Came in to use a coupon for a free product, left with that and a few hand sanitizers. The ones they carry come in different fragrances and handy sizes.

Well guys this place is not just for women any more they have a nice line of stuff for men as well ..there is one line called graphite and its very good stuff ..people are very nice and always willing to help out everyone

We visited the store, then that we knew there were discounts. We typed a lot of different things, but the seller said that there is no discount, despite the fact that we showed a discount on your website, and bought the same goods at a discount today in the Walnut Creek store. The salesman named Mag was not polite, she just told us it was difficult to explain but there was no discount.

Love this place they always have something i want and if u sign up for their emails u can find out when they have good deals on stuff! This is the only place i buy my hand soap and i always get compliments on them from people tgat use it at my house and people i give them to! U cant beat the great fragrances they have here!

Amazing scents with a large variety to choose from. Perfect scents that arent too strong but can cover up oders. Perfect for both genders and you can get it for any family member. Perfume, cologne, body spray, body cream, and body wash are all sold. They have many discounts and the staff are always happy to help. Just overall an amazing place to go for if you ever need something in order to make you or someone else smell better.

What can I say I stop here way to often then Id like to admit lol. Lots of good sales when you catch them.Also check out the online sales too some times they are better than instore or find more coupons!Anywho the service is always good tons of things to choose from and always something new. Parking is of course free and spacious here.

My fiance and I were shopping on the day after Christmas and we passed Bath & Body Works. I see a giant sign that says 75% off sale and I say Ooooo! My fiance says, You want to go in? and I reply Hell yes its a sale!So we go in and the place is crawling with others like me who decide to stock up on all the lotions, body washes, etc. while they are so cheap. I come here when they are having these sales to stock up on body lotions and at this sale they had their usual $3 body lotions and 3 for $15 of their other collections.Besides from these sale days, Im always greeted here with a hello, a run down of sales or specials, and handed a basket. The layout of the store is nice with almost 3 separate rooms you walk through before you get to the cash register in the back.Im ok on body lotion for a while, thank you B&B.

Dont have the best scents they used to have. All the stuff is always discontinued. You mostly have to go online for what you want. But the customer service is everything.
