Wynston was our knight in shining armor in our battle against xfinity. We received the worst customer service from xfinity but Wynston stayed on the line with their horrible customer service line for us in order to get all the information to save our phone numbers and phones when transferring to t-mobile. Unfortunately, t-mobile didn’t have the phones we would have upgraded to otherwise we would have taken that route and everything would have gone much smoother but Wynston was willing to battle it out with xfinity in order to save us hundreds of dollars while providing amazing customer service. All and all, Wynston earned his t-mobile store a 5-star review and we hope that t-mobile will recognize the above and beyond employee they have on hand. If you ever see this Wynston I wish you the best and good fortune going forward in all your endeavors.

We had a nice experience at this location. They were able to order the phone color I preferred ahead of time, and when I came in for pick-up, the transfer process fit seamlessly into my lunch break. We live in rural suburbs of Columbus and I would say T-Mobiles service is just as good, if not better, than my previous carrier. Loving that 5G!

I try to new iphone yesterday at the store and did not like it. I bring it back today and return it and I got charged with $70 + tax restocking fees. I call the tmobile representative and he said I should order by phone. That way I order the phone thru the warehouse so theres no restocking fees if return within 14 days. I wish the tmobile stores should have a return policy sign to inform the customers just like Target Walmart or Best Buy. At least now I Always asked What is the return policy? What is the restocking fee when I buy anything in a store?

I had been a loyal Verizon customer for a long time. While at Polaris recently I stopped in to find out more about 5G. Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while not at all making me feel pressured. I will continue to drive to this location over all others for this kind of customer service.

Zoey, our T-mobile customer service representative, was so helpful! She helped my husband find us both new phones. She was patient and kind answering all our questions. She knew about all of T-mobiles products and was very efficient in getting us exactly what we needed. If we have any issues we know where to come! ;)

IF YOURE SEARCHING FOR A GOOD DEAL ON CELLULAR SERVICE, LOOK ELSEWHERE.When purchasing 4 phones as a family plan, I was told they could beat what I was currently paying. FIRST LIE. I was told I would pay less than $200 a month, $30 per line, plus about $60 in equipment, that’s about $180 monthly. When I received my bill, it was for $260.74 a month ( 30% more ?) Nobody can show me a breakdown of my bill that explains this price. The salespeople in the store tell me I have to apply for rebates, and that will bring the price down closer to $200 a month. I called customer service and they allowed $30 in rebates for bringing 3 lines from other carriers, but cannot apply those rebates immediately, It will take a couple months, Im told.I just received my second bill, and it is for even more than the first, I suspect that charge was for insurance I selected for two of the phones. It seems they can process additional fees rather quickly, but not rebates. I want to pay what I was told I would pay. You dont get it in writing so you are screwed. Apparently some others Ive spoken with have had similar experiences with this carrier. I guess they can tell you whatever they want to get your business, but once youve transferred your number to their service its hard to undo, you only have 14 days. The person I was speaking with was very professional and efficient and was very clear about each step in making the change I requested (upgrading a device with a trade in). I appreciated that there was full transparency. She was also friendly and pleasent to deal with.

This store has horrible customer service. I had lost my phone earlier and T-Mobile customer service refused to provide any sort of help citing privacy laws. So I decided to get a new phone and came to this store on July 16, 2016 around 8 pm. A guy called Jason was the representative whom I talked to. I told him to tell me about the available options and rates. Since my lost number was part of a family plan, he refused to tell me what sort of offers do I qualify for. He kept on insisting on getting the person who was the owner of the family plan. I insisted that if you cannot reveal the details of the plan then how difficult is it to tell the customer that this is the rate you get if your family plan qualifies for the offer and here is the rate otherwise. This guy lacked basic courtesy and all he could come up with was we cannot talk to you since you are not the account owner. I have never had such a bad customer service. T-Mobile should hire people who have at least basic common sense. Time to switch to another carrier.

My family and I switched over from at&t and have had their service for about a month with everything working awesome. We 1st visited this store on black friday to find out their deals, they were very busy but very friendly and helpful. The manager have us the best plan details and phone offers on the spot, something that Verzion asked me to wait an hour and a half just to find out simple cost. We then visited back a week or so later to make the move and we ended up working with 3 employees during the process and all of them were very nice and helpful. Im very happy with tmobile and specifically this store!

Took my daughter in for a much needed upgrade. Was told by sales associate Aarika we qualified for a FREE phone case and screen protector. My daughter was taken care of, I paid, signed the receipt and left. Next day I go T-Mobile website to check my bill and sure enough I was charged for case and screen protector. They are very misleading. Free to me is no charge. Obviously free to them means no money upfront but charged for it later. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for 12 years and this lie and hustle of theirs is petty. T-Mobile is better then this. Please review your receipt before you leave the store. I wonder how many customers this store has hustled with this scam. Sad.....

