Lang Stone went above and beyond on our kitchen renovation. The countertops look beautiful and the attention to detail by the installers was second to none. The communication throughout the entire process was seamless, professional and prompt. The installers called before arriving, were very courteous in our home and did an exceptional job installing our stone. We called to have a half bath vanity top added, last minute, and the turnaround time for its completion was phenomenal, too. We absolutely loved working with this company and will be bringing our business back to them in the future.

They went above and beyond to help me thru a difficult situation caused by another stone company. Their patience and understanding along with their commitment to make me happy has brought the joy of building my house, to life!

About 4 weeks ago I posted a comment regarding my experience with Lang Stone. Although it is easy to post something negative, I also feel strongly about posting something positive, especially when the company has gone above and beyond; to correct the situation. If you read my first post, then you know what I am referring to. However, I am here to tell you that people become life-long loyal customers when something goes wrong and the company works hard to fix it. Not only did the President call to apologize, but he offered one of the company’s owner (5th generation Lang Stone family member), to meet me personally and correct the situation. WOW!Although, I have postponed renovating my bath and kitchen at this time, I can honestly say that Lang Stone has a loyal customer for life. If I need any countertops, I will definitely contact them.

In the process of renovating my kitchen and two bathrooms. Working with a contractor that referred me to Lang Stone on 5th Avenue. Made appointment to pick out granite countertops for the kitchen, and two bathrooms. Upon entering the store, the salesman seemed rushed and in a hurry. I felt that I was not a valued customer and also felt that there were preconceived biases expressed towards me! When I would ask a question and explain what I did not want as it relates to patterns, I was constantly referred to the “value line”. When I asked about a different line, I was I informed that anything with the name - Caledonia (can’t remember exactly the name of the stone), was expensive and again referred to the value line.The salesman took me into the warehouse only to show me larger slabs of the same “value line”. He then took me outside; only show me the value line in different lighting. When I informed the salesman that I had color patterns in my car that may assist in making a decision, he gave me a flyer for Stone Mart and informed me to take my color scheme there. My meeting lasted all of 15 minutes. I entered the store excited about the possibilities, only to leave the store feeling humiliated and profiled!I contacted and informed the Contractor of my experience and vowed never to return to Lang Stone again!

What a selection, what great folks! The workmanship and attention to detail is why they are the oldest stone fabricators in the nation. We had our kitchen and then the master bath - couldnt be more pleased. A special shout-out to Lori Schroeder who made both projects possible and beautiful.

We just had Lang install some counter tops and a fireplace. Wish we would have done this years ago, the whole process was quick and painless. We went to the showroom and picked out our stone, someone came to measure a few days later, and they were installed the next week. Carlos was great to work with, the guy that did the measuring(sorry, I cant remember his name) explained everything and Greg and Tim knocked it out and did an AMAZING job on the install.

The lady that answered the phone was very rudeShe hung up on me. I asked for her boss and or the owner. Shelly refused .Think twice about dealing with this company.My supplier of 25 years referred me to them,I will contact my supplier to let the know, my experience.

Wonderful customer service! I went to pick up 300 rocks to use as kindness rocks for local kids and the man I spoke with was incredibly helpful and ended up giving them to us for free. I highly recommend Lang Stone! #KindIsCool #inthistogether

This is my second install using Lang Stone. Wonderful selection and great pricing. Claire in sales was very helpful with color match of existing cabinetry, sink selections and finished edges. Very knowledgeable of the product. Greg and Alan, the installers were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient installing the granite. If your in the market for granite, this should be your one and only stop. I highly recommend Lang Stone and suggest you request installers Greg and Alan. Both were a delight at the end of a very long work week.

Fantastic Customer Service!!! We have used Lang Stone in the past, during a remodel. We were very happy with the selection, quality and helpfulness. I had been working on a project, for several weeks. This involved a very small amount of stone, however I could not find what I wanted. Then I remembered Lang Stone. I called them up and spoke with Drew. I went to their place on Short Street and they guided me to what I been looking for. They even printed out a photo, of the project I was trying to create. Whether you have a big project or a very small one, Lang Stone is the place to go. Thank you again.
