After visiting probably a dozen show rooms in the area and not being able to find a slab of stone that wasn’t already reserved or way out of my price range, I was referred to Modlich by a neighbor. There I was able to not only find the perfect granite slab that was available but also add an amazing price. The personal customer service you receive by a small family owned company is second to none. My countertops are gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier.

Ive always used and will continue to use Modlich. It started with my custom built house and the granite countertops in my kitchen and pantry.I have high end rental properties and have put granite in all 6. Ive used Modlich in all of them. They have a great selection of slabs to choose from. The salesmen, Kurt and Chris, have always been courteous, helpful and accommodating as well as Vinnie, who takes measurements after all decisions are made. I recently had another kitchen completed and the installation team did a great job all the way around. Ive always been a satisfied customer.

Great selection of stone

Went to Modlich on a Saturday with my husband. We spent at least 2 hours painstakingly picking out granite for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Overall the bill would have been over $5k. Our salesperson that day was Zac who was pleasant and helpful enough. The business day was nearing so Zac told us he would email our estimate with all of the dimensions and specifications we had given him. He said we would receive the estimate by email the following Monday. A WEEK later I called and was met with an Oh yeah, I was out of town. I will get that over to you. He got around to sending it over the next day and after a few more emails where we continued to get the sense they were uninterested in our business, we knew Modlich wasnt where we were going to spend $5,000 of our hard earned money.There are plenty of stone places throughout Columbus for us to explore. No need to put up with Modlichs lack of interest in our business and blase customer service. Much less the likely unsatisfactory result!
