I turned to Keystone after a previous source failed me. Dan Holderman was accessible, professional and prompt. Within 36 hours I’d toured the shop, selected a quartz countertop, received quote and had potential dates for installation. They are a bright point in my complicated bathroom remodel. This is the second time we used Keystone. First time we were very pleased with quality, service and product. This time we are pretty unhappy with the job they provided. The granite was obviously incorrectly measured when they came to our home initially for measurements. First issue was our above cabinet door wouldn’t open once granite was installed. This needed to be removed and altered. Our bathroom remodel company came in following them and pointed out another issue. They apparently cut the slab of granite too short and had to glue another piece of granite to the one end to make it long enough. Now there is a seam with noticeable glue about two inches from the end. Our bathroom had been demolished for a complete remodel so it wasn’t noticed until it was to late. I won’t even get started on the caulking job around it. It looked like a 5 year old did it. I did discuss this with them and it was never fixed. It’s been very disappointing this time around. I feel the quality we first loved definitely went down!! It appeared keystone only wanted to get our money and finish the job, the quality of their work was it here this time. Sadly, we have to find a new compote use for our next project.

If you are looking for price, quality and superp service, this is the store you should visit. They have exceptional customer services, humble and polite people, good follow up and answering every detail you asked.

Disaster. Just remember, “cheap” means cheap. Everything is… Small kitchen countertop replacement 30SF. Package includes sink, removal and disposal. 6 months warranty. Did not purchase backsplash, as there is existing tile. When guy came to take measurement, he said I will need backsplash, since corian is thicker than granite. Of course I had to pay additional. 2 guys came to install. One guy, kept complaining, not able to turn main water off. He was acting and said that the job may not be able to proceed. Of course we just turned off the valve. “Have never seen an undersink water plumbing done like it in his 20 yrs of graniting”. It’s a Fisher home and materials use are of high quality. Except that the previous owner did not install water line shut-off valve.Stone wasn’t cleaned or prep at all. No sealant applied. The backsplash, they tried to install right on the tiles. Ended up paying the guy $100 to remove lower tiles to install the granite 4” backsplash. All he did was knock them off with hammer and rip them off the dry wall. I could have done it myself. Hurriedly done, it was a mess. Wish I just had left it without the backsplash. Easier to fix the ¼ gap. We now have to get it fix. They ran out of stone. Finished at noon, but missed one small piece of the backsplash and said will get back at 4pm. Of course no one showed up. Called and was told 6pm. Was given all kinds of excuses but insisted that it has to be done today. Things just got more bizarre. At 6pm, saw their truck outside. We were waiting at the living room, but nobody rang the doorbell. My granddaughter went to the door, there was no one. The garage door was opened, so I went backdoor to garage, and the guy was already inside the house. Not a word from the guy, who went straight to the kitchen, with silicon and the piece of granite in hands. He installed the piece haphazardly. I asked him to clean some of the stone edges that weren’t cleaned, thinking they have the right cleaner. Just made it worst. He went to his truck and had a piece of paper towel with him, and started going through the edges. Lo and behold, it was some dark brown liquid, and he got them on the drywall and window sill. See picture. I asked him to at least wipe off them off, but he took a pocket knife out of his pocket and start scraping the stain. Also, stone cut not clean, jagged edge, seam is obviously wide.I can go on and on.. Ended up spending more. Got pictures. will never recommend.

They have really good prices and great customer service. They really assisted me the whole way and answered any questions I had. I have also had a few follow ups since the granite was installed and they have been very responsive. The level of courtesy and willingness to help has been tremendous. I appreciated their assistance very much and they were always very friendly about it too. I would definitely recommend trying them out.

One of my favorite purchases for the new home. The staff were so nice and knowledgeable and the prices were amazing. Delivery timeframes are HALF what everyone else is quoting because they fabricate IN HOUSE. This saves so much time and money. Cant say enough good things about this company!

Great place to see counter tops. Huge selection

The counter tops look nice but I was very disappointed with the installation work. The two men just seemed interested in getting and out as fast as possible. They chopped up the door casings badly to get a couple of sections to fit after refusing my offer to do it for them. There was no effort made to contain the cutting dust to just the kitchen when making a cut-out for the cooktop. No plastic sheeting over open doorways or even going to the trouble of closing a door that was right next to where they were cutting. One counter top was shoved in so hard where it didnt fit that a large sliver of stone flecked off the edge. A hole for a filtered water faucet was drilled too large because they only have one size drill bit for the stone. And finally, the cut-out they made for the cooktop is not cut right and the cooktop doesnt fit. They did offer an apology for the mess as they were leaving with their check.

After shopping at several places I was very satisfied with my visit at Keystone Granite and tile. The sales rep was very thorough and helpful so this where I will be purchasing my countertops from. Competitive pricing as well.

We had a beautiful quartz countertop installed on a kitchen island. The installers were top notch! They were very careful transporting & installing the countertop. They were very knowledgeable & accurate with the installation, taking care to measure the holes for the faucet, etc. perfectly. They cleaned up the workspace when finished. They cleaned & shined the quartz beautifully when they are done. I was surprised that it only took five days from the time they came out to measure to the time they did the install. I really don’t understand some of the negative reviews posted here… But I guess some people are just impossible to pleased, or trying to get everything for free if there is an minor error.I used Keystone for all of three bathroom remodel projects… From the moment for getting measurements until installation of the counter tops, everything was handled promptly and very professionally. The quality of the product and variety of the selection is amazing. I can easily say that this is the best store in Columbus and surrounding areas if you need to install new counter-tops.I would highly recommend Keystone to anyone….

