The working hours at most auto shops are crazy. How can anyone get a car painted or repaired if they work a 9 to 5 shift and closed on weekends and the customers work the same hours. Who wants to take off and lose money just to spend money. Until businesses learn to be a help for the consumer I will continue to look for a business that makes it more convenient to get things done.

Ryan and Shane were both amazing to deal with. Great customer service, 20min wait time if that, and the paint job on my sons car bumper looks brand new. The paint finish is top of the line. We have used maaco for years and been fairly happy with the results. So we brought in a new vehicle for a brand new paint job. This was a new vehicle with less than 20000 miles on it. We picked it up from dealership and brought it right to Maaco to get painted our company color. After getting the car back we discovered a heavy amount of dust inside the car; paint on rims, overspray on the windows, missing parts on the door and now the airbag light was on. So at this point we are upset with quality of the job just received. We took our vehicle to the dealership to get the airbag light looked at. The dealership said that the doors and bumper were installed incorrectly which caused the light so I had to pay an extra 500$ to the dealership. I then took back to maaco and they told me that they cant do anything about the charge except credit me back on future jobs . This wont help me considering the additional costs it has cost me. As of right now i will not be using a company that doesnt drive customer service. Even if that means owning a mistake. I wasnt asking for the entire price of the job i just wanted refunded for the dealership costs.

The painting service is outstanding. Maaco was able to paint my car for $200 cheaper than the other body shops I contacted. I had some terrible paint stripping on the hood but they did a fantastic job of getting rid of it. They finished the car quickly which makes it much more convenient for my schedule. As soon as I got out of the shop a stranger screamed to me I love your car, no joke. My car is my pride and joy and they took great care of it, there arent many people I can trust to work on it but they proved that they are trustworthy. I know who Im going to when I have enough money to paint the whole car to make it look like it just rolled off the line. 6 out of 5 stars! Im still grinning ear to ear about it! THANK YOU SO MUCH MAACO!!!!!

Only went to get an estimate, I was told that I would receive info by email. Never did. I called back a day later to ask about the estimate and was told that I would get a call back in regards to that, but never heard back from anyone. I called again next day and was told it would be sent by email and it never was. Guess they dont want business. Ill take my money elsewhere then.

They did an excellent job on my car. I had some scratches that was deep pass the primer and they fixed it color matches the car and all.

Took my truck to them for a quote on getting some bodywork done. I had a cracked windshield and the windshield company said some of the metal needed fixed before they could replace my window. Took my truck to Maaco to have this done they gave me a price said schedule the windshield company for a certain day. I scheduled the windshield company and when they got out there they called to let me know they could not put in my windshield due to Maaco fixing it with fiberglass instead of metal. The adhesive they use will not take to fiberglass. I called Maaco and they said well it would be a couple thousand to fix it with metal, I explained that they quoted me a different price and that it was not my fault they didnt due it correctly. I talked to several other body shops that told me that they would not use fiberglass for the seal of the windshield because a windshield would not adhere to it. Maaco agreed to fix my truck then almost two weeks later I call to check on the status and they tell me Jeff will call me in about 5-10 mins. 4 days later I called again and they still havent even started on it. Now here we are still waiting to see if they are going to fix it like they said they would.... Very disappointing. I had them doing other work to it as well since it was already going to be there. If they would have given me the accurate quote to fix this correctly I would never had the work done and would have just got rid of the truck.

Very nice work. Jeff is a professional and reasonable guy to talk to. Keeps you up to date on the progress and gives you the best work attitude for what you need done.

Even though didnt have any work done, had an excellent time being explained about all the possibilities and possible work that needed to be done to my vehicle. Was explained the pros and cons of everything and was given an honest take that it would look great, but never as factory new. Unfortunately they are currently understaffed and thus backed up, and since I am moving, I am unable to use their services. If this wasnt the case I would definitely go to them!

Ive used Maaco services in the past at other locations and had great work done. This time i had my vehicle services alittle disappointing. They had my vehicle for over 3 weeks, the paint job wasnt as good as ive had in the past and they didnt fully put the back panel on it was loose.

Need a better website, it would be nice if it were interactive to help spread things along. I was given different quotes from the same team on several different occasions for the same dent, they are friendly and willing to help but not terribly organized.

My car turned out great and they are really nice it was very bad sun baked and definitely fixed it for a great price. I got a purple strip on it and it’s so nice I love it.

