I go in knowing exactly what I want and they do their best to find exactly what Im looking for. Dont buy till you give Hendrick a try.
My sales person was Brian W. Took me about 3 days to bound a sale as I can be stubborn until I get a deal that I find meets my standards. Through many negotiations and test drives I decided to trade my car in and get a 21 Toyota camry xsev6. They cleaned it and conditioned it so when I drove off the lot it was perfect. The process was smooth and quick. Waited a few days for the car to come in from Toyota and Brian kept me up-to-date. Happy Toyota owner/driver and would recommend this dealership.
Came to Hendrick just to look and compare after never receiving return contact from a previous dealer. Kevin and Kyle went out of there way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Called dealership to confirm a specific model SUV was in inventory and sitting on the lot. Was told there was one - right down to the trim package & exterior color. When I got there - it didnt exist. Was told by one of the managers there probably wasnt one actually on a lot anywhere in the state of NC. In other words - someone blatantly lied . . . Had a similar experience at another dealership a week ago.
I was having an issue with my driver side front wheel and even though I didn’t have an appointment on a very busy Saturday the folks in service fit me in and were able to resolve the issue. My car would have been due for service in a few weeks but to save me a return trip they offered to complete the service now to save me time later.
Jessica McClellen was a wonderful sales person. Had no problem working out a deal to get what I needed. And she went above and beyond to make sure I understood and had everything I needed. Even called the next day to confirm everything was going well. 10 on 10 will recommend to friends and family
Employee named Abdullah was very polite & professional. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I had a weird thought to check my valve stem covers on my tires. I’m so glad I did because all 4 were barely on there. If I had not checked them I would have lost all 4 before I got home. They’re special ones I purchased just for my car, not the regular black plastic ones that come on the tires. This is the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. I will try them again when service is due & see how it goes.

I had a very fine experience with Hendrick Toyota, and with Justin Dreyer in particular. I have worked with him before. He is knowledgeable, attentive and most willing to please.I have been to Hendrick Toyota in the past and will return in the future for service to my car.
Do not trust this dealership. I called to confirm that the inventory on their website reflected what was actually available on their lot. I was told that the cars I was interested in were indeed available and present and that I could purchase one that day. I mentioned that I would be coming a long distance from another city. I drove 2.5 hours to come see and purchase one, only to be told that the cars were still being built and were not actually available. They tried to steer me towards cars that they did have available, which is probably why they let me waste my time driving there. I left angry about wasting 5 hours of my life on this experience.
I cannot say enough wonderful or positive things about Hendrick Toyota in Concord. They are truly a top notch and world class organization.My Service Advisor is also the absolute best. Chris Haynes is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, pleasant and has a great sense of humor. All of this combined, makes the visit to Hendrick Toyota a refreshing and pleasant experience!

Second time this had happened where the SAME guy has over charged me for an oil changed. I asked for just the oil changed but he took it upon himself to do other work and charged me $300. Today I tried to get my vehicle’s oil changed and said he couldn’t do it because it didn’t need it, even though my oil change light came on. He was trying to charge me about $400 for other services when I just wanted the oil change. I’ve gone there before for oil changes and it’s been great but this employee Abdullah particularly just has made it difficult for me.

All of my services are done at this location. I own a 2013 Toyota 4Runner and the customer service here is AMAZING! Nobody want to be at the dealership getting service to begin with but with the timely service, areas to relax and other services makes the experience a good one. I love my truck!!

7/22/2021 My car maintenance experience at Hendrick Toyota of Concord is always great and without stress mainly due to the attention to detail by Service Advisor Matt Baranoski. Since purchasing my Camry at this dealership in 2012, I have made every service appointment through Matt and he has earned my trust. After the Camry’s warranty expired, others advised me to seek regular maintenance elsewhere, but trust and good service are not to be replaced.
I let Louis know we didnt want to be car shopping all day. He was able to get us in the car we wanted in less than 3hrs! Friendly, Great customer service. I recommend.

