I have been searching for the server to match the dinning set that I just purchased. I called Rooms to Go Locations and was told that the item is discontinued but that I may be able to locate one at a Rooms to Go Outlet Store. I called Rooms to Go Outlet in Columbus, GA and spoke with Antoinette Walters. Oh my how wonderful, professional and helpful she was. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to search for the item. In order to save me the time of holding and to allow her adequate time to search her location and other locations, she took my number and called me back. Not only did she called me back but sent me a picture of the item. Her assistance was TOP NOTCH and in such a friendly, glad to help tone. I do not have words to express my appreciation to Antoinette. Thank you for your awesome customer service.

This was my first time going to Rooms 2 Go and since I thought this was a scratch & dent bargain basement type of furniture store I was really surprised that it is any but that. Now they do have a scratch & dent section where they have some really great deals but the main part is full of some of the most beautiful furniture I have came across in a long time. There is something for everyone in there. From contemporary to unique and a little wild. They have alot of mattresses, bedroom furniture, living room sets, single pieces, recliners, arm chairs, wall art, rugs, sidearms, buffets, some gorgeous storage cabinets, outdoor furniture, mirrors, whatever you are looking for they probably have it, or can get it. They have great bargains in the scratch & dent section and the rest of the store is very reasonable. This is not particle board flimsy furniture either, they have nice quality sturdy furniture. I bought a big beautiful mirror for $25 dollars ( scratch & dent section) that probably would have cost about $200 plus dollars elsewhere. My salesman, Deon, was great. He helped me find what I was looking for, was knowledge and happy to do so without being pushy & following me around. The whole staff is nice, willing & happy to help without high pressure to sell you something.

The RTG Outlet had a nice selection of furniture the day I went. The dresser I decided on, I feel like I stole it! That of course is a joke although I did get a very good price it was in the discounted price area

I have bought furniture from this place before and used the acceptance now but was kind of confused by it. I didnt pay off the furniture by a certain time this go around and got charged the interest (my fault and I was kind of confused at the beginning) and spoke to Miss Ebony. She was a great help. She explained everything to me and broke stuff down. Her personality and work mannerism was just wonderful. I will definitely be back and will use that service again because of that employee. She definitely needs a raise. Completely awesome. Thank you Miss Ebony for helping me.

This place is an absolute mess. I walked in, glanced around the store and walked right out. Items are displayed haphazardly and it did not appeal to me at all. Definitely will not be buying furniture from them.

Had a great experience at rooms to go. I walked in thinking i was just going to browse around and i left with the sectional that i actually been wanting for awhile. The Sales Associate Dion was awesome. Very attentive and patient even with my kid jumping all over the place. He also help me find my perfect rug to complete my set. After going to 5 other stores today, our last stop was rooms to go outlet. We were greeted by Dion and told him exactly what we were looking for. First mattress he showed us was exactly what we wanted. He also helped us look through multiple bedroom sets online and was extremely patient, kind, not pushy, and beyond polite. We will be returning for future furniture purchases with Dion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store and the employees have been absolutely horrific with the poorest customer service. We ordered a sectional, but due to time they said they couldnt finish the paperwork and would call me back the very next day. We had a delivery date and all. 3 days later I still hasnt heard from them so I went back down to the store. Low and behold, the same lady said shes just been too busy to call me but she looked me straight in the eyes and said oh I know I didnt call you like I was supposed too. Once we got the paperwork done (took less than 10 minutes) we find out that now we cant get our sectional delivered the day it was supposed to be delivered because they didnt finish their paperwork. So we rescheduled for today, 17 Feb 21. I get a call around 11 and the deliver driver FORGOT HIS WALLET!!!!!!!!!! he tells me he cant get on base and theres nothing he can do but reschedule. I am beyond upset. We got rid of our loveseat and sofa last night. We have nothing to sit on. I call the store and the manager says theres nothing she can do either. And of course shes apologetic because this is not an inconvenience to her. She says she can try to reach them to drop off our items at the store and we can pick it up. I dont own a truck nor do I know anyone who owns one. So she repeats that I can pick it up (guess she didnt hear that I dont own a truck and I am at work) so then she says that I can pay a 3rd party to deliver it to me. I dont have excess money to just throw around, and why should I pay for something that IS NOT my fault? I cant wait to get my sectional so I never have to deal with this company again.STEER CLEAR

