Spoke with Matt, great customer service. Matt called claims adjuster from aul warranty and worked with them to fix my display control unit. He also took care of the recalls on my car. He has great communication and updated me as needed.
Needed my 40,000 mile service visit and worked with Analiese who was amazing! Service was completed on time and Analiese even succeeded in having the shop attach my license plate frame (this was not an easy task because the holes on the frame were too small for the bolts). I had a warning system failure that Nissan had not seen before. Concord Nissan replaced the faulty workings and quickly got it back to me. The only downside was waiting for them to find a driver to pick me up at Bart since my tech was unavailable to order that ride (off duty by then). Should be easier to bridge the follow up.

I bought my 2016 rogue here new and I use to get serviced but Friday tried to get appt to service was on hold long time . I asked to do oil asked how much women says theyll tell you when show up I said Id like to know now so she put me thru she did schedule an appt for wed . I held for a long time and hung up after holding quite a while . today sat I thought id try again to give benefit but their phone service is far worse than it was before after being on hold for long time I opt for voice mail I left message to cancel my appt if they set me one and I also said I was still trying to get price quote for basic oil . Ill now go to Dublin Nissan ive been there before and their service is awesome . sadly im disappointed since this was where I had bought my vehicle. their service and promptness use to be really good.
Car got lost during pick up and had to wait and ask for car several times. I was actually showed keys and asked if they were mine and they were NOT. Estimate for fix was way too high. Using All Data, my repairs should only take 6 hours and parts are about $500. So estimate of $2850 for repairs is a rip off. Im offended that you think you can take advantage of me like that. Thank goodness I have access to evaluate fairness of quote and alternative repair shops.
Theses guys are horrible, they lie to you just to get your business. My wife and I were planning to buy a newer version of the car we have, however, I will never step foot in that dealership again. Horrible service...I intended to go on YELP and give them another review, my work schedule has made it difficult...but I plan to by the end of the week. If I could give them negative stars I would, very disappointing!

I did not have a scheduled appointment so I e-mailed Tony Mattice and Walter Ameling and as usual, they confirmed that I can drive in when ready. The work was done in no time (along with a 20-point inspection). I am very pleased with their service. Also, I needed a part for my 2019 Murano so instead of going thru the trouble looking it up, I asked Walter and he was able to give me the part number to take to the parts department. The parts department ordered it and promised me that it should be ready by 8:00 A.M. the following day which it was when I called - as promised. Thank you to Concord Nissan staff.

I was very happy at the beginning when I purchased my new van NV200sv from the dealership. One of the incentives that helped me make the decision to buy this car wasThe promise of a roof rack from the manager. When they showed me my car, I noticed it did not have a roof rack. I spoke with the manager to remind them that this wasAn agreement made prior to purchasing the van. He assured me that he would talk to corporate and will have on for me the following week. I figured it wasNot a big deal and trusted they will follow through with the roof rack.On the same day of purchase as I was driving home, the radio screen turned off by itself. I waited a while and turned it back on, I did not think it was a big deal becauseMy car was brand new. I had the same issue throughout my drive home, so I called the dealership once I got home and was told to bring in the van so they can fix it.I was able to take it to the concord dealership two days later due to my work schedule. Shortly After leaving this service on the drive home the same issue happened.Long story short I have had to take my brand new van to the dealership 4 times since I purchased it and the problem has yet to be resolved. Had an airbag recall on my 07 Nissan Versa. Called five months ago, they told me there were no parts available and will call me back when the parts become available. But they never called me back, and again I got a Recall Notic reminder card from Nissan corporate, that I should call and this time parts were available. Called again, the lady on phone was very polite and helpful, and set an appointment for me. Went in appointment day at 9 am shortly, a helpful service advisor helped me, told me would be completed by noon. Friendly shuttle driver dropped me home. They called me at noon when they finished replacing airbag on my car. Again the same shuttle driver picked me up from my home. Everything went smoothly. Cashier lady was nice and polite. Went to pick up my car, to my surprise, I found my car was shinning, coz it was very dirty when I left in the morning. I wasnt expecting that they would clean my car for free. I was very impressed with the level of customer service of Autocom Nissan of Concord. All the personnel I dealt that day were professional and friendly. I highly recommend AutoCom Nissan of Concord for servicing your car. Thanks to all staffs that provided excellent service to me on my first time visit there.

