Definitely would recommend coming by this dealership, they can workout the price for the vehicle you want and they’re very professional and efficient on what they do.
We went to purchase a used car at this dealership. We found that they were not willing to negotiate at all, unlike other experiences we have had previously. The sales manager was quite aggressive and looked down on us. The car we went to purchase was not very clean inside, we actually found dead insects! In all honesty, I cant recommend this location of this dealer.
Canceled my gap insurance and my mopar maintenance package. Got refund on gap, but have been waiting for almost 8 weeks for refund on mopar maintenance package. Rory at concord dodge tells me it’s been canceled. But offers no explanation of why I haven’t got paid.When I bought vehicle it only took a few minutes to pay for it.Why does a million dollar dealership group need to take 8 plus weeks to refund what they owe.
I always have my vehicle work done here and I have always been very satisfied. The last time they were booked solid for a couple of weeks for a transmission check, but when I explained my situation to my service tech, he got it done for me in a few days. Nice people!

If you own a Hyundai vehicle I suggest you take here for maintenance and service. If there is an issue with your car they will suss it out. The office and mechanic staff are outstanding. Highly recommend.
Fields like to much pressure to buy what they want to sell
One of the better car dealerships in the area. We began patronizing this location in October 1973, that means we’ve been customers for more than 46 years. We were newlyweds when I was transferred from the Midwest as a young manager with a Fortune 500 company. We’ve had five Fords and a Lincoln serviced here. They are exceptional compared with All Star Ford in Pittsburg.
Performed work as promised and on time. Friendly service staff! Waiting room could be a bit nicer, decor and lighting was a bit harsh. Good news is you dont really go there to hang out!
This is a GREAT place to work, my co-workers are AMAZING, feels like family here... and its close to home. My co-workers do great work, in a timely manner, our customers are super friendly.... couldnt ask for a better place to be employed at, hoping to retire from here :)

Theyre better than most the others i work with and i work with most of the dealers in Concord and Walnut Creek! Its always easy and pleasant at future!
Booker, the shuttle driver, went above and beyond- getting me to my vehicle and also expediting getting me into a loaner while service was being completed. Zack, the service manager was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was taken care of

So far Ive mostly just been here for recalls (2), but overall its been an okay experience. I thought one job in particular took longer than it should have, or at least longer than I thought when I dropped my truck off, but they provided a Lyft to get me where I needed to go, so in the end it didnt matter much. The repair work is definitely more experience than your local mechanic, but they do seem to stand by their work and make things right if you have a problem recur after they were supposed to have fixed it.

Ive had two experiences at Future Hyundai in Concord. The first was horrible. I was buying a new car and I was lied to. The salesperson tried to sell me a car that he knew was damaged and the sales manager was going along with it. Fortunately I inspected the car before signing the papers and walked away. The second experience was bringing my car there for service. It was very easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly. The work was done quickly. Everyone was very professional.
Sales people playing bate and switch,and when does not work to rip you off they just hide. Shame on you.if you need proof I can provide.

This was best visit this Ive had a positive outcome since purchasing my Lincoln MKX and previous service maintenance. I will say this My service advisor Michael has put me at ease and looking forward to my next service experience.He got me in and out as promised. He advised my of potential needs of service. When I explained I was aware of terms of my service contract he got input from he colleague whom pointed out a slight error and immediately corrected it.Additionally, there was an overlooked item in which he called down to find out it hadnt been done, Michael immediately took to task to correct it and not allow me to take possession of my vehicle until his service request was completed.My next scheduled appointment for follow up I look forward to Michael being my go-to service advisor!Thank you Michael!
Appartently all they care about is making sales rather than taking care of a customer that has purchased a car here. I wont buy here again. Because apparently all they care about is the next new customer

Ive been taking my car to this dealer for the last 4 years for scheduled maintenance. For three times I had to go back due to oil leak. And twice the tires were inflated to 41 PSI.
