Had a tire blowout and needed it replaced quickly as I travel a lot for work. Did a little research online and Tire Discounters could get the size and tire I wanted the quickest (or so I was led to believe) so I decided to give them a shot. They were a little more expensive but it comes with some extras which I believe is Lifetime tire rotations and balancing and not to mention a free alignment when buying 4 tires. Seemed worth it to me and I had a great experience so far. The people working at the New Albany location were great!I forgot to mention I set all this up online on Thursday and selected a Saturday appointment. Turns out I got a call the next day to confirm the appointment. Of course I missed the call and had a hard time returning the call. They did however send an email stating they are dealing with a high volume of orders and had a corporate number to call. I eventually did get a call back and turns out they could not do the Saturday appointment since the tires had to be shipped from the warehouse. I was at first annoyed as it had me select the tires and then gave me appointment dates to pick from online (the Saturday appointment was also the main reason I picked Tire Discounters). They said it would have to be Monday. Luckily I was off Monday so it wasnt a huge deal but I did feel mislead.

WOW!!!! This is a place I definitely want to give 5 stars and highly recommend Tire Discounters Gahanna/North Hamilton Rd to anyone else for all of their tire and other car related needs. I have an older truck with oddball tire sizes but Manager Brandon truly went the extra mile, worked on finding me multiple options, and helped me out a lot on selecting the best tire for what I was looking for. The whole process from start to finish was truly first class. It is my understanding Brandon is a newer manager from a different store and his team of other professionals appear to be taking his lead in terms of professionalism, courtesy, and a customer service oriented approach. I couldnt have been more satisfied and only wish all other types of business had the same quality of people, service, etc. ... life would be a lot easier! I will never go anywhere else! Brandon communicated with me several times during the day relating repairs to my car. I appreciated the updates and the work that was completed knowing that I was going to have to spend some funds due to the age and mileage on my car. I am very satisfied!

10 minutes after my appointment time my vehicle was in a bay getting a tire rotation and, even after 5k miles, they mounted my spare. It would have been done when I bought the 5 tires originally but, I had left my flat tire in the garage. It was nice of them to get it taken care of after so long. Thanks everyone!

Had to replace three out of the four valve stems on my car due to old age and Brandon hooked me up and took care of it. They can do one valve stem for free but I didnt expect him to cover ALL three AND inspect the vehicle on a busy day. Especially when Mr. Tire two feet down the road charges almost $30 just to replace one valve stem. Great attitude and service. Rock on guys!

I have been coming to Tire Discounters on North Hamilton for well over ten years, probably close to 20. Always professional, welcoming and accommodating. TD takes care of all my tire, alignment and brake needs. Today, I had a flat tire, and was able to leave it at the shop for repair so I could continue on with the rest of my work day. They were able to plug, balance, and save a really good tire. They put everything back together, even replaced my spare as when it looked out of the factory. Super easy on me! Due to my years of loyalty, everything was on the house. It was not expected, but very appreciated. Management takes great care of all their customers, and definitely all their repeat and loyal customers!! I never feel as I’m being upsold nor told I need any unnecessary repairs. Tire Discounters on North Hamilton is not like other Tire Discounters. They are professional, friendly, helpful, clean and timely. The service is far above any other tire store I have been to. After calling with a nail in my tire they were able to quickly get me in for repair. I definitely will be back in the future for all my tire needs!

I frequent this Tire Discounters quite frequently for tire and tire related needs. I always receive OUTSTANDING service! They ensure my vehicle is done on time and the workmanship is always spot on! The staff is extremely friendly and down to earth. I usually book an appointment, but there was a time I had to drop in as I had a stem pop on a tire and they got me right in and quickly replaced the stem. I appreciate a business like this and will remain a lifetime customer!

Had an alignment done a month ago. It didnt fix the problem. Turned out i needed a new front wheel bearing. Even though i had the repair done somewhere else, they still honored the warranty and re-aligned it for free! I was in and out in a ½ hour.

Great location, great management - weve used them for years and they always treat us fairly. Good prices, good service.

They have always given me great service when I stop by to get an oil change, check up on my tires, replace my tires, or have tire relates issues. The crew is always friendly, welcoming, and personable. We all know have repairs go. Chain shops have MUCH higher repair cost than local shops, though they really took care of me and my vehicle when it was necessary.

What a great place! Our daughter lives and works close to the New Albany store and was experiencing a loud grinding noice on her commute to work. Dont know what happened! When I bought my tires there 3 years ago, the service was exemplary. Now the technicians are as slow as the sloths 🦥 at the BMV in Zootopia. The store was NOT busy, and it took an hour and a half to plug a hole and rotate my tires. Just wish the service was better so I could give a good review.