Had an issue with my visor light not turning off. Went in last week to do my regular maintenance and check out the light issue. Chad M. was very helpful in addressing this concern and although it was not able to be fixed that day, he ordered the new visor and was helpful in setting up a return appointment. Upon my return today to have the faulty visor replaced I was greeted by Matthew B., who likewise provided excellent service. Glad Hendrick Toyota has knowledgeable and courteous service advisors!
Great experience from start to finish. From the first contact Kevin Nguyen was a true pro. Did what he said he would and in a timely fashion. He and the team at Hendrick Toyota was able to locate the vehicle that most fit our needs when no other dealership in the area was able to do so. Within 72 hours of the first internet inquiry we were driving off the lot with our new SUV. This is my 2nd experience with a Hendrick dealership and truthfully I dont see myself ever going anywhere else.

Went to just look late on a Sunday afternoon. We were met by a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman, Jeff Winchester. Several hours after they had closed we left with a new Camry. Everyone we had contact with from the general manager, the finance guys Michael and Arik, and service dept. were helpful and professional. They changed my mind about buying from a dealership.
I always have a very good experience from the Service Dept., and have for over 15 years. I bring our cars here for all maintenance and repairs and they let me know what I need now (if anything) what I might need at the next 5000 mile checkup. Yes sometimes there are surprises, but they are just the messenger and it’s better to know and fix things when appropriate. My primary Service Advisor is Chris Garzone, and I have not had any issues with any Service Advisor if he is not available. The waiting area is also quite comfortable for a car dealership.
I had Hendrick Toyota of Concord to install the mud guards that I had them order for my new car. The first trip I made the guards had not arrived. Steven Spooner my service person apologized and told me he would have my gas tank filled when I returned. Since I had made an unnecessary trip. When I went Saturday for the installation just as he said my gas tank was filled. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism they give to their customers.

I went to Hendricks Toyota in Concord for regular servicing with prior appointment, the service representative was well trained he checked the tires and performed multipoint inspection and found a route cause of the suspected leak, called the warranty company and also organized a rental car for me to drive back as the car needed to stay at the dealership for longer time than expected . It took much longer time than expected for this appointment but they addressed the route cause .
Brad was great, respectful, and thorough. This experience was better than the other Toyota place I’ve been to.

Customer Service has deteriorated over the years. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The wait time is too long. They no longer put seat covers & floor covers in your car while the mechanics are servicing your vehicle. When I got my car back, there was a bad stinch (like a musty male scent) in my car. They turned my A/C on full blast. They should not be messing with my A/C temperature when they were just installing new tires on my vehicle. They could at least put it back how they found it. The guy didn’t even explain the tire promotion to me until after I asked about it. He only quoted me 2 high prices! I used to like getting my car serviced there but not so much now.

They got my vehicle in done the service on it the only problem I had which is the only problem Ive ever had out of them the technician left something unplugged he called my wife which sent her into a panic I would ask if this gentleman have better customer service skills but I do recommend it to anyone have great deals on the lot
The seller experience was good but when I went to the finance department they offer several warranties, I choose the cheapest and then my monthly payments increase because they added the expensive warranty. Also they never offered me Gap insurance and when I asked about it they said I should find a insurance company (which is not the case because the insurance company said the dealers offers this kind of insurance). I went on Tuesday and I called today to customer service and they said now is too late to have the gap insurance because It was supposed to be offer before the close (again, they never offered me this). I am really disappointed because I decided to go to this dealer hoping to have good experience and it turned our worse than I thought, I am paying more than the agreed and I cant have the gap insurance.

I stopped by Hendrick Toyota yesterday just to look at a few vehicles on the lot and drove home in a Toyota Certified 2018 4Runner. I could not be more impressed with the service I received from Daniel Melendez and really the entire team at Hendrick. The trade in process was smooth and easy and I still havent even processed what happened because things moved so quickly. I kept waiting for a hiccup or bad news and it never came. I was lucky to have walked in and met Daniel when I did. For what its worth, I am not an easy customer... I had credit challenges and I knew exactly what I wanted and what I didnt want. None of this mattered, things all worked out and I feel so blessed right now. I highly recommend and I will definitely be returning when I am ready to trade again!

