I really appreciated Jasmine’s help today, she was understanding and kind. I haven’t worn make-up in a while so her was recommendations were quite helpful. Also, Tiffany had a professional and welcoming demeanor as she was cashing me out. Overall great customer service!Will be back soon! :)

Emily & Giselle were super helpful and amazing when we were in the store today. I dont wear a lot of make up so Emily was a fountain of information and she was so pleasant and friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I love the customer service here they take the time to ask you what you looking for or wanting and they really listen and explain how to use the product to get best results.

Please dont come here if you are doing any returns. After contacting Sephora Customer Service, Im pretty sure the employee lied that I couldnt make my return because of a printed receipt error in a different location. Im honestly so confused on why they would lie as a way to refuse a return and told me I needed to drive 4 hours away to the original location instead. The employees are nice like any stereotypical Sephora employee and the items are nicely displayed. I wouldnt shop here to benefit this store though. Id rather drive 4 hours away to a location that doesnt lie to me.

Attentive staff members. Very small though. They only carry foundation, skincare, and perfume.

Positive experience. Greeter at the door let me know their policy on testing out products. Many make up consultants on hand.

Came in to purchase a liquid eyeliner. I asked the girls at the register if they had it, the hugem Hispanic lady said looked at me and didnt acknowledge that I asked her a question. She kept her bra conversation with her coworker. Absolutely no help, extremely rude costumer service experience. I do not recommend shopping at this location.

The sales woman helped me from outside the store - she had excellent costumer service, was super helpful, & got me what I needed...all the while it was windy outside! She was great!

Staff was wonderful and very helpful

One of the items from my purchase was missing from my bag. I called two times promptly when they opened and the phone just rang. The third time I was on hold for 7 minutes. I called back again and someone picked up the phone and hung up. I live a 38 minute drive away not to mention usually they are late to get new releases products in comparison to other stores. Customer service is average, but associates are nice overall.

And bilingual which in my case is very helpful when I try to explain what Im looking for in Spanish, they are very nice and always stay with me all the time I need to answer my questions, Good job sephora one of my favorites around this area bc of the staff .

The employees outnumber the amount of customers they let in the store. I was in there 15 minutes and was asked by 6 different employees if I needed help. Meanwhile, my mother couldnt get into the store! Sephora needs to stop forcing employees to force assistance on customers, it is harassment. The staff clearly didnt have enough to do, therefore the staff should have been half of what they had, so that more customers could have been allowed in the store. I finally was so overwhelmed by the non stop harassment of the employees, I left without making a purchase. This behavior is tired and old Sephora! Do better! Scaring off customers is bad business! If someone needs help, they will ask.

Line was really long but the return process was very quick and easy. The cashier was super nice and trying her best to help every customer so the line could move forward. Thanks for making my trip fast! :)

This place is magical. Every time I shop here, Im greeted by a friendly and helpful associate who can point me to exactly what I need. Or if I just want to explore, I can do that, too. They have EVERYTHING makeup, along with skin care, some fragrance, and some hair care. I would shop here every week if I could! (but... mortgage.....)

Shopping is weird during a pandemic, but the staff was very welcoming, very professional, and very safe.

The wait is absurd... Wanted to make a return, I was first in line and waited about 45 mins to make my return. Won’t be shopping at Sephora anymore. If I’m making a return why do I need to get in line? I’m not buying products.

I liked the staff they were very knowledgable in makeup and answered all the questions my sister and I had. They even gave us suggestions and we were very pleased with our experience here. Keep up the good work people, I just wish the prices were better., they are kinda pricey.

The people that work there are extremely helpful. They give recommendations for products based on your needs and give you free samples to take home so you can make sure you like the product before committing to a purchase. Yes, their products are very expensive however the quality is there.

Horrible experience the worst customer service ever no assistance was given at all in fact the “sales associate” was going to apply make up without sanitizing the product. When we asked which product she recommended she pointed at the brand and left us to figure it out the store was not busy at all and was acting like she just didn’t want to be bothered we left and I called to speak to the manager on duty some man answered and said she did everything exactly right which is disgusting that they don’t sanitize. I will always go to Ulta from now on. Hate that I even had to give one star for this review. Nasty store don’t go!!!!

The staff was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. The store was clean and the product was well displayed. Just know it is a long trip to the nearest restroom, so plan ahead. Also parking was difficult to find.

This location is the best Sephora nearby, the one by the mall is more convenient for me but I go out my way to come to this one because they are very attentive.

Everytime time I go, I can always get the help I need. Whether Im looking for a product recommendation, help finding the right shade of foundation, or just want to browse, it is easy to get the help I need, BUT I never feel pressured to buy. A great selection of products.

I found what I was looking for, without the assistance of an associate, even with plenty of associates and not a ton of people. When I went to the cashier I was the only person in line. The cashier was talking over the radio, she finally made eye contact and between radio conversation said that she could help me.She then proceeded to talk with other associates over the radio, never even speaking to me. No total was given, no asking if I wanted a bag, no here is your receipt, no have a good day.I find this completely rude and disrespectful to the person who is spending money at the place that pays you. Customer service should be more of a priority to Sephora. This is my first and last purchase from Sephora, especially when there are competitors so close that are appreciative of your business.

This place is getting a 5 star review, thanks to one of their employees. I went in today during my lunch break, and I was looking like a mess. Im always very self-concious when entering a beauty supply store, because I can feel the judgemental looks. But my cashier was so polite and welcoming, that I felt like hugging her and thanking her for her friendliness. I believe her name is Dedeann? Im so sorry if Im getting it wrong. I caught a quick glimpse before leaving and I couldnt find it on my receipt. Thank you for your help and friendliness! I will definitely be making this my go-to spot 😊
