These guys are great. Always very honest and straight forward. They look for preventative fixes where possible. Great for tires but they really do everything in car repairs well.

The shop is very clean, and the staff is very fast. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, new tires were mounted promptly, and was in and out within 60 minutes. The Manager On Duty, Deryl, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend the Sawmill Road location for all of you automotive maintenance care.

Got a flat tire. Dropped it off and they called me the next day telling me that I had $1900 worth of repairs needed. My car isn’t worth more that $1000 and they felt it was the right thing to try and tell me I needed to pay them twice the value of my car for repairs. I laughed in his face and said “ you know my car isn’t even worth that much” and he said “ I was afraid you’d say that”. So he knew he was ripping me off and did not care. Will never go back.

This place is horrible. Perfect example of a shop taking advantage of a female when her husband is out of town. I called and told them her tire was losing air and that it was the stem valve. They told me that it needed a complete tpms sensor that it was not rebuildable. I called several other shops and they all stated that it was rebuildable. So instead of rebuilding it for a cost of about $14 they charged $98 for a completely new tpms sensor. Do not go to this Mr. Tire they take advantage of females and below is a picture of the original tpms sensor. As you can see it is rebuildable. Way to prove that certain shops cannot be trusted.

I have been getting my oil change done at this Mr. Tire for years. The customer service is sub par, but it gets the job done. I work next door at Verizon and have been for 6 years. Everytime I drop off my car, I remind them that I work next door. I work at Verizon so I am working with customers often, and for long periods of time. Mr. Tire called me at 5pm saying that they will be closing at 6 and I need to come pay for my oil change cause its finished. I was with a customer and intended to run over and grab my car after I completed my interaction with the customer, but had forgotten in the rush of the day. By the time I realized it, it was 6:30 and I walked over to Me. Tire to find them locked up.I understand that I am a grown adult and should have been more responsible, but typically if I am not there to pick up my car, one of the employees is kind enough to walk the 50 ft to our store and remind me to come pay. This has been above and beyond customer service for sure, which I why I have always gone back. But this time I was stuck and hour away from home with no car.I was shocked to find out that there was no after hours number I could call, nor any solution available to me. I understand that this was an unfortunate situation for both parties, but when I picked up my car the next morning I asked if they knew I worked next door and they said, yes. I dont want to assume anything, but the person I spoke with didnt seem like they cared at all about my situation. I dont want something like this to happen again so I will not be coming back to this location.

I Love This Location of Mr. Tire, at Sawmill Rd! In the past month, Gavin and his staff, have been so professional, courteous, kind, accommodating, and helpful! Back on May 21st, they got me in within an hour of me calling, since I had a large nail that got stuck in my tire. They put a patch and fixed the tire quickly, ahead of the expected completion time! And today, Gavin is so kind to squeeze me in to have my flat tire replaced! More than tires! Gavin and his techs are some of the most honest and skilled techs Ive ever worked with. I come from a dealership background but have been bringing all my personal vehicles here for over 6 years. They let me know when my cars are due for an upcoming maintenance, but on many occasion have even let me know when something is NOT in need of servicing when I have come in with a concern. Have recommended them to everyone I know and always get raving comments on how professional and honest this location is.

This place was great! Everyone from the clerk to the mechanic was very helpful, and didn’t try to swindle me out of any “extra” stuff. I’m fact, they seemed like they genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road for a cheap price. And I have never had that happen in all my experiences dealing with auto repair shops. So for a awful situation, they made it as easy and reasonable as I could have ever expected.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! These people not only DESTROYED my car but treated me with incredible disrespect and unprofessionalism. The front desk guy, Brian Watson, is a liar and a coward. After they messed up my car (and charged 2k), I came back in (2 days later) and told him my worries. He didnt even step outside to look or call someone else, and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Four weeks later my back tires were completely bald and the car was 10x worse than before I brought it in. I came in again and he pretended to look in my file and pretend to read that when I brought the car back in it was checked out by a technician. Only after about 20min of me not calling his bluff is that he admitted that there was no such record and that he only said that because my concerns were stupid. I had to take he car somewhere else and spend ANOTHER 2k fixing their mistakes and replacing my tires. Save yourselves some time and money. JAM Fix just down the road are 1000x more professional and affordable.

Damaged my car while in the shop and refuse to take responsibility for it even though I have before and after pictures and the car arrived without the damages. The owner, Brian, dodges every call and the manager, Gavin, said sue me buddy. Steer clear.

I am warning you that this place is absolutely horrible and do not recommend it to anyone. I have had an issue both times taking my vehicle there. The first time they told me I need all new brakes and I took it to a different place to get a 2nd opinion and sure enough they werent 70% worn. Second time the did not put enough oil in my car and almost destroyed my car. The manager Gavin is a crook and does nothing to rectify the issue. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING......ANYTHING!

