Highly recommend! The office staff was great in scheduling an estimate.The technician, Shane, showed up on time, looked at what we needed done, which included a rather complex vent reroute that was holding up a big remodel job. I had several other contractors say no-way, cant be done.After a thorough look he said, we can do this.The estimate was reasonable, work was scheduled promptly, and ended up being completed a week ahead of original estimates.Shane and Tim, the technicians that completed the work are very skilled professionals with a refreshing can-do attitude. They knocked out the job in one day. Shane also left us with some great tips on how to properly keep air circulating in our home, which wireless thermostats are the best, and more.Id go with these guys again and wouldnt even bother with a second estimate. This company and its team are fantastic.

If I could give TemperaturePro 10 stars, I would. Our A/C stopped working the hottest weekend of the year to date, and because it was the hottest weekend of the year to date, most places we called were telling us it would be 5-6 days before they could visit. TemperaturePro was able to make it out the next day -- and at the ultra convenient time of 7 am. Charlene was right on time, and she was wonderful -- professional, friendly and best of all had our A/C working by the time she left (all for $89!). She mentioned that because its so busy, she told the schedulers she could start service calls as early as 7, and we are incredibly grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond to rescue us. Professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced service that restored our heat in below-freezing temperatures. Carlos arrived within an hour of our call on a Sunday, and walked us through each of the factors that caused our heat to stop working. Stop reading reviews and just call this company. Seriously. I did a lot of research before calling TemperaturePro and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received! This was my first time ever working with a HVAC company.I initially called to get a tech to come out and see why our A/C unit outside was screeching. As it turns out, she discovered that the compressor was failing and the unit itself was literally older than me (I’m 25). The tech was Cheyenne or Charlene (I’m sorry - I cannot 100% remember), but she was amazing! Super up-front with me about the problem and very no-BS when it came to giving me options.I received a follow-up call from the Sheri Nash about three days later and she was absolutely incredible. She told me that the company is pro-LGBTQ+, owned and operated by women, and just overall super inclusive! We promote equality in our household so this was super amazing to hear!We ended up getting an entire new system installed (Outside A/C unit, Furnace, New Duct Work, Etc.) and compared to some of the pricing I’ve seen online and heard from neighbors, this was far lower than I expected (Less than $6k). The new units work great with our Nest Thermostat!The same tech came out to do the big install and they were amazing. Respectful of our home and our dog appreciated the attention that he received from them. Installation started around 8am and was completed by 2pm (Basically had to force them to go get some food because they were working so hard). There was no mess left behind and they took the old unit when they left, so I didn’t have to worry about disposal of that either!The work comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and both the furnace and the A/C have a ten-year warranty. I’m so thrilled with this company and I couldn’t recommend them any more than I already have with this mile long review.

My wife and I just bought our first home in February, we started having AC right when we turned the AC on for the summer, we called them on a Saturday after it shut off and they got a technician out to the house the next day on a Sunday!! Called Temp Pro Columbus, Ohio, on Friday and set an appointment for Monday. The window of arrival time was between 11 A.M.-1 P.M. I explained that we really wanted to replace our whole system, but was told the Service Mgr., would need to check our system for an $89.00 service fee first. We thought if its something small, like a loose wire tripping the circuit breaker, perhaps we would wait until after a kitchen remodel we are doing in December. I like supporting small businesses when possible and the reviews seemed good. Well I was wrong on this one!!! THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP......AND.... DIDNT CALL!!!! As if our time waiting for them isnt worth anything!!! Here we are about to spend thousands on a new system and they evidently dont need the business. Thank you Sheri for saving us from making a costly mistake using your company!! REAL PROFESSIONAL!!!

