I’m so pleased with my sectional, and had so much fun at the store- it is so cool to walk through, with so many great items! I went to Furniture Land today looking for a sectional. I walked out with a 3 piece leather set. Sam, was very helpful. He was very informative. And helped me to see how different sets would fit into my room. I already had a approval that I got through a different Furniture Company. However, I purchased an electronic Catnapper reclining sofa and loveseat September 2020 and IT STOPPED WORKING OCTOBER 2020. I thought because Ive had business with them in past there wouldnt be any issues with a resolution but I was wrong. Mohammed and Joe have made promises about getting it repaired and it still has not been done. At this point Im looking into my legal options. Over 2k I paid and I want my money back. They are not trust worthy and the quality is terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. They have the best furniture in the city, things that i never saw at any other store, very high class furniture, and, you will not believe the prices. Plus that you can go buy whatever you need and take it home the same day if you have a delivery to take it for you, or to wait couple of days for their delivery. Can you believe that!!! We ordered a dining room from Ashely from April and they said we will wait till November, while we went to Furniture land and bought a dining table that is way better than the one at Ahely and we took it home the same day!! I need also to tell how nice, respectful, and helpful employees are at this store. They were very very nice and the were helping us with everything. Nice team and good customer care. Also furniture selection is good and reasonable prices but do not buy any protection plan from there its a complete rip off. You will end up paying the full damage cost even though you have hundreds of dollars of protection plan bought from them.

They have very professional settings through the show room. Theres an upstairs with office furniture and such. Yes, it may be somewhat crowded, but I assume that assist with prives being lower. I appreciate the up frontness about deliver fees and times ($149+ and 10 days from purchase). Looking for something a bit cheaper- here is your place. Great choices and plenty of variety.

Very unprofessional environment! The first time I came in this store two of the managers were arguing in front of customers and one of the managers were talking about his staff member. I went in the store to pay my bill, but she wasn’t there and that’s okay . We all need off days! My problem is the manager was very rude and was talking down on her just very unprofessional! He made it a bigger deal than what it actually was. I came in today and paid my bill, as usual I had no problem the lady is nice and very sweet and what I like the most is she is professional. if it wasn’t for her and the other lady at the front desk I would not be shopping at this store again. Also furniture is overpriced, really isn’t worth it

Horrible costumer service. I ordered a couch from them in person at the store in July. It is now October and we just received the couch. I understand that because of Covid orders are going to be delayed, however I was lied to. It turns out when I bought the couch the factory from which the couch is manufactured was shut down. The employee said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the couch. At about 6 weeks I called Furniture Land to track the status of the couch. They told me they would call me back the next day. I never received any calls back. I ended up calling them every day for about a week. After they kept telling me they would call me back I decided to go there in person so that they couldn’t bs me anymore. The lady in the shop told me the truth about how the factory was shut down. At this point I was very angry, on the phone I asked them to please look up the status of my order which they said they “couldn’t because they were too busy”. When I went in person to the store the lady looked up my order in two seconds, and told me the real truth. Instead of just getting a refund I asked the manager to just give me a free delivery, which they obliged to thankfully. When they came to deliver the couch they unloaded a blue sofa (not at all what I ordered) and I informed them that is not my couch. Honestly I wasn’t surprised that they delivered the wrong couch 😂😂 but luckily the delivered the correct couch on the same day. Main takeaway from this story is BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Terrible customer service.

I have bought furniture from these guys for years. I’ve bought apartment grade furniture to Italian leather sectionals, they have it all! I just purchased a high end sectional from Rick and he handled everything with a white glove touch from start to finish. Highly recommend!

