I was anxious about selling a car to which I admittedly had a strong sentimental attachment, wanting to be sure it was properly represented and fetched a fair price. Upon my first meeting with Nick, all my anxieties were completely alleviated.To say the meeting was satisfactory would be an understatement. I actually had a great time--Nick answered all my questions, offering expert advice and a pragmatic, simple action plan to get the car sold. Then he kindly showed me around the shop, and we just talked cars in general for awhile. If you are looking for a very pristine car that has been looking over this is the place they dont sell crap and take pride in the cars they sell. If you are looking for a used BMW, you should check out Concord Motorsport. The cars are clean, well looked after and expertly serviced BEFORE you look at them - unlike some other places where they literally throw crap out on the lot and hope someone buys it. Nick Cooney is low-key, personable and he knows his cars. You will want to buy a car from him. He went the extra mile, and then some, to make sure every little thing was right with the car I bought. Ill be taking both my car and my wifes back there for servicing, even though it is somewhat out of the way for me.

1st time customer. Concord does a nice job finding high quality, low mileage BMWs. After a long search, I found a low mileage BMW M3 from Concord and made my purchase sight unseen. Working with the staff, they provided excellent background information and supporting photographs of the car. The cars condition was everything I expected as represented in their photo survey, descriptive profile and with inquiries to their staff. Concord also was most helpful in recommending a transport option for me as I could not readily make a trip to New Hampshire. Concord does a nice job helping to build consumer confidence in the cars the sell. I now have a friend looking at some of their other BMWs.

In September of 2015 I purchased a 1999 BMW M3 from this firm and have had it serviced by them once since. Having worked on professionally, bought, sold and owned many cars (including a 1970 2002, a 72 3.0 CSi and a 79 635 CSi) since first procuring my Maine drivers license in 1971; I can honestly say I have never encountered a more topnotch operation than Concord Motorsports in NH. My dealings with Nick and his father Mike, Cheryl and others there impressed me greatly. Their showroom alone is worth a visit for all its fine memorabilia - clearly indicating a long and devoted relationship with fine cars - primarily BMWs. These folks are honest and upfront and helpful in all manner. You will not go wrong there.

We just bought our third car from CMS. This one is a 2006 Volvo XC70 with 91,000 miles on it. It had dealer service and was in great shape. Like our past cars, the CMS shop went through the car bringing the maintenance up-to-date. We are very pleased and will shop at CMS for our next car.

We needed a new car to replace our rusted out 20+ year old Volvo 740 wagon with 365,000 miles. I had been looking at Concord Motorsports website for quite a while, so I knew they carried a selection of the cars we like. After spending over two hours with Nick and Mike going back and forth between a BMW and a Volvo XC70, we decided on the Volvo. Nick (son) and Mike (father) Cooney search the northeastern quadrant of the US for the best examples of BMWs, Volvos, select high-end vehicles, and unusual premium cars. They buy only the highest quality cars they can find and then go through them thoroughly, doing minor repairs and bringing them up to spec for maintenance. Our 2004 Volvo XC70 was an outstanding 92,000 mile car where the previous owner had the Volvo dealer maintain it. Concord Motorsport brought it up to spec (fluid changes, etc.) and installed a new headlight. Now two years later, we just crossed 140,000 miles and have only had minor mileage-related issues. We are on our way to 250,000 or 300,000 with this excellent car.Our other old Volvo heaved its last breath two weeks ago. It is now resting quitely in a junkyard. Last night, we picked up a beautiful 2003 BMW 530i with 5-speed manual transmission and 73,000 miles on the odometer. Once again, Mike and Nick picked out an exceptional car and their shop spent the time to make it as perfect as a used car can be. We absolutely love it and plan to keep this one to 300,000 miles. We have been very pleased with Concord Mortorsport and will look there first for our next car.This is an update 8 months later:I took our BMW 530i to a BMW specialist near our home for some minor maintenance and repairs. Earlier, I replaced the radiator and a number of cooling parts as a preventative measure. Everyone on the web recommended doing this around the age and mileage of my car. The shop finished replacing some of the cooling hoses that I could not get to because they ran under the intake manifold. They also replaced the CCV/oil separation system. Once again, the system was working perfectly but the age and mileage suggested that it would be best to replace it now before problems arise. They then inspected the entire car and said it is in exceptional condition for its age. We are still very happy with Concord Motor Sport. The only reason we didnt have them do the repairs is it is quite a distance from our home.The 2004 Volvo XC70 is also doing well. We just crossed 156,000 miles and the only repairs we have had are a new starter, a new shift mechanism, and a battery. Thats not bad for over 60,000 miles of hard use. We do maintain it very well with oil changes every 6000 miles.

Absolute worst experience Ive ever encountered with a high end service center.After waiting weeks to hear a progress report on my vehicle status there were mixed messages between techs, and service department. Could not get there story straight. Then proceeded to tell me they couldnt figure out what was wrong, when I went to pick up my vehicle there were more problems them before. I am now forced to bring it to A REAL state of the art facility that can service my cars simple misfire light, that now is turned into a AWD malfunction light and disengaged traction control light...With all the so called experience and and up to date software they claim to have they made me wait weeks for a NEW COMPUTER SOFTWARE SYSTEM UPDATE, they are very misleading. Do yourself a favor and research your problems and take it to a place that shows compassion in there work, and care about there costumers concerns...Very poor service, unacceptable communication, and all around disappointment
