The training room and facility are great. Kim took care of all the food and drinks and made the training class run smoothly. Probably one of the nicer distributor buildings Ive been in. If you are a Trane dealer in the Midwest DSO, you should come attend the classes here. Especially the ones from BDR!

Great Knowledgeable Staff, Good People!!

My customer purchased a 15 ton package unit in October 2019. December of 2019 blower motor and wheel had to be replaced. Now in January of 2020 blower shaft and bearings need replaced. We are told that it will take 3 weeks to get the parts. The customer has to pay for the warranty parts and then be reimbursed at a later date. I will never recommend trane equipment. I will tell anyone who is buying new equipment about this experience.

Horrible customer service looked at me as if i was unwelcome. No acknowledgement at all. Man i hope they dont treat paying customers like this.
