Shop owner very aggressive and rude barely spoke english can’t do his job right and will waste your time and money. Worst shop in columbus am calling the city of columbus to get it shut down.

Many thanks to the Columbus Automotive Services Center. I am from Idaho; my daughter was doing a clinical rotation in Columbus, and the engine of her Chevy Malibu 2005 car broke down due to oil leakage. She was in the middle of the road and towed her vehicle to this service center. The owner and chief mechanic was about to close the shop at 8 PM, and he waited for my daughter to come until she was there by 8:30 PM. Great person. The next day he looked at the car and found a good engine and fixed it within 3 days. He returned the car in such an excellent condition that it runs better than before. He also gave a warranty for the engine for a year. My daughter went to recheck the engine when needed with no cost within a year. She is driving the car for the last 3 months without any problems. She drove it to Wisconsin and in excellent condition now. He considered my daughter as a student and charged a highly reasonable price to fix the car. He treats his customers as his family members and understands their stress and worries very well. He does an extremely high-quality job like a factory standard. He educates the customer about the problem in the car and how he is going to fix it. Extremely honest person with high integrity. What a great place to come to repair your vehicle. If you have an issue with your vehicle, please call or visit him and tell your story; you will surprise by his help. I strongly recommend you consider this place to repair your vehicle before you think of other auto repair shops.

I bought a car from here for a good price they explained everything to me very well and the car runs nicely considering it was used. we also got our other cars muffler fixed here they did it very quickly. will be coming again

My son was in Columbus visiting and his car broke down. He needed a new radiator. He was price GOUGED and taken advantage of, sure to his urgency!!!! $700 for a $300 job.These places that operate their business while prying on the vulnerable should be boycotted!!!!! The icing on the cake was when he asked my husband to send him a picture of his credit card to secure the purchase... THATS A NEGATIVE!!!!!!!

This place is a JOKE... Charged for parts that didn’t even get put on. The job wasn’t done correctly. Save your money And go to a real shop. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Very disappointing service. BEWARE

I have been coming here for years. The staff are always friendly and the price usually lower than others in the area. Service is quick is always accurate.

Stay away from this crooked shop. Its run by a Vietnamese guy.They also sell cars. They buy cheap dirt cars from auctions and other sources with cheap dirt prices (obviously the reason is because these cars have a lot of costly problems and no one wants to buy them).So they bring bad cars from auctions and attempt to fix them with whatever experience they have, and then they re-sell them to victims.I myself bought a car from them and trusted them (which I should never done that) then a week later I have noticed some performance problems with the car and then I accidently noticed that the check engine light is somehow disabled. I went to AutoZone to scan the computer and found out that the car has 6 codes in it.The Vietnamese guy never disclosed the issue of a disabled check engine light to me and he said before the time of purchase that the car is fine.Unethical and not honest, right ?I went back to the Vietnamese guy and explained to him the situation with the car and he started to procrastinate and make excuses. And now I am stuck with a car that has a disabled check engine light, error codes and performance issues.Again, If you want to be fooled cheated on and waste your money and time, this is the perfect place to go.I am in the process of initiating a legal process against him as he fraudulently concealed the issues from me and lied.This is what is called car sales fraud