On Saturday afternoon May 15 our 2015 Nissan Sentra was left at Concord (CA.) Nissan. It had a CVT problem that was under warranty and would cost us nothing for the repair. The car rental would be reembursed by Nissan. The repair work would begin Monday morning and might take 2 days. Monday afternoon I received a call from Ms. Anneliese Malley (Service Consultant) telling me the car was ready for pickup :). She was GREAT during the entire process. We were advised- informed and consulted each step in the process. Her professionalism saved me both time and money. Believe me- I like saving money :). Thanks Anneliese! Mr.HH

Purchased a 2017 Toyora Rav 4 Limited. That was on March 13, 2020. Waited for license plates to arrive. None came. Called Nissan and after checking said the Vin # was incorrect. They had to send out someone who would verify the car and the #. Waited and waited for that someone to come. Called Nissan again. Mind you, it takes forever to reach a live person there!!. Anyway, they said theyd check and see what happened. Nothing. Another call to them. Finally a man came out and verified the #. It is now Sept. 1, 2020 and still no license plates. Called Nissan today, no one has called back. Thats nothing new. Going to contact BBB and file a complaint. Has been almost 6 months and still have paper license where license should be.

I only had a 5,000 mile servicing, but I also received a complimentary multi point inspection and a car wash. Every person whom I dealt with was extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful, especially Annaliese. She went out of her way to give me excellent directions of how to drive from where I live in San Rafael to Concord Nissan and then how to get from Concord Nissan back to Highway 4 on my way to San Rafael.

There was one lady who helped me with some questions, but that was the extent of the professional and fair customer service. Recently I went in because I was having an issue with my Nissan. The middle seatbelt buckle was literally missing. This is a liability on Nissan’s part. I bought my Nissan new from the dealership, yet when I requested that they take a look at my seat to see if the buckle was there and possibly hidden or stuck, the man told me it would cost me about $100. It would cost me a hundred dollars just for the them to look for my seatbelt buckle, which like I previously mentioned, is a liability on Nissan’s part. It would have taken less than 5 minutes, but instead they tried to charge me. It terribly represents Nissan, for them to be fine with letting me drive a car without a seatbelt. Terrible professionalism and lack of customer service.

Concord Nissan and their entire team were excellent to deal with. I have purchased several cars from Nissan and have always taken friends and family members to a different dealer. After having a horrible experience at that same dealer, I took my friend to buy her car in Concord. Prior to going to the other dealer, I shared with my friend how great they were, only to be more angry than disappointed. Louis at Concord Nissan treated my friend and myself the way they should have. They treated her with dignity, respect and kindness. It was scary for her at 20 years old to make a big decision like buying a new car. There was no high pressure sales techniques and let her take the time to decide before starting to do paperwork. That was one week before I took my son to buy his first new car.Now on to this purchase. My 16 year old son has saved money and wanted to look at a Nissan (I kinda pushed him). He loved the new Sentra and then had to make a “deal”. I’m glad to say that Louis got 2 sales in 7 days from our household by simply doing the right thing and treating people like people, not a paycheck. I’m probably the easiest client to deal with because I know what I like. I know what I’m willing to pay, realistically. But somehow, a different dealership, almost ruined it for me. I’m glad Louis, Taregh and the entire Concord Nissan team were there to save me from choosing a different car brand just to spite the dealer.

So when it asks it it exceeds my expectations - yes I marked it - but I expect nothing less from Concord Nissan. From the gentleman who met me when I drove up, did the estimate, contacted me when it was done and explained some issues - to the driver who took me home and picked me up at my schedule. I have had my vehicle for just over a year now. I have NOT recieved some of the priorities that i need. I have still yet to receive a Manuel, the 2nd Key to the vehicle and still, no repair to the damaged bumper. i have continued to inquire about these matters and have yet to get any positive response or help.Recent visits for my service have been ok, however, the rental car was did not have a lot of gas in it. The service is extrememly overpriced.The employees have kind and upbeat, however, it just feels like its all a show. I truly do NOT feel like a valued customer.

I have bought two Nissans in the last 4 years. One was a brand new Sentra and now my 2016 Altima. Both have had huge mechanical and computer issues. My Sentra, at less than 1k miles had to have the transmission completely replaced. Not a huge problem but the car kept going back in for several recalls after that. Next was my Altima, when I was driving on the freeway the computer in the car completely stopped working and I could not use the petals to slow down or stop. Kinda scary. When I have said this to Concord Nissan and Walnut Creek Nissan they did not seemed alarmed at all. They acted like this happens all the time. Which I guess it does, because a few thousand miles later it happened again but this time they blamed the battery and charged me $125 for a new battery and $195 to install it because the battery is not included in my warranty. Needless to say I have learned my lesson with Nissan and have kept my Mom away from buying one as well as my in-laws.
