Wonderful experience buying our new mattress! Cara was very personable and made the process very easy. She was honest about the products and didn’t try to pressure us into a more expensive purchase. Our toddler was with us and she made his day with a new stuffed Serta sheep! We would definitely purchase from her again!

I know what I need when I need it. BEDROOMS 1ST is the one stop shopping place for quality back leg and whole body and attitude support. This is my 3rd mattress purchase from this company. It wont be my last. Service was genuine and customer service friendly. Delivery was free....Loves free! Prices are comparable but the sale was magnificent. Quality in sleep systems are available in a plethora of name brands. This time King Koil....next time who knows. Do I sound like a commercial? If I could leave zero starts I would.Sales people are dishonest and misrepresent the product they sell.Service team is incompetent- even after updating my phone and address three times, they still didnt have it.Product is bad.Would never ever purchase from here again.Would sleep on the floor before giving any money to them.