Absolutely thrilled! Greg took his time looking over my 22 year old daily driver that I wanted to be red again rather than rust and pink and fade, etc. Greg took the time to show me different options and price points, and we settled on a finish that looks spectacular - even better than he described!!! He and his team repaired rust holes that looked like they were never there. Do not hesitate to use them in the future they will treat you right.

I had a very good experience with Maaco in Reynoldsburg. Greg was easy to work with, gave me a fair price, sent me pictures along the way to show the progress they were making, and had my sons car ready when promised. I would definitely use them again.

The guys at Maaco auto body in Reynoldsburg Ohio did a great job on my BMW at a fair price. My car was hit on the passenger side while parked in a restaurant parking lot. Hit and run.They also restored my weathered beaten headlight back to looking like new even though I had been told by other supposedly professionals that they were too far gone and couldnt be restored. They were true to the estimate I was given and the repair was finished as promised. They were easy to work with.

Greg and his team were amazing! I have a 1973 Mustang convertible that the shop brought back to life.I have had this car for 20 years and had never driven it on the road. Because of the care and attention that was put into my car I even had folks sign the glove box.After three weeks of driving it someone pulled in front of me and smashed the car! Omg pricing awesome, paint job looks AMAZING and not to mention they were on time I needed my mirror put on my car and painted before Saturday ( Tomorrow ) due to going out of town and man they called me in QUICK ! My insurance company was going to total my daughters car based upon the first estimate I received for the repairs. I called Maaco and Greg was able to write a comprehensive estimate for much less resulting in getting my car approved for repairs instead of being totaled. They had the car repaired in less than 2 weeks and it looks better than it did before the wreck! As if that wasnt enough they came in several hundred dollars under their estimate!! My daughter is very excited to be driving to her first day of school today and it wouldnt have happened without Maaco. Thank you guys so much! Hopefully I never have a need to see you again, but if I do I wont be going anywhere else.

I stopped by Maaco today to see about getting my door panel fixed. I had to remove the panel a few months ago to replace my door mirror. When I put the panel back on myself, I could never get all of the clips to stay closed. Josh, the manager, introduced himself with a handshake. When I started to explain my problem, he asked if he could take a look at it. We walked outside and in just a few minutes, Josh had fixed my door panel on the spot and with no charge. Now obviously they cant fix every issue in five minutes and especially not free, but this was one of the best customer service interactions I have ever had, ever! I will gladly return to Maaco in the future for body work or painting based on this interaction.

This was my second great experience with Maaco. I had a truck repainted and it turned out beautiful. I damaged the rocker-panel in my Hyundai. I dropped it off on a friday and picked it up on the following monday. The work, price and service was beyond excellent. I will definitely be a customer for any future repair needed.

Came in to get our 2006 Mitsubishi repainted, they were very professional and very knowledgeable about the services they offered. The car looks great and would come back if I ever needed another car painted.

Honestly, I know chain body shops get a bad rap most of the time, but the crew here does a solid job.Had my Durango in day 1 of a deer strike and they were on it. For the most part, they handled everything with the insurance company (I had to step in due to my ins comp), the owner also kept me updated with pictures and progress reports throughout the repairs. We had a hiccup with a headlight being wrong, but things happen.They had it fixed (whole front end) within a week, cleaned the whole vehicle, and had it looking better than how I bought it.Definitely recommend

Called about their special at around $395. and the owner instantly tried to upsell me. Told him I had an old 1994 Honda Accord SW beater that I wanted to paint AT the $395. as advertised. He insisted he had to see what the vehicle needed. BS and I will never contact them again.

I cannot emphasize how happy I am with my decision to go with Maacos Eat Main St location. Josh and his team took real pride and ownership in my vehicle project from beginning to end. Josh patiently worked up several estimates with me before we settled on the right balance of price and value, and I must say that the final product exceeded my high expectations. Throughout the process Josh invited me to come by and watch the work, texting me pictures of the various stages. My 1994 Miata now looks like it just rolled out of the factory. Better, since they were able to paint match a tangerine 1967 Porsche 911. To top it all off, when I picked it up different members of the team came out to meet me and talk to me. In my 15 years of working with service shops I have never had a better experience, and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for solid work at a great value.

I took my 2009 nissan maxima sv there to have them repair and paint the paint chips and scratches on my front and rear bumpers. Greg Hoffman the Store Manager provided great customer service throughout the whole process. The end result was phenomenal! They went above and beyond and even repaired some of the other chips and scratches on the hood and sides of my car! The quality and paint they used matched the existing factory paint! It was a pleasure doing business with Greg Hoffman and his team!

My car looks brand new and I am so impressed.
