Even though the previous reviews weren’t good, but the price was the lowest in the mall. I checked the material that he was going to use for my phone and it was the same material as the other place so I decided to give it a try. The technician, Hassan, is somewhat fast and very friendly. I’m satisfied with the service and I’ll update my review if anything changes.

I am from Atlanta Georgia and was in Columbus visiting family. My sons Apple phones screen was broken. I can to Polaris mall and came to Cellaxs phone repair. Hasan was the technician. He was fantastic. He quoted me a price that was unbelievable. He was able to fix my sons screen in just a few minutes. I am a physician in Atlanta and I highly recommend them. My brother also has come. I HIGHLY recommend them. here many times and has had similar experiences.

My friend asked the guy who was working there a question about his phone. The guy was very rude and was on HIS phone talking and refused to help him. We tried to get his attention and he shook his finger at us and said I CANT HELP YOU! Why cant you? Its a phone repair shop. We wont be back! 😡😡

Ran across them in the Polaris mall while looking for a new phone. Instead got my iPhone 6 plus repaired here. The formerly broken screen looks great! Definitely recommend them for Phone repair!

My iPhone 8 screen was complete shattered and these guys were able to repair it completely inside the Polaris Mall. It looks as good as new and has worked perfectly the last few weeks! If you need phone repair or tablet repair in the Columbus or Polaris area these guys come greatly recommended from me.

Called them guy quotes me 100 to replace the screen on my xr, when i got there he says 120. I say you said 100 on the phone he says ok i go to bathroom come back and he says he has no screen! Just go to senai up the stairs guys hes way better.

Stopped by here for a phone cover on 8/2/19, after Id just purchased a new phone, while in town on a weekend trip. The gentleman at the counter showed me my options & I picked the case I thought would be best. He was pleasant & appreciative of my business.

DONT GO TO THE STAND THAT’S BY THE FOOD COURT. THE GUY CHEATS. DONT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER.

The person at their Polaris location was very unhelpful. Came in for liquid damage and he seemed bored and just denied us service. Funny thing was that I walked a few steps away and got it fixed at another store! Cellaxs person was rude, had no sense of customer care and I will never come back here! My advise : don’t waste your time and go elsewhere.

Cellaxs- phone repair was very friendly and helpful over the phone. They were able to order a new screen for my wife’s iphone and now we dont have to spend the money on a new phone. We will definitely be back! Great experience

Im disappointed with the customer service!.....I took my daughters iPhone XR to this location on 7/21/19 to have the screen repaired. Henry worked on the phone. After replacing the screen and prior to us walking away, my daughter checked to make sure everything worked. The front camera did not. My daughter told him the camera was working before, so I asked why wasnt it working now. Henry changed the screen again, but it still wouldnt work. He said that the camera could have been scratched when he took the old screen off, but advised that we try backing the phone up on iTunes and reset it to see if the camera would work then. He said if it doesnt work to call him and hell order a new camera and replace it free of charge. We did what he said, but the camera still wouldnt work. I called the shop and left a message for him to call back, no luck. After a few days, I went to the shop, but was told he was at another location. I waited another week, still no answer from him, so I went back to the shop again. The owner (Mo) was there this time. I told Mo about my experience and he said he was unaware of what was going on. He told me to try again what Henry said to do and if it didnt work to call his cell and leave a message. He gave me his word that he would fix the camera it if we still had problems. Well what he suggested did not work, so I called and left a message. No response! I texted him 8/9 and he replied that hes been traveling and that hell call me later in the day. Well its now 8/28. I have not heard from him.

I always go to the Polaris loacation with my phone needs, they are so helpful the owner always goes out of his way to meet my needs.

The first time I went there to have a screen replaced, I had to go back the next day because the screen was glitchy and they replaced it. After having that screen for two days, it began “ghost touching” random apps I was doing nothing with. The third and fourth replacement all happened during the same visit. The third screen became completely unresponsive to any type of touch, and when the third one was replaced with the fourth screen, that screen never turned on at all. Upset and frustrated, I was advised to call the owner of CellAXS, which I did. He insisted that I come in the next day because there’s things only he knows? Doesn’t make any sense to me... Anyway, I asked him for a refund and was fairly adamant about it given the multiple situations and his employee even agreed because this was getting ridiculous. So I called and texted the owner he asked me to leave the screen (thankfully I still had my original screen) and he agreed to provide me a refund. He asked me to text him the last four digits of my credit card number so he could refund it the following morning, which I did. He also stated that once he conducted the refund that he would take a picture of the refund proof and text it to me. This never came. I called him around six or seven pm regarding an update, just to be texted back that he was in the hospital due to a family emergency. Which I can understand to an extent. He said he would call me back and never did. It has been several days and the refund has still not been processed so I have been forced to file a dispute with my credit card company despite the several attempts to communicate with him. Due to his complete lack of professionalism and sales of faulty items, I would not recommend this business to even my worst enemy.

I recently had my phone repair here, it was quick and easy no hassle and great costumer service. They also had a great selection of phone cases.