My heater recently went out and Ohio was just hit with dropping temperatures. I was able to get an appointment and a Tech come out the same day and get my heat running again. Good fast service that gets to the heart of the problem quickly without any B.S., The only minor knock (not enough to damage the 5 star rating) I had against TemperaturePro Columbus was that the price was quite a bit of a markup on the fuses that were replaced on my air conditioners disconnect box, but that most definitely was not the fault of the technician (Cameron) who acted in a very professional manner, and diagnosed and then fixed the problem quickly, and that is probably part of the cost of doing business anyways (in other words getting a tech to my house quickly and fixing the problem quickly, Im sure it isnt cheap). I highly recommend TemperaturePro Columbus!

My furnace wasnt worth fixing and they recommended a Goodman unit. I never heard of Goodman. It puts the old unit to shame! The tech was fantastic ... Technician here for 5 min-tops said warranty does not include fuse issue.I said that was a waste of 100.00 and he said laughing your warranty won’t cover this. It is going to be more like 159.00. So, 159.00 to hit a switch!!My son had already checked the fuse. The technician then spent 20 minutes on ipad trying to charge my card. Got upset when it was not working. Started to bang on the ipad saying he was a technician not a secretary. My daughter offered to help and he ignored her completely. This banging and swearing under his breath lasted awhile till he finally figured it out. Then I asked for reciept and he said it would be sent to me. My air is still not cooling down house; it is still is the same temp after “running” for two hours now.UPDATE: The owner of the company called me and corrected the situation. This company wants to get it right and went above and beyond to correct the issue.

Do not use this company. Installed the wrong equipment and stopped returning calls when the unit did not function. It cost us three times as much money to repair the work they did incorrectly.

If you are a skeptic of all service industries like me,then please read this to comfort yourself!When I saw all 5 stars for TemperaturePro I was interested but wondered if friends and family had given all the reviews because I just doubted 5 stars was truly possible for this industry now a days.I called at 9:15am and made sure the receptionist (Jackie) knew that this was not an emergency and I didn’t want to pay for an emergency same-day call. Jackie said that same day service is was what they strived for and it was not considered an emergency call. Wow!! That’s great, but the catch was coming... I was certain! Jackie (who is wonderful) told me her service guy (Robert) would be out around 1:00 pm. Unbelievable... no 4 hour window?!! Ok... still skeptical “around” can be defined a lot of ways but I was thrilled none-the-less and said that was great! I assumed at 12:55 I would get a call that my appointment would be several hours yet with no exact time due to the service man running behind. I could not have been more wrong.At 12:45, Robert called to say he was on his way but about 25 minutes away so he would be here as soon as possible! Seemed too good to be true!! What company has this type of service now a days? I knew then and there whatever was going to be wrong was going to be a huge deal and cost me dearly, unfortunately you expect that with this industry anymore.Robert showed up at 1:10. As we stood on the side porch next to the AC unit, and talked for a moment, Robert said he was almost sure that he knew what it was after hearing the unit and the “symptoms” I told him. (Really??! ... was this guy for real?) THEN Robert explained to me, in terms I understood, what he was suspecting and if he was correct,( but he would do a full diagnostic on it to be sure) what the price was going to run me!! LESS THAN $200 AND he had the parts on his truck!!! NO WAY!!! Yet, I was STILL SKEPTICAL!! This is one of those moments that if it seems too good to be true then it probably is... right??!! I was waiting till he pulled the panel off ran the diagnostic, and tell me that what he found out was much more worse and way more expensive to fix....WRONG AGAIN!! Robert’s suspicion was correct and it only took him 20 minutes to fix the problem, make sure it was running well, and come back in to show me all the information!! Best part.... it truly was LESS THAN $200!!Robert also showed me how they keep pictures of our A.C. units, serial numbers, details of diagnostic history, etc. to aid in the future for parts and service/repairs. AMAZING!!To sum this long review up- at every turn, this company exceeded my expectations! The staff that I dealt with (Jackie and Robert) were not only professional and extremely knowledgeable but very friendly and reassuring. They have proven that this industry still has companies out there that are committed to honest workmanship, with a high quality of service, at a very fair price!
