Paint came out better than I expected and was priced right. I will be getting my other car painted from them hopefully soon. Staff was very friendly.

I had my Porsche repainted after 34 years. I got the car back, and asked if he inspected the car . He said yes. Then I show him all the pain job errors; fish eyes & craters, plus paint errors. Circles all the his errors with a grease pencil. He painted the car for the second time. Still paint issued, plus he painted the car a darker color. I paid good money for a non- professional paint job.

I could speak out of straight anger and go into detail of my experience but I don’t have to because it’s real simple the FACT that this many people have to take their car back to have stuff done right says it all!!! They have offered to “fix” my issues However, after everything I’ve learned I’m to scared to leave my vehicle with them without a written detail of what exactly will be done and that I will not be charged again! I’ve mentioned it to the owner and manager and now the manager is saying they shouldn’t have a problem doing so... Waiting to see how that goes ...will update!

If I could give this place no stars, I would! Please dont allow Peach Auto Painting-Collision in Columbus, Ga to do any work to your car. A deer struck our 2018 Dodge Challenger and allowing this company to do anything to our car was the biggest mistake EVER! The repairs and paint job looked worse than the damage done by the deer! There was glue everywhere, it appeared to be a burn mark on the drivers side door, the paint job was HORRIBLE and not well blended, the hood was scratched, there were bubbles/dents in my hood, and my front drivers side rim was scratched up... when I asked to speak to the owner, the manager Steven told me that the manager didnt want to talk to me: A customer whose estimated damage was over $2,000 and entrusted a car that was purchased in February to this place. Steven also said that his painters had trouble with the paint, but never told us anything. The customer service is horrible. They dont contact you with updates or anything.If you want to throw away your hard earned money, just put it in a firepit! At least youll know your money kept mosquitoes away because giving these people your money will having you wondering what you paid for! Very disappointed in the service and quality of work!

So me and my husband go around looking for a good paint shop and get a couple estimates we went to Maaco Diamond Auto Paint and Peach Auto Body and we decided to go with peach because they were $100 cheaper than their competitors when we went in the guy was real nice said he would take care of us and the paint job would look good I mean we were spending 1500 what do you expect so I was so excited to get the car back but when we get the car back it has marks bubbles white spots and a whole bunch of dents now mind you we are spending over $1,000 and they tell us that youre supposed to have these in your paint for over $1,000 my husband even bought a light trim for his headlight and they said they would install it he drops it off way before the car is done and when we pick up the car he tells us we have to pay him extra to put it on this is so ridiculous I was there when he told my husband to buy the parts and he would put them on now hes trying to charge for every and any little thing and it looks like a 500 paint job he never told us that there would be Bubbles and marks everywhere and that theyre not responsible for it even though they painted the car what kind of customer service is this try to spend my hard-earned money with a company and they try to screw me out of my money I work hard for my money and have kids I dont have money to waste on something that I dont like and they want me to pay for a overpriced price paint job I was willing to spend over a thousand on something that was going to be at least look like a new car and not to mention they had 2 months and we did not bother them or rush them because we wanted a good job but it looks like they rushed like why should you have any marks or parts where there is paint missing if you just got it painted thats the whole point of getting your car painted now its not like were spending $500 were spending over a thousand we should get quality work and also if theyre supposed to be imperfections in the paint that is something you should tell customer so if you want good quality work dont go to Peach all they want is your money not customer satisfaction.

This was the WORST experience ever!!! I got into an accident and I took my car to this place. Not only they took 3 MONTHS to fix it but they ended up charging me 3x more than what they said the first day I took it there!The costumer service was a joke and I asked to speak to the manager and he was NEVER around and when I offered to talk to him on the phone he wouldnt even respond.Oh and when my car was finally fixed it was painted a darker color! and that was the least of my problems, they made so many mistakes I had to take my car somewhere else the day after because they damaged my transmission! The other place was very understanding and helped me and even spoke to Peach Auto Painting because they didnt want to take responsability. Even with that mechanic calling the manager NEVER picked up.In the end, after I payed them like $2000 for fixing my car I had to pay more than $600 to fix the transmission (and that was cheap since I did it in a trusted place after explaining my situation).They NEVER took responsability!!! And even after all the problems, they were always rude and were always answering with sarcasm. They do not care at all about their customers and the manager never faces any problem or explains anything. During all those problems his employers took more responsibility than he did. In fact, I never met him. It was ridiculous, I spoke to many mechanics after that and we all came to the conclusion that he probably is incompetent and a coward, or simply he doesnt care about this business.DO NOT go to this place! you will be ripped off! Seriously the WORST experience ever!

Had my 2018 dodge repaired after an accident they did a great job the total cost from the insurance company was over $9000 they were able to do it and save my $2000 deductible my car looks great and they saved me on my deductible I’m so happy

I really hate to have to say this but after 5 days I went pick my car up. Very excited to see how it looks, I pull in and notice they painted my car the WRONG COLOR! Im heated and all they offered was to paint it the RIGHT COLOR. Thanks for telling me youre going to do the job you offered at first. (sarcasm)

Worst service ever I had. Took my car there to get a paint job and body work done was quoted a price 1500 and 6-10days to be done took a month to finish and when I went to get it body still had dents dings scratches and debris in paint manager said he didnt include that in price so I told him I wanted it done right another month gos by and they said they were done and still the same problems exits despite charging extra 400 for dents told him I wasnt happy with job told me I should of took car somewhere else if I wanted a quality job now Im taking them to court because they dont want to fix what they were supposed to take care of so a little advice if you want a good paint job done dont go to them and if you do make sure you get everything in writing that they said theyre going to complete because if you dont theyre going to tell you thats not their fault so please make sure you get everything in writing from them I thought that I could depend on them to do the job right and they totally screwed me

I paid $600 for a sub-par paint job that I waited 3 weeks for. DONT bring your car here. The saying you get what you pay for is exactly what the younger guy behind the counter told me when I told him that my paint job (they did) was not to standard. They missed areas of my truck. Complimentary isnt a word you hear till it comes time to inspect their work. Basically the whole place is a sham, Youre better off gluing 6- $100 bills to the outside of your vehicle.

They are horrible, they painted my car leaving white spots everywhere. Took it back, they did repainted my car but left several glue looking spots on the vehicle. They also lefted what looks like dripping paint by my gas tank. They did not even properly cover the trim. It shows where they removed the tape but never repainted the trim. They also broke my Lexus key, gave it back to me with tape around it. Dont waste your time with this company, pay the extra money to get it done right the first time. They arent professionals, they are amateurs!!!

Worst experience of my life...as a retired military member, all I can say is military and all beware! My car is worse off now than it was prior to the work. Missing parts, spliced wires, bubbled paint, and nothing lines up...additionally, my engine light and hood light will not go off. Lastly, my trunk will not close.

Car was severly over sprayed. Decals didnt go back on right again. Even after that we took another car there. Already primed down. They were supposed to sand down, prime, paint and clear. They threw paint over prime. Lackluster clear. We seen a few blemishes the next morning. We took back and they were very rude and refused to fix. Said that it was our prime job that messed it up. But if you were supposed to fix how is it our fault. I would love to see them added to the military banned list. They take advantage of service members like myself.

I, like the above person, paid a little over $600 to have my front light replaced as well as a paint job. The light did not fit properly and the paint job was horrible. The paint job was not smooth and had bubbles everywhere. When I complained, I was told the paint would settle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! You will be disappointed.