Wasted my time. Was trying to upgrade my phone, wouldnt accept my trade due to scratches on my screen. These scratches were on a screen protector, not the glass. Had to drive back home to get a razor to peel the protector off. Went to the Henderson rd location, no issues. Also concerning was the price. Polaris wanted 200 down payment, Henderson 98 for the same phone and memory size. Not going to this location again. Suggest you do the same.

Staff here is AMAZING. Clearly they have worked together for a good bit of time, because they joke around and make the customers have a better experience because of it. The services are actually pretty uniform across the board, so making the customer experience better sets them apart from all other carriers. If they had stronger service outside the 270 circle, they would be my daily carrier of choice.

This is my closest store but I have yet to feel good after leaving there so after my last visit yesterday I am done. I show up to get my new phone, Im told its delivered but not checked in and that will take another 30 minutes only to leave and get a text 5 minutes later that my phone is ready. I come back and the guy who was helping me is now distracted by some young girl so he cant finish helping me. The people there are just short, dismissive and rude. I will drive past them and go to ANY other store before I step foot in there again.

When I first arrived the girl was very sweet and helpful with upgrading my new phone. She told me since I was getting a new one I got to pick out a free phone case and screen protector. Turns out they ended up charging me an extra $80 for the phone case and protector when it was supposed to be free. I would be very careful going here and make sure before you sign anything that youre paying for the right stuff. Pretty messed up to do that to people. Its misleading and definitely a bad look for T-mobile

Very in-experienced workers. Dont know how to deal with customers. Answers like I am giving you the best information I have. If you need anything further please call customer service, dont help. They ARE supposed to be T-Mobile and help customers. Also, this is not the first time that I have been given this type of response. The first time I complained to T-Mobile customer service on the phone and they actually opened up an investigation case on their system on their own employee! Dont know what happened to it though. Obviously no changes were made. The employees at this location are just as stone faced and unhelpful as ever.

I am a long time customer of TMobie. My husband and I went to Tmobile Polaris Fashion Mall looking for an upgrade for my S7 phone on 3/24. I wanted to give a shout out to Alex for excellent customer service. Alex was very pleasant, patient and very helpful and had the customer at heart. If I can give 0 stars I would. Salesman extremely rude and unhelpful. I waited about 30 minutes to get to someone to help me with purchasing a new phone - asked for deals, and got some talk about being a long-term customer Im qualified for $0 down no interest... Which I could have gotten ANYWHERE. Asked about iPhone device/service compatibility and got I only work here in t-mobile so I dont know anything about iPhone ordered elsewhere. Told the rude gentleman that I will check out the Apple store next door, and he muttered: sure, go right ahead, do whatever as I walked away. Obviously they dont want my business!

Went to do a warranty exchange. Was talked into switching to a plan that was not explained whatsoever and to pick a cheap phone. After having it a few hours I could not stand it. Took it back next day to do the original warranty exchange that T-Mobile said I could do, and was told we could not because of some slight scratches that had nothing to deal with the issue I had with the phone. I then wanted to buy outright the phone I originally had but they had none in stock even though they have it up for display. I then wanted to see if i could just buy the phone in full that they sent for the warranty... But apparently you cant do they either for some reason. After being with T-Mobile for a couple years, and always having constant issues with their customer service.. I will be switching carriers

Nice, clean place. Managers here are superb, they know what theyre talking about and are courteous about it. The workers can be a bit green, but most are nice. There is one guy in particular who was actually texting and playing on his phone when we were talking to him about updating our plan and getting a GS4. Because of this we went way out of our way to NOT give this guy his commission and came in super late one day and gave the commission to the manager.I was almost certain this guy would have been fired by now, but I stopped by today to check out a note 3 and hes still there. Even though the location is close and convenient this one worker was so rude to us we are most likely going to the Easton location.

Stay away unless you want to be outright lied to. I went there to purchase a new phone and had a case, screen protector, and cabled rolled onto my bill. I asked the sales person at least twice if I was going to be charged for them, and was told no, that they come with the phone The billing cycle ends and guess what! Im charged for the accessories. I called corporate and was told that theres really nothing they can do about it. So there you go.

Staff lies outright to you. I bought a phone and they grabbed a case, screen protector and car charger and said they came with the phone at no additional cost. I looked at my bill and saw a an additional 80 dollars on my Equipment Installation Plan for those accessories. The staff is trained to be misleading to customers. Stay away from them and dont grace them with your business.

Honestly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. My iPhone officially died, the battery wont hold a charge anymore so I dont have a working phone at the moment. Because Im away for college, my dad went to the store in Beavercreek to ask about it and what they can do. There, they said my phone was still under warranty and they could replace it for 20$ but only until November 4 so I had to go today.So I go and they say that their system says my warranty ended in July when we ordered the phone. But, the other store said it was covered and had even showed my dad the screen that said it. I asked them if they could double check the information with the guy from the Beavercreek store, I had his information with me and everything, but the store manager came out and said No on our system it says your warranty ended in July and our system is correct so hes wrong.They flat out refused to help me or even make the call, and the store was completely empty so its not like they were busy or anything.Dont come here unless you want to be glared at by really rude people who will refuse to help you.