Tracy helped us find and finance a couch out of the warehouse. Once we got home with it, we were missing a couple of pieces. We were pretty aggravated about it, but Tracy really helped us with locating those pieces and reducing the price for the inconvenience. He gave us different options to fix the problem. I was looking for a specific color couch in leather (red)I looked on the website and eventually went to one of the stores and found what I was looking for. I talked with Anntoinette and she was amazing. She gave me finance options ordered my set and followed through. The couch arrived with a small tear and immediately she contacted her manager and started the process of making my purchase right. I will definitely make more purchases in the future. Terrible experience. They don’t even deserve a 1.The delivery took forever and when I got it, one of the delivery guys literally drop the furniture and a part of it was cracked. I had to wait another 3 weeks. Got the thrift part of the order, it was set up and when I started to make up the bed it wobbled tremendously. After spending the entire day on the phone back and forth. I was told : the delivery guys were not coming back to tighten because they say it was set up right. I’m in the process of returning everything to Rooms to go. All I wanted was for them to come tighten the bed. But the customer service and delivery is terrible. So I will never shop at rooms to go!!!!

Been here twice. The sales associates are always friendly, but most likely because they want to make a sell. IF YOUR MILITARY, make sure to constantly ask about the military discount! I mentioned it twice to the sales rep and they still didnt apply it for the second time in a row ! And if you call to get it adjusted, the receptionist gets rude in a curt tone.

Highly recommend this Rooms to Go Outlet...they have a lot to offer in stock and if what you want is not in stock and something you have found online, they can order it for you! Great if you want to avoid a long drive to Atlanta or another city just to place an order. Sales staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Tonya was the person that work with us. We live 2 hrs away. So we wanted to make sure a certain night stand was there before driving out there. Plus the condition of the nightstand. Didn’t deliver the furniture on time and the first piece they delivered was delivered to the wrong house even though the address was correct on all of the paperwork.

Not new furniture, missing both power cords so you couldnt even check to see if thg hey worked and then she tells me I can order power cords for 50 bucks each and you need 2 so thg he returned price to this love seat recline er missing all cords is 1200.$ plus a 100$ for 2 chords so you check to make sure it works after you buy it.

I have seen better options and prices at other RTG outlets. I asked the salesman to see if he could take 50.00 off couch that was 799. Keep in mind these are older inventory or returned items. Manager told him she would not budge for 2 more weeks. Really?!?!?! They lost a customer. Yup...thats right. Its about customer !

I when in to The Columbus Georgia location my son had issues with his bed the young lady by the name of kionte she help me very much so help me to re order the bed for an exchange also help me order the nightstand and got the nightstand delivered at the same time as the bed she was very nice her assistant Megan was also very nice the lady tonya help me find the night stand she was very helpful as well i will recommend goin to this rooms to go

I will never buy from this store again it was a night mare. The guy Jim that sold my sofa to me said all the sofas was new. That was a lie. This store is a return and scratched merchandise. My sofa had a syring in used at that makeup. Change, plus when I got it home it had grease spots on it right upper cushion didnt even go on the couch. I went back to find the salesman when I walked in he ran. In the back like a scared little school girl. So I went over to acceptance they drew up a new contract I never signed a new one they forge your name electronically because know where is my signature. Then I assumed when you make your payment 90 days after that which is 19th of the month when i make my payment should be the ninety days after the first payment. I called today and got a response from this girl that said she was there when I signed the paper the second time. first of all know one was there except one person a white girl she printed out the new contract put it in a yellow envelope handed it to me. Told me to have a nice day. I was also told this company had nothing to do with Rent a center. But rent a center pick my syringe couch up to re rent at rent a center. So the moral of the story is be very careful when You buy from this store. I actually went back one day had a long talk with one of the employees. It was told to me. That most of their stuff is junk look it over they sell as is. Scratch and dent junk.

