Tried to send money thru western union, everything matches my DL my last name just i use Shafiq instead of Shafiqullah as my first name and this supervisor her name is Karen she wouldnt accept my ID, i have been sending money from same shop for years now but she made me go to another business to send it and the other business gladly accepted my ID since everything matched except i used short form of my name. Anyways they need to hire younger people who can see and think the current employees are too old to work and should retire.

I don’t usually write a review but this pharmacy in Concord is the worst!!! They don’t care about their customers! We waited for an hour to get a prescription only to find out that the pharmacist can’t prepare it anymore!!! They don’t have any sympathy even the customer is really in pain!!!! The most horrible thing is they are rude!!! They can’t even tell you nicely that they can no longer give you the medication!This is not the first time that they rejected us to get the medication! It’s not even their closing hour yet but they will say they can no longer prepare the medicine for you!!!Don’t go here! You will just waste your time! The pharmacist who should be nice is actually the rudest one there!!!!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to I need to tell my doctor to change where I pick up prescriptions. I came in at 6:55 pm it is now 7:56 pm that I am able to get help but then I need to wait for 20 minutes for my prescription so I told them I can’t wait another 20 minutes when I was already standing in line for a long time. Someone needs to contact corporate because this is ridiculous. People are waiting in a long line but workers don’t seem to care.

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too! Every time I am here for prescriptions, they have one person working and a line all the way down the isle! They do nothing to try and get people taken care of as if people have nothing else to do. One day it took an hour and a half in line to get my prescriptions! Don’t come here if you can advise it!

I would put a 0 if that was a option. Your website showed a 4oz baby powder. So I drove down to the store. Could not find or couldnt see it by the other powders. Ask for help which wasnt received well. The women associate seemed very bothered that I asked where it was. After rolling her eyes she went to the same isle further down and retrieve it. Slap it in my hand. Never going again.

Friendly and helpful staff, friendly environment, getting medications is usually quick and easy, sometimes insurance can get confusing and system computers are what makes it be slow sometimes but everyone is always doing their best!!!

ERRORS....this was the last straw. Patients and customers alike DID NOT PATRONIZE this Walgreens.Aside from 20 minutes waiting in line EVERY-TIME.....I had a script, that was sent a month in advance, to be filled with prior authorization but no, Walgreens failed to see or perhaps check my file and see that I was ready and didn’t need doctor or insurance authorization. But that’s the excuse from a counter clerk. 7 days without my meds!Prior to this error the “clerk” told me I’d have no problem getting my script when on vacation in Hawaii.WRONG!Clerks should not be giving information they know nothing about. This effects the lives of patients. So from here on out my business will go to CVS. I can’t take the chance of more errors that effect my life.

Pharmacy wait is usually quite long and they ALWAYS need help. Lots of lost prescriptions. I think the reason is poor communication with insurance and physicians, and not their fault.Pharmacists are helpful and always friendly.Store is clean and in good order. Employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Good bargains if on sale

Pharmacy staff person Ari is exceptional. When none of my prescriptions were ready she bent over backwards to find out why. Turns out none of this was caused by any fault of Walgreens and they were already working on the issue. On top of that they were actually trying to save me $500. Im not a patient person and Ari quickly put me at ease, Ari is very helpful, intelligent, and most of all kind. You should be proud to have her representing your company as the face of Walgreens.

This store is weird. They have accused me of shoplifting when the security alarm went off as I left the store. I immediately turned around and went back in. They got the manager, and although they were fairly friendly considering the situation, my gripe is that several other people left the store and the alarm went off without any attention of the staff.I emptied my pockets and offered a full search. They declined. They even declined me offering to call the police. I dont know what they wanted me to do or what they wanted from me, but I think they felt pretty damned embarrassed that they falsely accused me and I feel like I was humiliated in front of the other staff and customers.I wouldnt recommend anyone purchasing or even entering this store any time soon unless you want to be harassed for shoplifting (even after buying $50+ worth of my weekly shopping)This Walgreens is a quick two minute walk from my home. I now make regular trips across town to other, more ethical, more intelligent, and less paranoid, pharmacies that have helpful staff and dont discriminate. They also discriminate at the pharmacy. I have seen them refuse certain items to customers, claiming they were out of stock, when customers after them were sold these suddenly in stock items. Wow, I guess Walgreens gets products magically delivered in milliseconds when the customer isnt targeted for discrimination.

Wow, this Walgreens pharmacy gets a lot of bad reviews. But I owe you a good review. We were visiting the area from out-of-town and needed a prescription. So we had our doctor phone it in to the Walgreens on Concord Ave. It got phoned in on a Sunday morning and I went by to pick it up at about 10:00 AM. There was one customer in line ahead of me and he did not take long. Then, the clerk made one very short phone call and I got my turn. Pickup of my prescription was quick and easy. The clerk was quick, efficient and very polite. I am a happy customer.

I dont know how you can even shop at this store. They NEVER have carts for you to shop and managers dont even know their own store deals. They lie about their policies, very inconsistent, are very discriminating. The store is always messy and dirty. You even wait forever to get prescriptions.

