My husband and I will never go back to the North Star location. The manager ( blonde - short hair in the clothing department is nasty ! Also another girl with longer brown hair, treated us so poorly, believe her name is Shanon. I’m sad farrows let’s employees, treat customers this way. I have said it once & I’ll say it again, we always pick convenience over customer service .. this is what I told my husband. Never again! I absolutely hate coming to this location.I miss the downtown location. The girls there were always so kind & helpful & the inventory had something for everyone .We won’t be back unfortunately. I hope you find better managers and staff to take care of us riders in the future.

I stopped in while traveling. The location is right off of the highway. The sign was visible from the highway so I exited. I purchased a t-shirt. Everyone was friendly and the saleswoman who helped me was nice. The restroom was also clean. 👍🏾

Staff was very professional and nice looking. lol They took good care of my bike not to mention Donald think thats his name but he really fixed my shock problem. Mechanics are very Knowledgeable when it comes to the new bikes. Great job

Service staff were fantastic! I did venture in to the motor clothes department. I asked one young lady about a product in her department and she acted really strange without giving me a direct answer. So I moved on and left back to the service area where I supposed to be. Lol.

Very nice new building. But much like the Downtown store, walked around for about 45 minutes and no employee ever spoke to me. Not even a hows it going. Bet they would have been all over me if I wanted to by a $38,000 dollar bike.

Decent Harely Davidson shop, plenty to choose from whether looking for new or used motorcycles, nice selection of paraphernalia riding accessories gear parts and apparel, not a hod idea to take a tractor trailer to location but big empty lot on opposite side of street about 20 yards just before u arrive.

I bought my used 1200 sportster here a few years ago … a very big mistake… it was in the shop almost the whole first year I had it... I will never buy anything at this location again the parts department was descent but it’s sad when the whole staff got to know you by name for all of the wrong reasons… the service department supportable went over the bike before it was sold to me, after months of problems. (Oil leaks and break downs) I was told that parts of the bike wasn’t even assembled right. After fixing a few things they said there was nothing else they could do and that there was nothing wrong with the bike… yet ive been stranded on the side of the road several times… I still have problems with the bike to this day… this dealership talks the talk but for sure does not walk the walk… as soon as your out the door they don’t care… will never buy here again..now they have moved to a new location and im sure it is the same

So far so good. Just dropped my bike off for service. Very friendly staff. Great location. Just far enough outside of Columbus to be a nice ride. Update. Downgraded to 3 stars. Picked up my bike and one of the mirrors was flopping around. Made it home and took two minutes to tighten. Not a major problem but makes me wonder what else was overlooked. I expect the bike to be ready to ride after a $700 service. Had very good luck with Carsons Harley in Lancaster. The service manager Dave is good to work with. Taking my bike back there for next service.

Dropped off my 2001 Electra Glide for repairs. The bike would not shift into 2nd gear. They recommended the spring service in order to give it a good going over. The shifting problem was fixed, clutch was properly adjusted, fluids changed and belts inspected and adjusted. The bike rides great. Feels new. And did i mention the clutch? Big improvement. Great job!

Just there @ about 1:30pm today. NO CUSTOMERS were wearing masks. Only about 1/2 of the employees were wearing masks. No signs and no social distancing was being enforced inside. We WILL NOT BE BACK. Hopefully the state fines them so they get the message.

I feel so lucky to have gone out to Centennial HD.I expressed interest in a couple of bikes. I was contacted back by Nick, sales mngr. much info on phone. Made appointment. No hassles, exceptional service on all levels from entrance thru to sale and financing. I bought my 03 Dyna wide glide there in 2013. I was never informed about the Cam tensioner failure. The bike had 13,000 when I bought it and after having back surgery I only put a little over 2,000miles on it. I paid 10,000 for the bike. Now Im worried that the tensioner shoes are going to cost me a lot of money to replace! This is a supposed issues with the 88 CI engine. I guess they just wanted to sell to you no matter what. 😣😣😣😣😣😣Not very happy about it! The bike is sitting in my garage. Afraid to ride it now

The maintenance staff is awesome. They are very helpful and understanding. If I have any maintenance issues with my Harley Davidson there isnt anywhere else that I would take it.
