I bought an iPhone 11 from them for a great price. The phones are graded and vary in prices $10-20 based on aesthetic condition. I got my phone home and there was an issue with the carrier lock. After messaging them after hours on Facebook, they called me, apologized for the inconvenience, and told me to bring it back the next morning. They were super kind and resolved the problem within 15 minutes or so and told me to bring it back if I had any other issues or concerns. Excellent deal!

Store does not comply with covid regulations. No social distancing measures whatsoever, customers walking in without mask, but worst of all, an employee walking around without a mask!

We went to the one on Hillary, and they were very rude. We came over here, and this one on 161 got the job down plus it was cheaper plus gave the kids airpod for the cell phone. The young man there was so nice an helpful.

Me and my friend walked in there the other day trying to get an IPhone 11 for my birthday. And when the guy put my phone’s chip into the 11, and I couldn’t make calls anymore. The phone he was trying to sell to me was stolen and it suspended my service and had to make a couple of calls to my service provider to fix it.Be careful when choosing to shop here.

Ive had the same iPhone 6 for several years, without any issue or damage. Until I dropped it while getting out of my car and shattered the screen to pieces. I stopped by and they fixed the screen perfectly in about 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. SAM was so helpful and very nice! I highly recommend this place.

The technician was confident and very competent. Before I found Mobile & Electronics Repair, I had been without access to the internet for 5 days - trying to work remotely with my computer guru from home via cell phone. He is generally a whiz but couldnt solve the problem. Mobile & Electronics Repair had me up and running that day. I would highly recommend them

This location has a great selection of devices, but the deals you see online are different when you get to the store. Online it said that the device I was looking at was unlocked, but when I got to the store, the phone was supposedly unlocked for a certain carrier.

Help me with some questions and gave me good advice for getting the most out of my old phone. Will definitely come back if I ever need repairs.Like

BEWARE these people put misleading ads to lure you in. They hussle you to buy a way overpriced phone. They also are thinking way ahead of you because when u try to return it they hit you with a 20% restocking fee, TRUST me the good reviews are fake.

There business model is to trap customers with falsifying prices/info in Facebook!! They have categories like A+, A and A- prices what they post on Facebook are C- but the images they use for marketing are A+. I never met such a traitor sellers.
