What a great experience! My wife and I had such a great time shopping for pillows and beds. The salesman, Patrick, took time to really get to know us. I never felt pressured. The store is really neat. It doesn’t have all the clutter you see at some stores. They also laid down protective sheets for the mattress and pillows. Both Lacy and Micaella were amazing each in their own way. Lacy was very knowledgeable and was attentive, but at the same time, she let us do our own thing. Micaella was fast and fluid with the ordering systems and add-ons and very pleasant to talk to as well. I went in for a pillow and left with a bed! I was so impressed with the time a attention I received from the sales associate Micaella Clay when I was “just a pillow customer”. I indicated I wanted to purchase a new bed in the future but for now was just in the fact gathering stage. Choosing a new mattress is difficult and we put it off for longer than we should have. My husband has owned a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past and suggested we go to Eastons Flagship Terpur-Pedic store and have a look. Luckily Lacey made our shopping experience much easier than I had anticipated. She asked questions regarding our sleep style and was very patient while we tried every bed before choosing. The store looked brand-new and the selection of mattress styles and bases were plentiful. Lacey helped us narrow down our choices and select the perfect mattress. When our mattress arrived it was easily set-up and we were very pleased with the timely delivery. This mattress is so comfortable- if I didnt have a job, I would never get out of this bed! Purchase from Sleep Outfitters INSTEADSave yourself the trouble if you want clear concise answers, information and responses and just don’t purchase ANY Tempur Pedic from this company. We had issues at every step of the buying process. We received bills a month early, they lost our pillows and accessories with no explanation, the bed was delayed more than two weeks beyond the MAX time limit we were given to have it delivered, plus the warehouse was given the wrong contact information. Some of these things can be explained due to Covid (understandably) but we constantly had to chase them down for information (much of it unhelpful or just empty promises of arrivals when they knew there’d be delays). This has soured me on the whole experience of getting a ‘luxury experience’ through this company (which the salesperson told me was the difference between them and their competition). If you want Tempur Pedic beds just go to the Sleep Outfitters store (P.S. They’re the ones who own the distribution center and handle Tempur Pedic’s delivery anyway). I wish I’d saved myself the hassle and the runaround.

I wouldn’t recommend any Tempur-pedic bed to to an enemy as the warranty is the worst in the business. Mattress must show an imperfection of at least 3/4” regardless of what the situation is with the coil or hybrid if applicable. The mattress is 15 months old and uncomfortable to sleep on anymore. After spending $3500.00 on the mattress alone one would think that it would last for a few years at least. Please reconsider purchasing a Tempur-pedic mattress as there are manufactures out there that will stand behind their warranty.UPDATE from Tempur-pedicure rep:If you have sagging or depressions in the mattress, we always recommend filing a warranty claim. Anything 3/4th of an inch or more would be covered in your warranty agreement. The mattress breaks in where you sleep, so the areas where you sleep will always be broken in to your body vs the areas where you do not sleep.Me: I thought the design of the Temour-pedicure mattress was to contour your body and provide support to align your back. So as a person’s body changes by gaining weight or hits a growth spurt or even shrinks as they get older the bed that has now been broken in isn’t any good?Tempur-pedicure:Again, we are so sorry to hear about this! If you would like to file a warranty claim, our team will be able to assess the mattress and see what steps can be taken from there.

After going to 4-5 mattress stores over the Black Friday weekend in a rush to take advantage of offers, I can safely say this was the best experience we had. Unlike other stores we visited, the flagship location has every Tempur-pedic mattress available to try, so we were sure we picked the best option for us. The manager was super helpful and friendly, and most importantly to me, didn’t pressure us to buy today or up sell us on anything we didn’t need (they don’t work commission—I hate getting pressure for a sale, so this was a HUGE plus for me). We got information about the products we looked at, but never got overwhelmed by hearing about too many features at once. Plus, it’s right on the edge of Easton and attached to a parking lot so super easy to get in and out. All in all, a great experience and I highly recommend!

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience with every person we encountered at our new, beautiful Temper-pedic Store at Easten Town Center ! We visited the store 3 times in order to be sure we picked the right mattress for ourselves, The first 2 visits we had Bryan for our salesman, The third and deciding time Darren was our salesman.Every time we were treated like they genuinely cared about us and what we wanted and which would work best for the way we slept! The store followed all the protocols keeping the the store beautiful as well as sanitized! They used disposable coverings for the beds and pillows so that we had a comfortable test of different mattresses and pillows! They were so knowledgeable about their products and how they were different and how they worked on the way you sleep! This is the second Tempur-pedic mattress that my wife and I have purchased. The first one lasted 20 years but was definitely aging and becoming less comfortable. The first mattress I purchased online. For this one we went to the Tempur-pedic flag ship store at Easton town Center. The Tempur-pedic consultant, Lacy Messman, was extremely helpful. She helped us make a good decision as to the best Tempur-pedic model for us. The delivery was quick and efficient and we are extremely happy with our new Tempur-pedic mattress.