Wait time for a simple prescription pickup is ridiculous. Every customer requires five or ten minutes with special cases taking two or three times as long. This is the case every single day, all day long. Easily the worst pharmacy Ive ever had to use.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS TO THIS PHARMACY.This is the second time I go to pick up my medicine and its not available because of the pharmacys mistake.Knowing that my prescribed medication was newly approved by the FDA, I specifically asked the pharmacist over the phone and the technician, in person when I dropped off my prescription, if the medicine is available. Both times I was assured that it was available and that they will have it within 2 days after placing the order.I called yesterday and I was told that I could pick it up today after 11:30.I came today and the payment told me that our is not available at all because their warehouse does not carry it.I took vacation time off work starting yesterday based on that I was told.Not to mention that the pharmacist made me go over all the dosage, frequency, the entire script, over the phone, before she told me that it wasnt available. All this info should have been in their system already, since the day before yesterday, when I dropped off my prescription and went over everything with the technician. She was talking as if it was a brand new prescription and the first time shed heard about it.Also, about a month ago, i called to order my migraine medication. They said that they will have to contact my doctor for a refill. Three days later I went to pick up my medication, after I received the automatic call telling me it was ready for pick up. My medication was not ready and they lied to me telling me that my doctor denied my refill. I contacted my doctor and I was told that they had just sent the approval and that ofcourse there had not been any denial.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere.

This is probably the worst Walgreens and Pharmacy Ive ever been to. Multiple times Ive had to wait for several hours just to talk to someone in the pharmacy. When I did get to talk to someone there was usually an issue with my prescription that Ive never had previously and instead of calling the insurance for me like other pharmacies have in the past, they told me to call the insurance. Basically, they didnt know what was going on and didnt want to help me. Im incredibly frustrated with this Walgreens and I know that other patients are as well because there are always many people waiting in line at a time. Not only that but its very dirty inside and out.

I came in 2 hours ago to make sure they received my faxed prescription because I could not confirm over the phone. After waiting 20 min in line, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came back an hour later, waited about 15 minutes in line, and was told AGAIN I would have to wait another half hour. I will definitely not be coming back to this location again and recommended you do not fill prescriptions here unless you have no other choice.

Youre thinking, Really?, review for a Walgreens?It is not customary for me to review convenience stores, supermarkets or the likes. I like Google Map for restaurant reviews, but I had such a good experience here at the pharmacy and at the front cashier that I was compelled to share with the Google Map community.I was exhausted from a long international flight, had a quick minute to pick up a prescription and move on with my day being stuck in downtown. I was in no mood for disgruntle workers or long wait times. To my surprise the staff was super friendly and efficient. The pharmacy tech voluntarily found all sorts of discounts for me and punched in a club card and got me out of there quickly and with a warm smile.I couldnt be happier with my experience at this Walgreens. 5 star customer service. Thank you for making my day better!

Update: This review is for both Concord Ave and Monument locations. Dont know if all Walgreens pharmacies are terrible but these two absolutely are.Shop small and you wont have the problems youll have here. Giant lines, one pharmacist working at a time, always finds some reason to deny my Medi-cal insurance, even shocking and confusing my insurance company with their overall lack of effort. If you want to end up, surprise, spending all your food money on medications you were assured would be free, please continue getting your rxs here. If you have a brain, I dont need to tell you why not to come here. Medicine Shoppe down the road it is!

This review is for an associate by the name of Vilma. Bad experience from her as I went to pick up photos I uploaded from my cell she gave me an attitude because I didnt want to pay for some of the blurry pictures. I always print pictures at Walgreens at different locations and also different states and this is the worst experience ever. She asked my whats wrong with the pictures with an attitude when I explained to her that it looked okay from my cellphone which is what I used to upload to the Walgreen website like I always do. She also tore up my coupons that was being printed instead of giving it to me like the Walgreens do.I will never be going back to this Walgreens again and Im calling corporate.Vilma needs to get fired!!!!

Always a long wait. Slow! Pharmacy Techs not friendly. Never get the order right. Never update the system to have correct info when you give it to them which delays the refill. Wish I could go somewhere else but this is the only place that accept the insurance near me.

Poorly informed/malicious pharmacy staff. I dont have insurance so I am signed up with goodrx for discounts on my meds. Went in the other day and at first the female employee gave me the price she saw on the screen (my standing discount) then she stopped, consulted with the weekend pharmacist, came back, typed something in the computer and gave me the cash price! I asked Nai why she did that and she told me theres no discount on that medication. I told her that Walgreens is on contract with Goodrx and she was incorrect, and she sloughed me off on the clueless pharmacist. She was super bitchy and I know she knew she was wrong. I gave clueless pharmacist the 1-866 # to call and they were of course closed. I took down the head pharmacist s info and called the next day to talk to him. he took 5 seconds to look at my file ( probably showing years of this discount, and unprofessionally said oh yeah, just come back with a receipt and we will refund you) avoid unless you want a battle and return trips..