Didnt really have anything in stock. We tried to buy several bedroom suits and everyone they started we would have to wait 5 weeks. The only things they had in stock was the scratch and dent items. Not really what we were looking for. If you can wait they had decent pricing and furniture. Unfortunately we didnt have that type of time.

Very overpriced and make u think ur getting stuff for cheap. And the the 90 day finance is definitely not same as cash. I got $750 worth of stuff, and they wanted over a thousand dollars

We are a military family who has used rooms to go for years and we usually have such a good experience with them until the purchase of our couch recently. The 90 days same as cash option, which was marketed as a payment plan that once the 90 days was up it switched to accrued interest on top of your original payment, is not that. We were told by both an in store employee and an over to phone representative that the original payment we made of over $1300 was forfeited because it was made in that first 90 days and apparently if you do not pay the entire balance within those 90 days you are charged the entire price of the couch plus interest AGAIN. The phone representative told us and I quote “it’s like giving us free money”.... it makes me sick to think about the fact that we have put almost $2000 towards a new couch, which originally cost $2500, and the pay off balance as of yesterday on this same couch was still $2300.... I’ve emailed the financing office one more time to make sure that the information provided by two of their employees is correct but it’s so disheartening that rooms to go would maintain a financial business model like this. I just wanted other families to know not to waist your time or money on what is essentially just throwing money away.Edit: I have emailed both you business and your financial partner and I’ve still not heard anything back. I really just want the money that we’ve put towards the couch we purchased to go towards the couch we purchased.

I totally would reccomend the outlet in Columbus!! We needed furniture for our 5 kids..5 teenagers and we didnt get it all there but we did get for at least 3 of our teenagers:)! Kionte helped us so much with picking out the trend 😀 with the girls we have! She has style lol our 14 year old said!!

I just had to come on here and let you all know about this Rooms To Go location! I do not reside in Georgia, but my fiancé and I decided to take a trip to this Rooms To Go location to see what different items we could find for our new home. We walked in and was immediately greeted and felt welcomed by an employee by the name of Kiante/Kiantay/Kionte/Keyonte, sorry I don’t really remember the accurate spelling of her name. For me alone, customer service is everything and means a lot to me. As we walked around, she helped us every step of the way. Any questions we asked she was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. When I tell you phenomenal customer service; IT WAS EVERYTHING! On this trip we didn’t purchase right away because we were just browsing and getting ideas of items to put in our home. Trust and believe, my fiancé and I will be traveling back to this store in a few months to purchase our home furniture and we will definitely be looking for her! She is such a knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, just overall phenomenal lady! Definitely will be returning! Thanks again! You guys are awesome!

Found a couple of BEAUTIFUL dressers for the LOW! It didnt look as if the floor had any dressers (just dressers not a set) & just as I was almost done circling the floor I found them. A White leather dresser & a sweet, unique mini but spacious black wardrobe with a mirror on the door w/shelves & a couple of drawers. Besides the sweet finds the customer service was awesome & accommodating with thier holding period. Thanks Rooms to Go!!

I was in the store on 03-11-2020 and one of the rugs bulked and threw me forward. I had the lady in the store to write it up due to my knee still hurting before I left. Not one time has anyone reached out to me to ask if I was ok. I have called and emailed them and no response back. Very poor customer service. It goes to show that they care little about there customers. I’m trying not to take matters into my on hand.

The lady at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. Even the 3 men in the back of the store that loaded the furniture were great. Such a nice staff at this place, upfront and in the back. Strange, I expected a lot more country music than what was played. The bar is okay, I wouldnt order anything traditional but they have good staple drinks. Ears rang for a day after we went... the music is definitely loud enough. The live band was great!

This is the worst place to buy furniture in Columbus lol. The furniture is nice and so are the sales people but the women at the front are the most unfriendly unhelpful and coldest personality I have seen. Wow. I would like to come back when you have nicer people to deal with after you buy something from here.

