Oh my goodness! This place is filled with beautiful pieces. We bought a lovely dining table years ago, but I continue to find a treasure “trove” of items every time I stop in and the employees are always more than helpful. Definitely worth a trip!

Trove is our go-to place when we need anything for our house. From chairs, to a bench, pillows, artwork and unique decorative items, we’ve found (and bought) it all. I love that this is a business that cares about its community.

Prices are still higher than you may expect for a warehouse but it has a lot of very high quality furniture. If nothing else it’s a great place to visit and get design ideas.

Eclectic a little pricey and they deliver. Service was wonderful. Just a little bit cramped with stock but eh whatcha gonna do?

This store and the customer service is phenomenal. From first stepping into the store to picking up our last delivery the customer service was top notch! EVERYONE is so nice, so helpful and wants to make the experience a 10. Danny in the warehouse, Lindsey and Molly on the showroom floor, Monica who helps with processing the orders and I believe the GM/owner all treated me and my husband like we were the most important people! Cant say enough good things about them and our entire house is now outfitted with Trove!

Trove is just amazing! Their customer service is by far the best in town. When shopping for a new family room sofa they were attentive, listened to my needs and showed me options. They were upfront and honest with pricing and after doing my own research I quickly realized just how great their pricing is. They kept me informed the entire time when waiting on my furniture. I recommend Trove all the time to my friends and even strangers when I hear them talk about needing furniture. I could easily buy everything in the store. If you havent stopped in you are missing out on the best furniture store in Columbus!

Great unique furniture. Owner chatted with us and explained how they are different. You can walk through their warehouse as long as you are escorted. We spent 30 minutes there easy, talked with a few different sales people, and never once felt pressure to buy anything. Very refreshing experience.

We furnished our entire living room with the help of Trove Warehouse. The staff was extremely helpful in suggesting the right pieces to fit our space. On top of that, their ability to keep us in the loop and follow up on our custom pieces was much appreciated. I recommend this store to anybody and everybody.

A treasure....trove......of goodness. They have a curated show floor with lots of great furniture, fixtures, and overall decor. An attached warehouse has additional pieces that have not hit the show floor. Good quality and reasonable prices.

I love this place everyone is ready to go the extra mile to help in any way. I order 2 display cabinet an it was smooth sailing. BTW: Kudos for the recommendation on delivery company Safe Home Delivery very professional and courteous. Cant wait to do business again.

Ordered a custom piece from the store. Upon delivery, noticed that it was the wrong color and called to tell them. I simply stated that I had received the wrong couch. Before I could say why it was, the associate immediately said, Nope, its the right one. After asking to continue, I told the associate it was the wrong color. When I had called in to order, I asked that it be modeled after one on the floor, specifically saying the blue couch. They ordered a charcoal couch. They claim that the floor model was, in fact, charcoal. The owner came out to view the piece, and was INCONCEIVABLY rude, accused me of being color blind, called me ridiculous, and eventually told the associate that tagged along that they were just leaving before coming to any resolution. The associate eventually offered up taking the piece back, for a restocking fee of 25%. So in order to get the right couch, I will have to pay them an extra 4-500 dollars? Simply put, I will never shop here again after the abysmal customer service.

If you buy furniture here, you better make sure you really like it. They run the place like a closeout center, all sales final. In other words, if your purchase doesnt fit your space, color, or taste it cannot be returned or exchanged. Trust me, I found out the hard way and I will not be back to shop at the Trove.