Everything was fine with the work done - but I was told (when I made the appointment), that it wouldnt take more than a couple hour - it took 3 1/2. Because of this, I had to cancel plans that I had made.

I needed help with airing up a dulley tire, I had already left valvoline and they couldn’t help me, So I went to tires discounters they also didn’t have a air chuck specifically for my tire but dustin got on his hands and knees and found a way to make it work.. If I had cash on me I would had tipped him but I want him to know how much I appreciate him for helping me. Customer service 10000%

They have always taken care of me when I have bought new tires. Today, helped me remove a tire from a rim at no charge and no questions. Just very willing to help out and take care of me. I will continue to buy all my tires from this location.

Front desk guy turned away my business. Right off the bat he appeared to not want a customer, there was 1 car in the shop and none in the parking lot, I asked for a patch in my tire and he said he wasnt sure it could be done by the end of the day even though I was there in the AM. The main issue was I had a patch put in the tire 1 month ago by them and it came out. All I wanted was another patch put in and he said they couldnt do it because the tread was too bad on the tires, even though they had just done it 1 month ago. He tried to sell me on 4 tires I told him Id consider in the future if he would put the patch in today and he said he wouldnt work on those tires. I was shocked he was turning business away considering they didnt have any business. Terrible customer service.

I have 12+ years of customer service experience and let me tell you, these guys are doing it the right way (and that is super rare, especially in the auto shop industry). I didnt catch the name of the gentleman that greeted and assisted me yesterday, but I believe he was the manager. He went out of his way to help me and make sure that I was taking care of as best I could be (I had gotten a flat on a tire that I had literally just bought nearly exactly year ago from this location). He continued to converse with me whilst I was waiting (when not assisting other customers) and it really made the experience a great one. Someone reccomended this Tire Discounters to me a little while back and Ive been here a couple times before (always getting great service) but this really sealed the deal. I cant imagine why Id ever go anywhere else and Ill be recommending others to do so as well.

We got a good discount on new tires, but I told the manager that the tire light was still on and he said it will go off when you drive about a mile and a half. Well here it is almost 2 weeks later and my husband drove the car nearly every day at least 10 mile per day and the light is still on. I really dont have time to be going out of my way to go there for them to reset it. So much for customer service, dont expect to get any there.My son has had to have his started replaced 3 times by them, this last time we replaced it ourselves and now its fine.

I don’t frequently review businesses because I am so rarely impressed with a business enough to remember it 2 minutes after walking out let alone digest and summarize in a maps review. However the guys at tire discounters today hooked me up and I owe them a nice review. Brought in two tires that I didn’t purchase from them for two wheels that didn’t fit on their tire machine but they made it work, charged me nothing and did it in under 10 minutes. That’s how you retain customers and that’s how you monetize long term. The other three tire stores I tried previously didn’t even look at my tires they simply said “no we don’t do those tires” as they went back to trolling on The internet in their empty garage. Solid stuff TD and thanks to Anthony the manager who got me in the door today.

I wont take my car anywhere else. I get prompt and honest service and never any upsale pressure. Anthony, the manager, is so personable and always honest and transparent with me. I took my car there about a year ago and thought I needed new brakes and Anthony told me I only needed brake fluid. I went back yesterday for an oil change and had my brakes checked again and Anthony told I had about another year until my pads would need replaced. Any other place would have taken advantage of me. Ive been in for twice for brake work and an oil change on several occasions and the staff there is great. Professional, polite, and a wealth of knowledge. The store is always immaculate and the service is prompt and informative.

Stopped by to get a tire reseated. Was in and out in 10 minutes- the employee (I didnt get his name)but he took 5 minutes to talk to me and do the reseating. This is why my family continues to use tire discounters. Weve spent thousands of $ here over the years. I will continue to go there for my wheel and tire needs.

Great Experience. I made an appointment for one day but had to change due to weather circumstances. Appointment was changed with no problem,when I arrived my car was checked for slow leak (I did purchase the tires at this store), leak was found fixed and out the door with no charge. This is the only tire discounter store I use, always courteous and work completed in timely manner.

Anthony was great and the team were great. Came in for four tires and what I thought would be a brake replacement based on what my dealer said. Went here for the first time recently, for an oil change. I would not recommend if you need to have a quick appointment, esp if you’re waiting with the car. They seem to have a great relationship with the community and were friendly enough; they also answered some questions I had after the fact that day, but my car sat in that lot for nearly an hour (with the windows down for some reason? Really didn’t love that. I don’t leave them down b/c I don’t want bugs, and it’s not like someone was going to be working inside the car) after my appointment time until it got taken to the garage. I even heard one of the employees tell another customer that it was a slow day for them, so I definitely took issue. My usual place treats appointments - especially basic oil changes - as the actual time your car gets serviced.Also, I was told when I scheduled the appointment that they would be putting mats, seat covers, other germ protectant items down in my car, due to the virus situation, which did not happen. I’m not furious or anything like that, but just probably wouldn’t go back.

