VERY RUDE and unpleasant staff!!! Yes we showed up 10 minutes before closing after driving an hour, but only wanted to have a quick look. Staff made it rudely clear that they didn’t want to help us. A fork lifted yelled at us and others “get out of the way you can’t stand there” and we were NOWHERE close to him..or how about him waiting on us to move and then operate the lift??? Go down the street to Monz instead..better selection and MUCH nicer staff!!!!

This place is great. Please there are very nice, especially, Mitch. He is very understanding and knowledgeable. He made my stone selection a very pleasant experience. A great person!

Wide selection. Probably the widest selection of stone in Columbus. Uses a arbitrary pricing system of groups between 1-34. They stated they are unable to give any sort of rough estimate of pricing, stating its between the fabricator and customer. They stated it is the fabricators proprietary information. Also, unavailable to give a rough estimate of per slab pricing cost.They stated pricing varies too much between fabricators to give any idea of pricing. That was generally unhelpful to me as I had no idea if a group/slab is roughly 5k, 10k, 15k, or any sort of realistic option.

What fun it was to shop for granite counter tops! Justin was so nice and funny and helpful! I put the slab I wanted on hold and brought some samples home just in case I changed my mind. But, nope! We were recommended Stonemart by our fabricator. When we arrived the staff greeted us immediately and gave a great explanation of the showroom (What is where, etc). We were there for ages because there were just so many great choices. In that time the staff approached us several times to ask if we had any questions. We went expecting to pick out a quartz slab, but also perused the other selections. We ended up really liking the quartzite as it comes in brighter white shades and has natural looking veins. The only thing we regret was bringing our toddler. If you’re thinking about bringing your kids do yourself a favor and get a babysitter. Although if you error like we did, there is a small play center for children. We were happy with our experience and can’t wait for our new counters!

Although a final decision has not yet been made, the customer service was great. Pat showed me several options, as he knew that i was looking for. Today, I visited Stone Mart in search of granite to update our Master bathroom. The staff provided outstanding service from the time we walked into the store til we walked out. We had our grandson with us, but this was not a problem. There is a children’s play area for safety. I was instructed on how to be safe as I moved through the warehouse. I was also told how to complete the form to be used for ordering the granite. My questions were answered fully and I was shown several pieces of granite for me to consider for my bathroom project. Everyone was very helpful. This was truly a good experience. My husband and I even remarked about the outstanding service we received!

My review should have been 5 stars, I pressed the wrong key! We were very satisfied with the inventory and the service. My sincere apology for my error!

We found Stone Mart to have the most extensive selection of natural stone as we shopped for the perfect slab for our project. Their staff was very responsive and helpful moving slabs in their working warehouse so we could more closely examine specific slabs before we made our final selection. My only advice would be to verify a specific slab is available (not already on hold or sold) before you get too married to a specific slab. Their warehouse will be fairly full of customers especially on the weekend and inventory can move fast.

Stone Mart has an amazing staff that was available to help every step of the way. They also had a larger selection than the other places we visited. We would recommend them to anyone looking for new countertops!

We went here for our first time and first stop in finding Granite. We were welcomed when we came in the door and walked through the process of finding the color we wanted. It was very easy and pain free process. I will definitely come back for any future needs and will send my clients here first when they are needing granite.

We visited Stone Mart last week looking for granite countertops and were immediately greeted at the door. They expressed that safety was very important. We were able to go freely throughout the warehouse to look at the huge selection available. There was always someone available to answer any questions and to check on us to make sure we were doing okay.It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for countertops. The staff was friendly and helpful and the selection of products was amazing, which made it difficult to decide.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Stone Mart today! I was greeted by warm sweet people. I was given a tour of the facility. I was offered a cart that was sanitized in order to more easily get around with my tile samples and purse! The selection was amazing. I cant wait to see what my new kitchen is going to look like! Kaelyn was kind enough to give me a small sample to show my husband and I was able to place two slabs on hold at no cost! I am mad at myself for not making the journey across town sooner! Definitely a first class experience!

Great experience! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable showed us where what we were looking for was located and turned us loose to browse and kept checking with us periodically to see if we needed anything or had questions. No pressure, just look till you find what you like!

Efficient process with stone mart. You sign in, they give you a quick orientation to the layout and products, you view the slabs, record the ones you like, once you leave they forward your information to the fabricator who then quotes the final product for you. There are multiple knowledgeable people floating around to answer questions if you have any.

