Alex was very helpful once he realized I was serious about buying a new phone I shouldnt have to damn near walk out of the store for you to pick up on that other than that he was very helpful

The man who was working at the time was knowledgeable, conversational and helped us with everything we needed. The store was clean and had a wide selection of floor models for their products. I really liked that certain phone models even powered up to give you the full experience of the phone being sold.The store had taken additional security measures around and inside the building due a string of thefts at the location. The crime frequency there was a bit worrisome but I appreciate their efforts to stop theft and protect their customers/merchandise.I wouldnt go out of my way for this store but I wouldnt mind returning if I was in the area.

I have had terrible experiences at this location when it was under different ownership, but they have done away with the inexperienced customer service and in with the new and improved. He was kind, patient, and knows his trade. I WILL be coming back again, thank you again Kenny!!! 😉🙃😀

I went there to pay my monthly payment.I noticed customer service guy cell phone was pulged in to what i couldnt see.He tells me swip your card debt or credit.I said debt.Guy gives me the copy that said approved.And not the Bill of transactions cause internet was down and waiting for Wifi.Metro PAYMENT center never got my paymt.But the money was a debt from my bank.

I had payed the wrong 😪 phone bill and I live out of state and I called and told Alex he fixed with no problem he even took a lost to satisfy me as a customer.