Had a busted tire and no appointment on a Saturday morning. I brought the tire in and they got it mounted while I ran some errands. They called me a lot sooner than I thought to tell me the tire was ready. Love this place. They are always professional and do a great job.

Love this place!! Everyone is always so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They have saved me hundreds of dollars, time and energy.Showed me the problem with my car before putting $800 of tires on it. Advised me to go to dealership to have them fix the malfunction (extended warranty) for free...YAY.Of course, I went back for tires and again, super pleasant and quick.So when I hit one of the ever present Columbus potholes...and my tire went flat almost 4x in less than 48 hours. I came back to see about getting it fixed.They hooked me up once again. In and out in less than half an hour. Super friendly and they honestly care about helping people... while still running a successful business....WOW!

Fast service. Convenient location. I was able to walk and pick up a few items and got the call my service was done before I even was done. The gentleman, Anthony was very courteous, carefully multitasking between customers but stopping to help a gentleman on crutches get into the building and carry his tire in for replacement.

Everyone was very nice but I was not very happy that I had to wait an hour and half for my car to be done with a scheduled appointment. From listening to employees talk, you are understaffed and I understood that you were trying to hire some new employees to help with that. But I was definitely not happy about the time. If you are understaffed you should probably book your appointments to reflect that instead of over scheduling and making people wait.

I have been going here for years for everything from routine maintenance, to tires and mechanical repairs. I have felt valued every time I have come here. Every employee that I have interacted with has been wonderful. Tire discounters will always take care of you even when they don’t have to.

I made an appointment at noon and Although they were very busy they got me in and finished in a timely manner for all four of my tires. It probably took maybe an hour at best for them to do the work. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and I was even given a discount for the road hazard service per tire. Thank you guys for making it easy to get my tires replaced!

I was able to schedule an appointment online. They also applied the current coupon/ promotion to the end bill. They also told me that would take an hour to two hours to complete and had shortly completed under an hour. The tires are amazing. They were able to fit me in the same day as the appointment. 😀

Super friendly staff. Good prices with instant rebate. Tire Pressure was set right. Several lug nuts were over-torqued with pneumatic impact driver. 3+ hours in the waiting room seemed kinda long for the service I had done.

I noticed a bubble on the side of my tire the night before I was getting ready to go out of town. I called Anthony up and he was able to get me in right away. I was in and out with a new tire install and under an hour. Thank you so much! I will feel safe on my trip now as I have the safety of a car full of people to think about.

I was came in the store unannounced and asked for a oil change and was out within thirty minutes at a better price then quick shops that do not give you a over all evaluation. Brought them a tire that needed mounted and balanced on a new rim. Places like Firestone and Goodyear would probably charge you $50 for this kind of service. Tire Discounters did it for free while I waited, and it only took them 5 minutes.

I came in with a flat tire and Tire Discounters quickly fixed my tire issues. I was very happy with the service and next time we need tires I will shop at Tire Discounters.

Friendly service and they do good work on tires but dont go there for any non-tire related service. The shop over charges on labor costs to an incredible degree. A very minor strut swap out quote claimed 5 hours of labor at $563, shop then told me to drop off at 10a and car would be ready at 1p, anyone else see the problem there? Not to mention if I didnt supply the parts (cost me $250) they said the entire job would be $1600. Went to mechanic down the street who told me it was a 2 hour job tops and was $200 for labor. I would avoid any auto-service beyond tire swaps at this shop.

Went in this morning for 4 new tires. Everything was smooth, guys at the counter were great, and they price-matched like they said they would. Was out the door just over an hour and the car drives great. Highly recommend.

I dont think this place is built for service. Any time Ive ever needed an appointment its been very far out. And when you have an emergency like a tire with a nail in it, they will tell you that its 2 days out before they can look at it. The free alignment that they advertise only happens on your very first visit. My car was shaking really bad and I took it in to get the tires balanced and rotated. After it still shook pretty bad and when I took it to the Honda dealership they said the wheels were out of balance. After they fixed it I had no vibrations at all. How they claim service, I have not personally had a great experience with them.I understand regular delays and service appointments but something urgent like a plug in a tire should be fixed the same day. And if theyre not built for that, then their business model is not one for good service.

Its nice to have a place I feel like I can trust! I showed up with my 6 month old grand son with a nearly flat front tire. They were busy and did not really have time until later that evening. After a visual inspection they found a hole and it was leaking air. I told them I would come back later but they said they would take care of me if I could wait I little bit! Thank you so much to everyone at Tire Discounters for not having me drive home and try to make it back with a bad tire. I truly appreciate it!