If there was a option for zero star I would rate zero.Worst experience ever . I have ordered furniture on jun 4th and the sales person named Rick told me that they can deliver between 2 to 4 weeks but at the time of check out, he wrote 4 to 6 weeks on the receipt .I didn’t get any call until 6 weeks so i called them and they said my order is ready and they can deliver next day. Finally the furniture arrived but the sofa was damaged . The delivery guy was very rude and drag the sofa scratching my wooden floor .He also told me that he can not take the love seat on my loft .I told the delivery guy that I can’t accept the damaged sofa but he said that I need to take that otherwise I need to go back to the store to pick up . They returned back with all the stuffs after I called the store though the guy on the phone calling himself as a manager questioned me if I can seat on the sofa or not.After an hour they came back with 1 love seat and bed and installed which was totally different . The bed i ordered was with bookcase head board but they came with the headboard without bookcase but when i told them they told me that the code number on the receipt matches the code on the bed and they left.Next day I went to the store and asked for manager but they said there is no manager and if I like anything from store they can deliver me . After long argument they called manger and he promised me to deliver the right order within 2 weeks so I came back and waited 2 weeks but they didn’t call me unless I called them . When I called them they said I can get my order that day but they didn’t . When I called them next day they said that there was problem in there phone so that they didn’t contact me .When the delivery arrived that day again the love seat was found damaged and I called the store . The one the phone claiming himself as a manager named Joseph was rude and unprofessional . Again I went to the store for the 3rd time and asked for my refund but they said I will get $2300 refund but I paid $2599 for that.After a long discussion they said they have 1 love seat and sofa and can deliver in 2 days . I received the delivery after 2 days but again they forgot the base of the love seat .It was the worst experience ever. Don’t trust them . They don’t give you detailed receipt with itemized price. They are lier and unprofessional .

I will never purchase anything from this store again. I bought an expensive three piece leather living room sit from this place and got ripped off. I was talked into buying insurance for the furniture that would cover any tears, burns or mechanical failure. Back in January of this year I reached out to use the insurance to have the furniture replaced as the leather was ripping at the seams. I have been very patient in trying to get this matter resolved but seem to just be getting the runaround with trying to get my furniture replaced. I called the store and was told to contact a person somewhere in Florida, I was contacted back in May to let me know he was working on the claim. As of today (8/16/2020) there has been no movement with my claim. I am very disappointed that Furniture Land is not standing behind their product or the insurance they sold me.

We went here to find a bed and chair. While there the salesman was helpful and showed us a lot of different options which is why I gave two stars. However, when it came to crunching the numbers that’s when the experience turned bad. I was approved through a finance company and since the chair would put me over the credit limit by a little which was ok with me. So I told them I only wanted the bed and frame, which they told me I couldn’t use financing for because the amount wasn’t enough. When I talked to the finance company they said I could so I wasn’t sure why they said I couldn’t. So then I asked how much over would it be if I did the chair, and they gave me a different price than they had listed online. More than $100 over the price that was listed online. Which they acted like that was no big deal. Every option they gave me went over my credit limit, and then when something finally came under like just having the bed and frame so I could possibly purchase the chair elsewhere for less, they said I couldn’t do just the bed and frame. Needless to say we left without purchasing anything and went to one of their competitors and had a great experience. My daughter got her bed with a beautiful bed frame, we got our chair, and we came in under the approved financing amount. The one woman we talked to who was a manager was also pushy which I didn’t care for, and had me apply for another finance company which dinged my credit. All in all it was a waste of my time and I won’t be returning.

It’s been 3 months and I still have yet to receive my furniture. I’m becoming impatient because I was told that I would possibly have it in less than 2 weeks.

Ive bought a lot of furniture from here over the years. I am bothered at the lack of respect shown to people who are already customers. I purchased a sectional approximately a month ago. Every time i call to get the status they write my number down and ask to call me back. I am so disappointed at this point. I wanted to buy my son chest from here but I will go somewhere else even if it cost more. I will continue to pray and wait for info on my sectional. smdh

Purchased a brand new living room set but received a used and damaged set with no resolution aside from a wood marker recommendation, back and forth phone calls about getting replacements and not receiving them and just purchasing replacement legs myself. Was not previously informed that I was purchasing the floor model which was filled with crumbs under the cushions and chipped and broken legs.Held off my review with the Hopes that it would be resolved but it wasnt.**EDIT TO ADD**Within hours of posting this review, I received a phone call to remedy the situation and received my replacement legs 5 days later. Do not shop here. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I purchased a couch for my new apartment. I found out something happen and they had to put me in a new apartment that was not ready yet. So I called them and told them not to deliver my couch and to refund me after I explained the situation to them. Yes the couch was still on display there and I informed them 24/48 hours after the purchase. It had not even posted to my American Express yet. The first excuse oh its up to the salesman we will call you back. The second excuse its up to the manager, so I drove there and the white girl up front said the manager left even though she said he would be there while Im there. I called multiple times no call back from the manager. Finally I called American Express disputed it and they took the money back. Never do business with these shady people.