Liked that they didn’t hover. They asked what I was looking for and pointed me to what they had. They also answered all of my questions. Then left my wife and I to browse at our leisure. Their system was pretty easy to know which stones were cheaper and which were more expensive. Absolutely no pressure sales here!

It was a very positive experience. They have a lot of different materials with different price ranges. The guy that helped us was very good.

We were shopping around for new countertops. We are fairly particular in what we like and dont like. We were interested in leathered granite in particular, which narrowed what inventory was available. The gentleman that helped us was beyond attentive and helpful. He asked great questions and showed us several examples to help guide us towards some slabs we might be interested in. He took his time with us, answered all of our questions, and we did not feel any pressure. In fact, we did not even have a fabricator picked out yet, so we couldnt reserve any slabs. nonetheless, that didnt stop him from providing exceptional customer service and providing valuable advise. we visited several other warehouse/granite distributors on the same day. not only did stone mart have the best selection, they also had the best customer experience.

Had a good experience, met with two different representatives of your company as we there on two occasions and had a positive experience with both. My only issue is the hold process ie: time limit and you have to do it in person even after being there on prior occasion.We live in Mansfield over 60 miles away. I’m sure there is a reasonable business purpose.The granite has a fine selection and we are very satisfied with our choice.

Wow! Top notch professional place with loads of selection for granite, quartzite, marble and even exotics like onyx. If you havent found what your looking for in a countrrtop this is the best place to come in a 2 state radius. Bring your walking shoes and take your time looking at all the beautiful stone.

Went to go pick out our granite slabs on December 10, 2020 and the assistant who seemed like he could not be bothered took us back, we selected our granite sign the form and thought all was good. Later when it was time to install our granite we find out that they lost the form and gave away our granite. When we called them they just said that they didn’t have a form and that was that.The Woman on the phone acted like she couldn’t do anything to help us and couldn’t be bothered either. It was their fault and could care less. Worst customer service ever. The original person that “helped” us was Ikenna. Horrible service they will lose your paperwork and blame you for it do not purchase your stone from this place.

The staff was very knowledgeable about all the different stones which helped us in deciding what stone was right for our project and they were wonderful to work with! They had a large selection of granite, quartzite quartz and marble to choose from and have them organized by stone types for easy browsing and took the time to help with all of my questions and they have a station For samples that are free for customers to take home so you can check different stones and colors in your own lighting. Worth the trip!

Insanely helpful staff, best selection to other warehouses listed. The urgency around moving and staying out of the way was hard to figure out, if you see the large yellow thing on the ceiling moving, stop moving and or move back. They have to be pretty like on you about this so dont be surprised if theyre like HEY, Move!

I was able to choose from a wide variety of styles of granite. The staff was knowledgeable about the product. The aisles were clearly marked to make finding choices again easy. The assistant writes down your choices, then forwards that to Konkus who will then provide a quote based on your selections.

Honest information given to help you make the best choice for your project. Note that they dont sell to end users, you must buy through a fabricator, but most fabricators in the area have accounts. Best use of my time! Ikenna looked at my other finish-materials samples, listened to my explanation and goals, and knew exactly what I needed. However, he did allow/encourage me to walk all of the stone aisles before my visit was finished. Chose two stones (needed two) -- and will be communicating with the fabricator next week. Ha! They were helpful in directing us around the warehouse and then with slab selections.Returning to look at a few more slabs and narrow down choice.

Staff was extremely helpful through the process. We found the stone we liked on the showroom but the other piece that matched was buried in their warehouse section. They were able to find it and get it ready to view the next business day because of our hectic schedule.

Stoneware staff was friendly and helpful as we selected the granite for our kitchen. They explained their system, gave us a sheet to narrow down selections and worked with our installer. No problems. So many options ofGranite, quartz, quartzite, marble and more.

We live in Cincinnati & the Stone Mart by us us smaller, the larger one is in Columbus. We have visited both & in both places the service is great. The people who work there know their stuff & have always been willing to let you take your time in looking. They are there for any answers to your questions that you might have. The selection is great, even in the smaller Cincinnati location. Besides Granite, they also carry quartz, quartzite, solid surface & I think even soapstone. Its a great place to get your counter tops.
