you home with more damage purposfully so that in turn youll come back to pay for more.

I call them first ask if they would be able to fix my iPhone 7 since the LCD went out. They said i could bring it and see. And if they can’t fix no charge at all. But it was not bad price for the fix because i thought they won’t be able to save my phone but i got a call my phone is ready and screen works perfectly they save the day and my day. I took my computer in after making the mistake of spilling coffee on it! Casey assisted me and was knowledgeable and up front about what they may need to do and the costs, which I appreciated. I called Friday to find out what the charge would be to fix my LG g7. They had to order the part which 3 days to get because of the weekend but just as soon as they got the part they were able to fix it in under 2 hours, they were friendly and knowledgeable about their work. I would definitely go back in the future if needed. They were also 50 dollars cheaper than anyone else.

Am so pleased with uBreakiFix. Went to Verizon store this morning and they were telling me to go online and file claim and pay the $199.00 deductable. Well, I was referred to uBreakiFix and after Asurion insurance I have my phone back in a little over an hour, with new screen, frame and battery. My $30 copay is fine...