I recently purchased a beautiful new couch and glider set from this company Rooms To Go of Columbus, Ga. During the transaction there was miscommunication on the pricing advertised versus what was being charged at check out. As well as the sales rep Tracey stating multiple times a great thing about Rooms To Go is if they give me a delivery date it will be there! It was a Sunday and We needed couches immediately the sales rep told us if we ordered that day we could have them by Thursday which worked perfect because my wife was off and could be there for their all day delivery window. At check out when one of the items being purchased rang up several hundred dollars more than the advertised pricing sheet compared to what was actually on display I stepped out to rethink my purchase. Before leaving the sales rep Tracey again said if you want it delivered by Thursday you will need the order put in today the other furniture stores cant guarantee that. After several minutes I returned to complete my purchase. After a few days we never received our pre-delivery verification phone call. I looked over my paperwork again to find the delivery date was scheduled for the following Thursday an additional week out. This was very frustrating being the sales rep was well aware we needed the furniture delivered the week of purchase. We had family coming into town and no living room furniture. After calling into the Columbus location the manager on duty was nice and apologetic but essentially kept stating the sales rep was not at work so she could not confirm with him what was said or agreed on during day of purchase. Also that there was nothing I could do because the dates were booked if I wanted to pick the furniture up myself. The sales rep also stated I could return the items worry free if they did not fit in our home or at this point arrive in the time frame I needed them. The manager on duty confirmed I could but I would lose 20% of my purchase refund. The overall experience with this company was far from delightful and I will not be returning or referring anyone to this business establishment. I also did not appreciate the sales rep Tracey bragging about his $100K earnings the year of 2017 within 10 minutes of working with him.

Furniture was overpriced/mediocre, no one greeted us upon entering or even offered to assist in any way when we were trying to shop for new bedroom furniture. We left and went elsewhere.

They have really good bargains & i purchased a QUEEN sized Bed Frame & it was pretty reasonable.

High prices but cheap funitures

I purchased a king size mattress and box springs from the store in March 2018. I paid about $750 for the mattress and box spring, I had to pay a $50 delivery fee as well. The guys arrive at the store properly which was within the next hour they delivered my mattress it to my home I had just had my bed delivered that morning by Ashley‘s furniture the guy threw the mattress boxspring on my new bed and scratched my bed directly in the center, then the guy asked me if I wanted them to take the plastic off the mattress or leave it I asked him to take the plastic off he said thank you ma’am have a nice day I said thank you. I didn’t know that he was leaving house right then after he took the plastic off of the mattress. I happened to walk up to the front of the house right there in the middle of the floor was the plastic that he took off the mattress. I immediately open the front door and I asked him “sir can you please take a plastic back with you” and he said “no ma’am when we take the plastic off of the mattress we don’t take it back” I said excuse me? I said so you just gonna leave this plastic laying here right here in my living room floor? but he stood there waiting on me to pay him for delivery fee. I said Sir I just spent $800 in the store and you mean to tell me You’re going to take the plastic off my mattress drag it up here to my living room and leave it laying right here in the middle of the floor? I told him that that was lazy and very unprofessional and tacky so I took that thing after he left I took that same plastic back up to that store open the door and left it right there in the middle of their show room floor just like he left It in my living room. This happened at the Columbus Georgia store, once I get back home that’s when I noticed a scratch on my bed, I call customer service and report it I have not got reimbursed or heard anything back from them that was my first time purchasing from Rooms to go Outlet Columbus Georgia at the outlet store. I will never ever do it again I just want buyers to be aware.

Worst experience ever. Not only did my furniture that I spent close to 3 thousand dollars on arrive two months later. Which I was aware of, but the delivery system is terrible. No update on when they are running late or anything. If I would’ve known this wouldn’t have purchased

Ordered 2 bedroom set online on March 3, 2019. They scheduled delivery for the 28th and when it arrived out of 8 pieces 1 was NOT damaged! We had 4 different deliveries come out and every time one of the replacement pieces were damaged! I phone customer service daily but was never allowed to speak with a supervisor. I was offered for my delivery charge to be refunded once all furniture was delivered. I called like I was asked to and now they say $50 refund! NEVER AGAIN!Horrible furniture with horrible service!
