Love this shop! I have been bringing my bike to Aaron for years and really wouldnt trust anyone else. Their customer service is awesome and their knowledge and input is on point. By far the best shop in Columbus in every aspect.

I have taken my bike to other Big shops and was sick of paying so much. These guys took care of my bike and cost me LITERALLY HALF what bigger shops charged. Also I have purchased a used bike here. Their prices are almost as good as private sellers and they have a 30 day warranty and the paper work is taken care of. Excellent shop.

Seems as though my buisness is not wanted because i have attempted twice to get some services. The first attempt someone was supposed to pick my bike up however that did not occur. I understand situations arise and assumed positive intent so i gave another call and before being placed on hold for a long period of time i explained what happened the first time however there was no apology but i was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes. I shouldnt have to climb mountains to get service so i will go elsewhere. Good luck to future customers.

Id definitely recommend this shop. I brought my Kawi 650 for adjustments and a safety check. The guys did a great job, in addition to making adjustments, changing the oil, etc., they also returned my motorbike looking better than went I dropped it off. The bike was so clean it looked almost new. Its a small shop so turn around time maybe longer that what you might need, but they do quality work. Support your local Indi moto-shop!

Aaron and his mechanic are very knowledgeable and very fair on the prices.

Took my 95 Yamaha Virago 1100 in for carb problems which Virago is known for an they did a bang up job of getting it done right. Big difference in sound and performance.

Do NOT shop here! I saw a Buell Blast on their website and went in to see it. I looked over the bike and saw some abrasion and marks on one side. I asked about the bike being dropped and his next sentence lost my business. He said, they fall down sometimes. I just stared at him waiting for the punchline, when nothing further was said, I walked out. I plan on telling ANYONE who comes into my business that the Cycle Co is NOT the place to shop for a bike and get honesty or even a serious discussion.
