Terrible. I had mildew seats and floors for the longest time. They told me there wasnt a leak but it definitely was. They have no real car knowledge or customer service. In addition, they dont offer repairs. So I would suggest running far away as fast as you can inthe opposite direction from them.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM 601 ONE STOP! Since Mark left and the new management is running the business this place has gone to the dogs.! The customer service is so unprofessional and their records are wrong. You call the new number and its busy all day long. They have a baby in the shop that is very distracting and you cant conduct business because the baby is crying and needs attention. They repo cars with no phone calls or paperwork to let you know what their intentions are. You cant get a straight answer or an accurate balance on your account. This is the most disgusting used car dealership I have ever brought a car from. Since Mark took his hands off this business and moved on to his wonderful new shop, 601 One Stop is now garbage !!!

They did not have Diet Dr. Pepper. The service was nice, and fast. Also, no bathroom that I could find. Had a kid that needed to use it real bad, and had to go to the subway across the parking lot.