When you guys first opened the Columbus location. We purchased our granite counter tops from you. WE LOVED IT. Now we just got done with our basement bar. Its absolutely gorgeous. Do not use Keystone Granite and Tile! If I could give zero stars I would! We had so many issues with their fabrication and installation of granite into our kitchen. I do not know how to put it all into words. They did not measure correctly therefore having to rip into our exterior wall drywall to push the slab into our wall. They did not ask prior to doing so and did not cut it properly, leaving jagged drywall. Because they pushed the granite into the wall the overhang was significantly less on one side. On the other side of the stove they did not cut the piece down to match the overhang. So we had two different overhangs next to our stove. It looked horrible. There were also noticeable chips in the granite around the sink opening when installed. They said it would be no problem to put the seam in the sink, but this resulted in the seam being unable to be matched up without installing shims on one side, which then resulted in one side being noticeably not level. They also installed the sink incorrectly. It was falling out by the next day. They did agreed to install one new piece of granite to fix the chips and try to fix the level and overhang issue at that time as well. While trying to fix the over hang they damaged the drywall on the other side of the kitchen. While cutting out pieces of granite they cut into our new cabinet. The new piece of granite they brought to replace the chipped piece was a different depth than the rest of the pieces. If we had went ahead with installing this piece there would have been a noticeable gap filled in with caulking between the shallower pieces of granite and the cabinets to make them level with the new piece. At this point the owner refused to give us pieces of equal depths and our only option was to have them take all the granite back. He was extremely rude to me in my own home. At the end of the experience we were two weeks delayed, still had no granite, no sink, and had extensive destruction to our new walls and cabinets. They refused to take any responsibility for the issues. We had to then start completely over and find a new granite slab and fabricator. Keystone Granite and Tile’s inadequacies in measurement, fabrication, and installation caused us a four week delay in our kitchen remodel. They may seem cheap, but don’t be fooled. The owner is very rude, the “free” sinks are very cheap, and the sealer they use are only good for 1 year. The high quality fabricator we are using now uses 50 year sealers.

I just wanted to tell you what a great job your guys did installing the granite countertop in my master bath. It was a delight to do business with you — you have a great selection in Columbus Oh warehouse, and your prices are very competitive. I just love the way everything turned it. It’s hard to imagine what it’s going to look like in your own bathroom. But I was thrilled when I saw what I had picked — it was even prettier than I remembered! The way your guys did the sealant was outstanding. Altogether a terrific job!Thanks again!

The folks at Keystone are great. We just had our granite installed in the kitchen and baths and it looks amazing. This company was SO EASY to work with-they were punctual, professional, knowledgable and did what they said they would do. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new granite countertops. The staff at Keystone were attentive, professional, and very courteous. It only took a week and a half to get installed after we chose our stone, and the installers were prompt and experienced. Highly recommend, and we’ll be returning when we get to our bathroom projects.

Stopped out to look at a granite for my Moms house. They answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Highly recommend shopping from them! They are going to do our installation on April 26. We cant wait to see how awesome its going to be.. (and I will also put a review after the installation and let everyone know how it was.)

I can’t say enough good things about here. We were having our kitchen counter top replaced and dealt. It was extremely professional from start to finish. their responsiveness to our concerns was exceptional. The work they did was so nice. We have used Keystone Granite multiple times and have been very satisfied with their work and the quality of the product. They have many slabs to choose from and are very friendly - nice family owned business.

The people are Keystone are regular folks operating a family business. They work in earnest and make efforts to do a good job and take care of you. I value honesty and hard work over perfection and falsely coddling to every little whim the modern consumer demands of corporate businesses. I had Quartzite installed in my plus sized kitchen (not huge but maybe a bit bigger than typical homes nowadays) and it looks amazing.My only beef is with the installers offering an upgraded warranty for additional cost at the time of sale. They dont really follow through very well but Ive had my counters installed for almost a year now and everything looks as good as the day it was installed.

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. Their customer service is perfect. We had a problem with our stone ( not their fault) they stepped up and replaced our entire top no question asked. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Not many companies around like this anymore. I would highly recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat. THANK YOU KEYSTONE.

Such a nice family business.We got our taj mahal counter top from here. They did a great job helping us find the ones we like within our budget. Installation came out great. The installation was quick with only about a days wait time. They were very responsive and answered all our questions. Good pricing, good service, the installers were really careful and worked perfectly clean.

Good prices but bad service. The quality of the work done was just avg. they were not careful with the house while moving stuff. I was expecting dust after work but Its very bad. They didn’t wear shoe covers and mud shoe marks were everywhere in the house both on hardwood flloors and carpet. very importantly even after telling multiple times they walked with muddy shoes. Big no from me.

We got out granite installed from keystone granite and the stone was Chatau Blanc ( hope i spelled it right:) ). Extremely happy with it. It took around 10 days to come and do the measurements and the installation. This was the fourth granite store we stopped and so glad we did. The pricing was much more better than the others and they included the stuff other companies did not even mentioned. Installers worked very very clean. So glad we decided to go with you guys THANK YOU SO MUCH.
