Im a plumber & we purchase water heaters from Habegger. The great part of doing business with them is they provide recycling of the old heaters and the giant cardboard boxes the heaters come in. It really makes me feel better to help the environment while working.

Well the place was closed and I was just there striping the parking lot after it was sealcoated. Looks good to me. Friendly people work there and I would trust them if I needed my HVAC system repaired or replaced.

My experience wasnt that good from the warehouse, but the lady at the service desk tried to make up for the guys ignorance. Im not sure if its because of the B.L.M. but the warehouse guy was terribly rude & thats horrible for business for a multi million dollar company. Maybe culture diversity training along with customer service training would be a great start with this lost soul. Good luck

I have coming to Habegger for many years and consider them one of the best parts distributors in Columbus. Bryant inventory is great and most often parts needed are in stock. I wouldnt consider anywhere elel to buy my specialty hvac tools, they always have the newest tools. Most of the staff have been here for years.

I work with this company a lot for my profession and I dont have a single problem with them. If I do they always correct it, as well as the crew they have there are VERY friendly. Anthony, Kimmie, Dave, Henry they always treat me with respect and do everything possible to help me.

The parking lot is an obstacle course to make deliveries, they need more employee parking, so the personal vehicles arent in the way

Its hit-and-miss with the customer service. Some will just laugh at you if you dont know exactly what youre talking about. Others will go out of their way to find exactly a part that will work. I hate the way some talk down to you and make you feel like an idiot. I wish I wasnt forced to deal with them. Be careful of the return policy if youre just keeping stock. 30 and go FO.

On 12/31/2017 at 3:00 AM I was on call. A client called me since they had no heat. So, doing my job as an HVAC technician I call to see if I could get the supply house open. The client afterward declined the charges, and the CSR, I think his name was Dave, got upset with an attitude. I understand, I also was awoken from sleep. But you know what, I dont talk to people in that way. It is not my fault the client CHANGED HER MIND!!! Ill be calling to report this bad service experience.
