I was in the middle of a 1,000 mile trip and stopped in here to get a poker chip and look around. They had a great selection of HD items as well as some other named brands. I enjoy the store when they have “other” merchandise. I came here to leave a review for the customer service and the clothing department. They were awesome and very accommodating. Finding the right sizes and just over all very helpful.

Was looking to buy at pre owned street glide was putting 8 down which is a big chunk for a bike that’s priced 24,000 for 60 months payments came up to 4 to 5 hundred a month with good credit was harassing me for another bike I didn’t want was really swaying me away from the bike I actually wanted so at that point I just left probably the worse experience I’ve ever been to trying to buy a vehicle a motorcycle at that will not come back 🤟🏾

Two weeks ago I took my bike in for a check on brake lamp because my sensor went off. It turned out that it was a defective BCM and needed to be ordered from a warehouse with expected arrival of June 11th. Dylan at parts and services went out of his way and was able to get it delivered by May 30th. I made of the the June 5th event at the Civic Center thanks to your effort.. Thanks Dylan, you da man.

Me and the kiddo rode in the 2020 toys for tots ride. The store is really nice but the people who came didnt seem very welcoming to street bikes. Rivalry? I dont know but the shop is nice, great people working there and they do events for the community. So 5 stars.

He also helped me out by putting on new grips and a throttle assist when the service department was booked solid and couldn’t work me in. He is such a pleasure to work with.

Bought a 2020 Road Glide over the phone and had all the parts and accessories added before I got home from deployment. Great people. Ive bought 7 new Harley Davidsons from multiple different dealers and as far as sales and management go, this dealer has been the best. They remember your name and treat you like youre old friends when you walk in the door. They treat military right and are fair with prices especially considering they are close to a military base where most places try and take you for a buck. The service dept is friendly and knowledgeable and eventually Ill give them a try in performance upgrades. I wish they had more aftermarket parts on display like saddlemen seats, windshields, floor boards etc for touring bikes, but overall great place. Only other cool thing to add would be a lounge with drinks like some other dealers have.

They are wonderful. Their staff is always very helpful.

We recently purchased a Harley from Chattahoochee Harley-Davidson. The sales people were good, not great, had to re-do all the paperwork for finance because the number were presented wrong, but whatever, not a big deal... Well, the issue is really with the Parts Dept. We ordered several upgrades for the bike and most of components didnt fit. I called the parts dept. and told them the issues, going to return parts, etc. I then tried to get some wiring extensions and they told me we dont have a part catalog for those things, you have to bring it by and let us match it up... Which i thought was absurd, so i called Harley-Davidson of Montgomery and they looked the part up i needed with no trouble and told me they had it in stock. Same deal with Great South Harley-Davidson in Newnan, when i called about another issue. I am not sure how Chattahoochee Harley-Davidson has stayed in business this long, their parts return rate must be out the roof. I am very disappointed and once i use all my credit up from the bad purchases / returns i may not be going back. Very Disappointed.

I bought a 2020 Road Glide from Ft Benning Harley. After I told them that I lived in Texas and my drivers license address was different than my actual residence, they told me to write down my address on a sticky note and they would mail my plates. Than they ran into a problem with me getting my bike registered in Texas and told me that they cant help me and i have to figure it out. I talked to numerous employees and of course being upset was accused of cussing them out, which i have proof that was a lie. And when I was called by the sales manager he reworded what I said and than because I didnt agree with him just hung up on me. So dont waste your time go to another Harley dealership because this is how they treat their customers who buy a brand new bike.

Horrible service! Everytime you call to try to get something done, the staff makes you feel like you’re just a bother to them, and you should be grateful they are even talking to you. Thought it would be better under new management, but no such luck.

On Friday June 26th 2020 I had a appointment to bring my bike into the shop for a oil leak. I dropped my bike off at 8:30 a.m. to have it fixed. I called at 2:45 pm that afternoon to check status of my bike at this time I was told that they hadnt even looked at my bike. My bike had been at the shop for 6 hours. When my bike was finished I was charged for1/2 labor. I will not take my bike back to Ft. Benning Harley Davidson. I was trying to stay local since they had a new owner. I will just keep going back to Great South Harley Davidson. Who said this i did Charles Slane.

Went to get specifics on a few upgrades before I purchase my bike friendly, articulate staff who are very patient with customers. Especially those like me who are new to riding. I plan on making my first bike purchase ever be a Harley. They even set you up for training.

I had a blown seal in my front suspension, my bike is still under warranty, so I took it there and asked them if they could replace both because most likely the other seal could go out soon, the fxbb seens to have a problems wth these seals, well they said yes but they only replaced one, when I got home and checked the bike only one dust cover was lose, indicating that they work on that side but no the other, I am sure they charged the warranty for both but only replaced the one, I regret buying my motrocycle from this dealer, never doing business with them again.

The sales people were great! They worked with me till everything was completed. I bought a 2020 Softail Standard. They treated me like I was buying a CVO Road Glide. Fantastic place!

Be warned they will screw you on any services and warrantys you add to your new bike. So I came here just to look around with a friend. I ended up leaving on a 2020 Forty-Eight Sportster. I have been having problems with the bike all covered by warranty. A month and a half after I buy it I decided Im tired of dealing with these problems so I go to another dealership to see about traiding in for a different bike. Come to find out i was upcharged 100% on my extended service plan and my gap insurance. I also bought the prepaid service plan for 2 years and wasnt told that i could only use it at certain dealers so I tried to cancel since I hadnt used it yet. They said use it or lose it because they will not refund it. I was told they would come pick it up when it needed serviced so when I go to Illinois six months from now by God they are going to come pick it up!

I had put my full trust into them helping me pick my first bike and Im glad I did. I had a small issue but was quickly taken cared of by the service manager Shawn and the awesome Marine Vet on a really busy rainy day!! Im totally grateful for the work they did and customer service.

I ordered some pipes for my bike. When they came in they were the wrong ones, not a big problem. I take the part back they assure me the correct part is ordered. Keep in mind my bike is already in someones shop tore down. Six days later I call to check on part then Im told its on back order and wont be mailed for a couple weeks. Then I get a call from the service manager I presume, not sure why he called he only blamed corona and everything else except for taking responsibility for his employess not checking to see if things were on back order. I havent been in this harley location in a few years and the quality of service has fallen off-not sure if new management or what.

I recently bought a motorcycle from this dealership and I had an awesome experience! I have my own business and put a lot of value on customer service and look for it in other businesses. Chattahoochee Harley-Davidson topped all the other dealerships in regards to customer service and the experience of buying a motorcycle. Everyone at the store in Columbus were knowledgeably, friendly, fair, and pleasant to work with. I purchased a few modifications which were complete within 24 hours and the motorcycle was delivered to my house. I always appreciate when I receive feedback about my business/staff, so I just want to say thank you to all the staff and now I will be a frequent customer!

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The parts guy who helped us with my husbands windshield really knows his stuff. Was able to make a great recommendation on a windshield both of us benefit from. There is a great selection of clothing, most of which I hadnt seen the designs anywhere else. It is a smaller dealership but very friendly!

Ive bought 3 bikes from this dealership and been satisfied with each new purchase. They know me by name, call me by name and treat me well every time I visit. Parts department and service department are first rate. I assure you my next bike will be purchased at this dealership and no Im a real customer and they didnt pay me to say this! lol. Stuck on side of highway flat rear tire, called to see if had size i needed for bike. they had tire but since I ride a victory not only did they refuse to install tire, they refused to sell me a tire. Such a P.O.S dealerGive Harley a bad wrap, so much for bike brother hood here
