1st time experience at this location and I don’t have one complaint. Sean kept me updated with diagnostic findings via text with detailed pictures of inspection. Courtesy transportation was provided to and from while my SUV was being worked on. Oh.. and let me not forget the warm baked chocolate chip cookies provided to me once my service was done. This will be my go to location for both of my vehicles.

2nd visit excellent service, price and communication.I work on call so fitting appointments in can be challenging at best. They have worked me in in very prompt and timely manner .discussed the problems with the car and solutions. Very helpful. As a woman the do NOT talk down to you about mechanical systems. I have worked on vehicles my whole life and greatly appreciated the way they respected and communicated with me. I will be returning soon.In fact next week.

Took my Malibu in for the check engine light and car stalling. The car no longer stalled however they did nothing about the check engine light and it came back on when I got the car home and charged $144 for diagnostics

Christian Brothers looks and feels like a great place. I dont doubt that it is in fact. I must have just been one of the lucky few that didnt experience the same as everyone else. I took my car in for a level 2 diagnostic service ($144) under recommendation of one of the sales employees. The Level.2 diagnostic recommendation was due to the nature of the engine light code that had already been scanned. I agreed to the level 2 diagnostic and sent my car in to be looked at. My car was returned to me that afternoon and the estimate I received showed that I required a level 2 diagnosis to properly identify the issues my car was having. I would need to purchase another level 2 diagnostic service. Im sure Christian Brothers are a great company and their reviews 100% show for it. However, I just blew $144 just to be told I needed to spend another $144. Doesnt sit right.

What started out as change a gasket on the oil pan turned out to be replacing the gasket and timing chain. They worked with me on the price in giving me discount on the labor. Even though they had to replace other parts not related to the job they honored their original price. They did a great job on the repair and I would recommend them to other people.

I gave Christian Brothers a call for help with my camaro which had a very pronounced exhaust leak, and they were able to get me in for an appointment right away. The employees were professional, careful with the car, and spoke with me directly to determine the cause of the issue. We were able to pinpoint a disconnection in the exhaust piping, and the technician team had the corrections made and the car running perfectly in no time! Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this shop.

This place is awesome. I have a car warranty with Car Shield and it was a long process to get them to cover my repairs due me just purchasing the warranty 23 days before my car lifters went out. Well long story short Sean worked with Car Shield for over a week and a couple of days to get them to cover the charges. Im super thankful for Christian Brothers Auto they are now part of my family!!! Everybody there is very nice and courteous. 💯

I walked in for an unscheduled inspection and was seen right away. I sat in the waiting room, next to the Christmas tree with little cars and trucks hanging on it. It was a very comfy chair. Anyway. I watched and listened to the other customers and employees, etc, etc. The employees were very polite and informative and seemed to be fair. I will return to this establishment if needed. I liked the service and the tree.

Christian brother Automotive was the best car service experience so far . What I really like about their service is their diagnostic report of the car which explains everything, why you need to replace/repair with short video so that you know why you are repairing, which was pretty neat.CBA provides shuttle service which was which was really helpful. Definitely recommended people to give a try.

Good Day,My first impression was that I was very pleased to find when calling in to schedule a repair that they were Closed on Sunday to allow the Staff to spend their Sunday with Family. In todays world, this is something We should all get behind and support. In My opinion.... this creates a great work environment and experience for everyone. The Young Lady that attends the desk, greats the Customers as they enter and checks them in was very pleasant. After being checked in, She was very polite as to offer a drink while I choose to wait for My repair. The repair was done with professionalism and prompt. As My repair was relevant to having an issue fixed that was their job to correct, I was very pleased with their service. On a side note for those that have concern with Social Distancing... Everyone was doing their part and wearing a mask.Nice Job.

I like working with this shop because they will send a photo or video of the problem, a thorough explanation of what the component is that needs fixed, and a ranking of how critical it is. The staff is very competent and friendly, their shop is clean, and I always appreciate a free shuttle ride so I dont have to sit there and wait!

Christian brothers run their business and conduct themselves with the customer professionally. Professional doesnt mean overly fancy, or state of the art waiting room or money spent on tiled restrooms. Professional means I can trust them to diagnose properly and not over charge for repairs when not necessary. They will give my wife or daughter a ride home when needed after drop off. Christian Brothers is my first choice for auto repair. I only wish they were open on Saturdays and closed on Mondays, but maybe that could be considered in the future.

Matt took the time to explain the 60k mileage typical maintaince and additional needed repairs needed on my daughters car to my daughter (because hearing it from the parent means nothing). It was hot, we were outside wearing masks and Matt made sure to take that time.Plus I had gone there to have them put air in my tires, spending no money, and they do it graciously.Always professional.

