Ashlyn was extremely professional with sincere customer service after dealing with a gentlemen with dreads who worked there. He seemed very flustered and anxious when a few of us customers came in the store. He was very rude, sarcastic and needs a course in customer service.

I was in a situation where I didnt have much time which he went above and beyond for me. I appreciate it more than words can explain. Outstanding Service! I took my trumpet in for a cleaning and not only did they charge me $30 less than I had expected but they also fixed and added a ton of stuff! Very happy with the service there.

Dont trust their website if youre ordering something. I ordered a drum set and was told it would take about 2 weeks to arrive. 6 weeks later they tell me they need another $182 to place the order because they listed the set with the wrong description.Follow up! Just got a call from one of the awesome people in the store. He went to bat for me and was successful! I will be getting the set at the original purchase price!

Not a bad little place considering its small size. Good if youre just looking for accessories. Was looking to just pick up a pack of guitar strings and didnt wanna drive 30 minutes to another store. This place is only about 10 mins from me. Only thing I have to knock off a star for is that the prices on their strings are higher than market value. $6 for a $4 pack of strings. Unreasonable and rude when seeking a refund. We were treated like thieves being told we had to wait for our refund and someone would contact us. 2 weeks later with no contact, we made contact only to find out nothing had been done to process our refund. 2nd time in the store we witnessed a refund, to another customer, being processed on the spot!NOT RECOMMENDED!

Scheduled lessons for my daughter for christmas, she wanted them for 2 years....first lesson cancelled. Going in to refund 300 dollars and broken dreams.This place sucks.
