Very helpful staff member. I had actually bought a mattress online at mattressfirm.com the day prior to going in the store. I wanted to see what I had bought. The website indicated there was one like it at this location. My friend was actually able to sample what he bought online there in the store and was happy with it. While in store, we bought a mattress protector for the mattress, same brand as mattress. Very glad to have this type availability! Thank you very much! The bed is scheduled for delivery in a week.

DJ is an amazing salesman.When we arrived, he was assisting another customer which gave an opportunity to find our next bed. We found it and he gave us a great deal. King for the size of a queen and adjusting bottom for free.I tried buying online but this is such an important purchase. I definitely recommend going in person. We spend a lot of time sleeping and finding the right bed at a great price made the experience great.

My service was awesome and they made sure that I got everything that I needed and I was able to get everything delivered and set up without any hassle.

I had such an easy visit yesterday! The rep at the store answered the phone and she answered my questions and checked inventory to make sure what I was looking for was in stock. When I walked in she remembered our phone call and pulled my item. She also ordered me some body pillows that werent in stock. I cant remember her name but she was so attentive and nice! I will return for my mattress needs.

I mistakenly deleted my first review so Im re-entering it. Jennifer was very helpful & knowledgeable of all the products when my wife & I visited the store. All of our questions were answered and our concerns were addressed. We were also satisfied with the price. Weve had our mattress & adjustable base for 2 weeks now... our sleep is better & I feel that it was money well spent and the entire experience was pleasant.

Our initial visit to this store was a pleasant experience. The sales person, Daniel, was professional and personable. He had the store clean, organized and he was attentive without being overly aggressive with the sale. The mattress we bought has been great and I have really enjoyed the pillows we bought from them; they are soft and firm but best of all they stay at a cool temperature.Our issues started when we received our delivery on Tuesday. Two of the box springs we bought had ripped dust covers and other rips on the sides . The wife called the store and arranged for them to bring two new box springs. They delivered two new box springs on Thursday, this time one box spring was good to go but the queen size box spring had the dust cover falling off and a rip on the side as well. My wife called once again to let them know, she was promised an upgrade and delivery for Friday. Friday came but they didnt come nor did they call. I decided to call but when I did, a lady the shift manager told me to simply staple or super glue the dust cover and we would be good to go. I asked to speak to her manager but she said that he was unavailable however, she would schedule a return call for Saturday which is today. Needless to say, my call has not been returned.My issue is that we paid for a new box spring and expected quality products. I dont expect to buy a new car and have to fix a flat tire straight from the dealership.There is no reason why I should have to go buy crazy glue, staples and a stapler to fix a brand new box spring. There is also no reason why a shift manager should take a valid complaint from a paying customer about product quality and shrug it off.

Wish I could give them zero stars I feel completely coned by this company I was told my payment would be between 40-60 a month to my payment actually being $182.00 this is the worst company I have ever dealt with I work for a loan company and if I told a customer there payment was 40 then when they came to pay it is actually 182 I would be fired I’m so ready to return everything I bought because I told them I couldn’t afford a payment over 60. They don’t care about their customers they aren’t even trying to help me get the payment lower so I’m honestly going to return everything I will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Purchased a Queen box spring/ mattress and frame set from this store. After a few missteps in scheduling and delivery, I went to the store and spoke with the manager, Ms. Jennifer Calhoun.