These guys make it such a pleasant experience that youll wonder why you put up with other shops for so long. If you give them a chance, you may find yourself becoming a fan like me. They have a very interesting warranty on repairs, too: the _greater_ of 2 years or 24,000 miles, not the _lesser_ as youd normally expect.

My first time receiving car service. I have heard good reports so I wanted to have them service my electric hybrid. They were patient with me when I asked them questions in advance. They were knowledgeable & certified in all areas of service my car needed. They finished all my service needs in 1 day. My car was doing well before they serviced my car & I am extremely pleased with my car now. I have already asked them to schedule service for my other vehicles. A happy customer for life.

Two days later I hit debris in the road that caused minor damage. They were able to get me in same day for both visits. Service from Christian Brothers is top-notch! I called to inquire if they worked with my extended warranty company and explain the issue I was having. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem and work with the warranty company, they came to my home to pick up my vehicle for service.I was provided with a detailed report of the warranty repair as well as other inspection points completed during the diagnosis of the warranty repair and recommended repairs. There was zero pressure to have any of the additional work done, and Matt answered all my questions regarding what the service was and why it was being recommended.Once I authorized the repairs and service over the phone, I was emailed a detailed invoice for a signature. I electronically signed it and emailed it back. When the work was completed, I was paid electronically online as well. After all the paperwork was complete, my vehicle was dropped back off at my home.The service was excellent, and I was kept informed all along the process via text and phone calls as needed. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will be back for my next scheduled service and tune-up.

Matt was extremely helpful and professional. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. My service went very well for brakes and tires. I highly recommend and will take all three of my vehicles here.

Love the digital inspections with everything itemized out by priority and with video links so that I feel I can actually understand why it matters and make better decisions about what I do or don’t want to fix and what I’ll probably need to fix next time. Being able to approve jobs and pay online is great too.

I gave this company two stars, I called and asked for a quote, after waiting 45 minutes I called back to check in and was assured I’d have one very shortly as I need to get a new oil pan replaced right away and was willing to come in right then and there, after not hearing back from them I had to take my vehicle somewhere else where they didn’t know what they were doing and broke my AC compressor which of course This other company isn’t willing to fix,,So because of this auto repair shop not getting back to me in a timely manner I had to look elsewhere and now my car is worse off than what it originally was as far as their workmanship I cannot make a comment because I’ve never used them before as far as the customer service The lady I spoke to is pleasant tho again failed to present a price in a timely manner!

Very pleased with the complimentary pick-up and delivery service as we are in quarantine. Step by step updates via text is very convenient.Added the hand-wash car wash. There were some ‘missed’ spots, but the car was very dirty to begin with.

We have taken my daughters car there for service several times, and Christian brothers is always helpful, professional, and they keep prices reasonable. Very hospitable and friendly atmosphere. I have even stopped in with a random question about my car, and they were very gracious about answering, even though I did not schedule service. Highly recommend.

I’m from TN and was visiting my sister in concord, NC. While there my minivan started having a hard time starting. I had the battery checked at a local parts store and they said it was fine. But the next day I was still having the issues so I thought it might be that the cables where dirty. I just stopped by with no appointment at 4pm on a Friday for them to check. I had 4 kids in the car and they were able to get me right in with a tech. He let us sit in the car while he cleaned the cables. Came back with cookies and said have a nice day, no charge. I tried to start the car and was still having the issue. He then told me to pop the hood again and he checked the battery, and it had hardly any charge. I ran into the office and paid and had a new battery in my van almost immediately. I was only there about 30 minutes. I can not speak highly enough of the customer service I received and will definitely come back if I ever have problems again on another visit.

These people are always so nice. I have been in several times, oil changes, inspections etc.. I was nearby late one night with my daughter and had a flat tire.. A gentleman swapped it out for me in the parking lot.. They are great to work with..

My headlights were out and I had to work all day, my only shot was to see if they could squeeze me in last minute on the Friday after thanksgiving, which I expected them to be pretty busy for, they did seem busy but were more than willing to help me out. They replaced my headlights and also had the time to complete an oil change and some other small repairs that I’m very grateful for. Fair prices, timely service, and not sure how they knew snicker-doodles were my favorite cookie but gosh dang if they didn’t leave me some in my car when i picked it up. But seriously A+

Had my state inspection done with CBA-Concord. I really appreciated their pick up and drop off service during the pandemic. They sent me a detailed report after evaluating my highlander and Matt took time to answer my questions when I called in. I appreciated their honesty about what really needed attention.
