I just called and stopped by this store. I thought my iPhone’s screen broke but when James came out of the store to check my phone, it was only the new screen protector that needed to be replaced! Because of James’ honesty, he saved me $105 and I only paid for the new phone’s protector. His customer service is a true 5 star service.

My phone’s power jack had been unreliable for some time. During quarantine and social distancing, it was getting so sketchy it would only work with 1 iPhone cord, and with that one it was 50/50 if it would charge and stay charging.The tech quoted me $66 for a new jack when I called. When I got there, he came to the passenger side of my car with mask and gloves on. He had me hand him the phone through the window and I put it on the disinfecting wipe in the palm of his hand.10 minutes later he brought the phone back, and told me his first step is a thorough cleaning before removing the existing jack, because often that’s all it takes.Lucky for me, his professional cleaning worked on my phone.He only charged $20 and that included disinfecting the phone before giving it back.

No nonsense repairs, you have an idea on the range of services based on the symptoms, quick communication via phone/text, showed up, one person in front of me (very short wait). Had a phone with a dead digitizer, confirmed it was the problem, repair done, phone booted and worked 100%. Ended up fixing a second phone I brought along for the ride, only added 10 minutes to the whole thing. Giving a 3 star because I was quoted $75 on the phone, then in the shop it turned into $85. Come to find out I was actually charged $93.79. Not cool! If youre going to quote a price that should be the price with tax included or advise the buyer the price quoted doesnt include fees and taxes. I would have gone to the other guy that was charging less. I feel a little scammed.

Responsive, fast, great price! Before finding the iPhone Doctor I had called a big outfit where after waiting on hold was only to be told no tech available id have to call back tomorrow and oh, if they didnt have parts, they could send my phone out and it would take 2 weeks..I found iPhone doctor doing a search - the reviews were great so I gave him a shot - so glad I did! Easy parking at this location and the vibe is mellow. Theres a fish tank and I swear I heard a water fountain. For sure theres a TV in the office space and a couple of magazines, because unless you bring a book, you wont know what to do without your phone.I arrived and there were 2 phones to be repaired ahead of mine. I decided to run a couple of errands. I was gone about 30 min, maaaybe 45. My phone was perfectly repaired when I returned. Would absolutely recommend and return here, myself.

My daughter totally destroyed the sreen on her iPhone 6 so I took it to my iPhone Dr. He was already working with a couple customers when I arrived, my daughters phone was fixed(no flaws) and I was gone within a hour. Good personality and great customer service. Excellent work for prices way less than expected. Office has waiting area equipped with a t.v., fish tank and comfortable seating. I would definitely recommend My iPhone Doctor for any repairs on any iPhone, iPad, iPod.