Ryan, service advisor was pleasant. The ordeal in order to get an appointment to replace recalled fuel pump was ridiculous. Ryan ordered the part and told me I would get a call back to have it scheduled 3-4 weeks later. After 4 weeks with no follow up, I called the service department and was told it would be at least another month to get an appointment. I wasn’t pleased and with having to get to the point of telling lady in service department that I would call Toyota, she miraculously discovered communication issues within the dealership and was able to make an appointment on the day I wanted to have work complete. It shouldn’t have been this difficult. This is the second time in 7 months I have had challenges with this service department. Ryan’s professionalism was the only nice thing about this time.
Having had uncomfortable experiences at other Hendrick properties, I was hesitant to go here, but the experience was not bad at all. I met with Daniel Melendez about a used car we saw online. They took care of me and my young daughter well while we were there and made us feel comfortable. I would recommend buying a car from here

They are not here to help you! I took my NEW Toyota Camry in for my 1 year service I only have 6k miles on it. So I got a State Inspection, oil change and tires rotated. The advisor called me to his desk and said I had a nail in my tire and it will cost $235 for a new Tire. I explained I drove it all the way here(25 miles) with no problem, could of happened here? He said NO! I explained I could not afford a new tire at this time, and he said he can put a cheaper tire on for $200, I said I still cant afford that at this time. He said well your car is done take it it somewhere else to get it fixed. So I left with a nail in my tire, I got halfway home and the light came on, so I stopped for air. Then again right before making it back to my home town. I took it to Discount Tire where I got it repaired for FREE! I asked them why the dealer couldnt do that, he said he could NOT say, but the nail was in the first tread so it was repairable.
Just some advice. If a customer is interested in test driving and their looking inside of the vehicle, the rep should go inside to get the keys to test drive or at the least open the door to get a feel of the vehicle. Was ready to buy but rep taking take any kind of initiative.

Brad was the advisor I dealt with today on a service of my 2018 Tacoma. He was great, got my truck in and out of the shop! Brad kept me updated while the services were getting done.
My brother went in a month ago to purchase a car and after letting us know that the car he wanted with the features he wanted wasn’t available on the lot, we were told that they could get it there within a month but most likely in 2 weeks times. After a month of waiting and no contact from sales associate unless my brother called to find out where if the car had arrived, we decided to go in and just cancel the sale. Whenever we in to do that they let us know that the car was actually delayed and no ETA was available as to when it would arrive but that they had a similar car with a different color available that would be there either that day or next. Turns out that from the beginning they sold the wrong car to my brother and that to get the one he actually wanted it was $1400 more. He decided to go with it since he really needed the car and once it arrived 2 days afterwards I went to pick it up for him since he was at work and turns out that they once again sold him something different even though we made sure to ask them to triple check that what they were selling was the correct one and we’re assured that it was. The other sales associate told me that it would be another $1400 to get the correct car from what my brother was receiving. I have never met such unprofessionalism to sell an incorrect car and even ask for more money from what they had originally sold as correct to get the car you want. Needless to say my brother had to cancel the sale and now has to wait even more time to purchase a car somewhere else due to credit check. Lack of communication is tremendous, go somewhere else to purchase such a big ticket item.
Wasnt pressured. Took a little longer than I wanted, but everything worked out perfectly and I went home with the perfect car.

Always a pleasure to go into Toyota of Concord for service. I have never had an issue nor a bad experience, and everyone in their service area is fabulous. Kudos to Chip for being one of their better service coordinators, everything was done quickly and no issues at all for my Toyota Care service I would recommend to anyone in the area to use this dealership not only for service but for sales as well.