Id rate them 0 stars if I could.I went in for an oil change on the 18th of Feb 2016. The mechanic over-torqued the drain plug and stripped the threads somewhere, and I started noticing oil slicks on my driveway where I park. I took the car in for a check somewhere else, and I was informed about the stripped bolt/pan and shown where oil was leaking out. I took the car back to Mr. Tire to ask them about it, because, quite frankly, I did not want to believe that verdict. Mr. Tire did not admit to the error, instead put in an over-sized plug to seal the leak and told me all it needed was just a new plug, since the old one was worn out. They did put in a new plug. That was last week.This week I had some brake work done on my car, and I asked them (not Mr. Tire) to check if there were any further leaks. They came back and told me that while there was no leak at the moment, the plug was an oversize plug, and that it is a temporary fix, and that when it starts leaking again (not if but when), I would have to replace the pan. I have been quoted $250 for the pan and about $200 for labor to replace it at that time (not by the shop that checked it for me). I went back to Mr. Tire again today, but they are refusing to admit there was anything wrong, or even that they put in an oversize plug. I am not happy that an error on part of their tech is going to cost me about $450 to fix that issue. What I find most disturbing is that they did not inform me of any problem and tried to cover it up instead.My best guess is that they are hoping enough time would elapse between now and when the leak restarts, that I would not connect it to them.

I have been coming to this Mr. Tire for the last 5 years and I wouldnt even start to imagine going anywhere else. The manager has always shot straight with me, and most importantly never seemed to try and sell me anything I didnt need.I have trusted them with three of my vehicles and will continue to do so. If you need work done, do yourself a favor and use this location, for work that is beyond quality!

Awesome experience - was visiting from out of town and they fixed a brake problem we had. Got us in almost immediately and even considered it covered under warranty from back home. Gavin was incredibly helpful.

Great place. Very honest. I took an old car to them because the suspension had severe problems. They put it on the car lift, descibed the problem clearly, and gave a recommendation on what to do next. Since they could not do that type of repair, they charged me nothing for the inspection. I will go back again. Good magazine selection in waiting area too.

Got me in the same day. Drove me back to work, and dropped my truck off at no extra charge. Steven Whalen is an asset to your business and it was a pleasure doing business with you guys. Not to mention they gave me over a $200 discount. It would of cost me more to do this job through a friend. They got my business for life.

I want to give this place absolutely no stars. I went there just to see if they could fix my hood latch. I stood in the waiting room for 30 minutes and I missed my lunch. Two of the mechanics walked out but didnt say a word. They pretended to not notice me. There was a guy just sitting with his feet up and I could see him perfectly. He gets up walks in the room I am in, sits in a chair and goes to the corner. Where I cant seem him. Im,extremely upset and I hope no one ever goes here....

Avoid this place. Rude manager, I called this morning to ask about a tire rotation,they told me 20 dollars, they didnt bother to ask what kind of vehicle it was or what kind of tires are on it. When I showed up all of a sudden the price went up to 30 dollars cause theyre 33in aftermarket tires, rims even lugs. When I asked them to make sure they dont gouge the side of the rims he went out and looked and said theyre already tore up and the paint is chipping? They are all black metal not painted Mickey Thompsons. The white on them was brine from the road not chipped. His whole demeanor and body language was like he didnt even want my business. Explains why all bays are empty, no one waiting and no cars in the parking lot.

Ok I want to say sorry for taking so long putting this on here but I got tires on my 2011 Mazda 3 the size on the car are not hard to find its the all seasons I wanted at a good price I called them great guys over there they told me when would be a good time to come in on my lunch it would take 30 to 45 mins to put in and it was I even had time to stop to grab a bite to eat I asked to keep one old tire they said no problem with it wrapped up so it wouldnt get my car dirty I was happy very happy its been 3 months now with my tires its great they handle very well in all kinds of weather couldnt be happier let with having safe tires in my car very very happy with the price around 305.00 with everything even Wal-Mart wanted over 400 with worse tires this place is great very friendly staff always takes time to make sure customers are taken care of .. Ooh I almost forgot the manager I called and asked to get my tires ordered because they was not at the store they where going to close 10 mins before I called and I was worried about that but the next day around 930 am I got a call saying they was in and I could be there at 11am for install I got there at 11am on the dot andc1145 I was happy had time to stop get something to eat and back at work I buying a nother car very soon I will be taking it to them thank you guys your awesome keep up the great work

Always the best place to go for oil changes, tires, brakes, or shocks! For real.

They put 4 new tires on but in the process claimed that my rear brakes were completely done and needed to be replaced for $600. This surprised me as I had actually replaced the brakes myself just two years ago. After telling them that on the phone, they called back the next day and said it was just the rear passenger side brake that needed replaced. They said I must have put the calipers clips on incorrectly when I changed my brakes which led to unusual wear and the calipers bending. They lowered the price to $250, just above cost, because I had bought 8 tired there that week. I thought that was extremely strange, to lower the price so much. I took it to Tuffy for a free inspection. They said there wasnt thing wrong with my breaks. Mr. Tire also stated that my rear pads were completed worn down. Tuffy measure them to be 5-mm and 6-mm think. You only need to change if below 3-mm. Clearly Mr. Tire was trying to scam me.
