Billy met with me at a moments notice and provided a detailed body work estimate. He sat me down and thoroughly explained the estimate in a professional easy-to-understand manner. In and out within 15 minutes.

It took a long time to get my van back. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental for 10 days. It looks great but an adjustment still needs to be made.

We ( twin 17 yr old boys and i) traveled from Maitland FL to Pnenix City for Whitewater rafting. On the second day of our trip we went to car only to find someone had busted out passenger window (we were 1 of 3 cars vandalized at our hotel). We went to a couple collision centers who quoted anywhere from $800-$1100 and several days before it would be ready. I came across NCCC as i continued my search and called. Not only were they willing to look at my car right away but they were genuinely sympathetic to my situation. They found someone to get the glass the very next day and my cost was slightly north of $250!! They took their time to really vacuum the car out from front to back as there was glass everywhere!! I mean everywhere!!! The ladies in the front gave us suggestions of places to eat near to our hotel as we were uncomfortable leaving the car anywhere but front of hotel.Mr Edwin Rose also provided me the pictures necessary to file with insurance if after tinting my window brought me up to greater than the deductible. He also worked tirelessly to get the disabled vet who was another victim his very hard to find glass several days quicker than the other collision centers had been able to do and for a couple hundred dollars less.If you need any kind of collision repairs this is your place. Honest friendly and genuine in their WANT to help you!!

I took my car here upon a recommendation from a co-worker after a deer jumped in front of my car. The work is some of the best work I’ve had done on any vehicle I’ve ever owned. My car looks absolutely brand new. They don’t skimp on the parts or cut corners, and the invoice and cost prove this. You cannot even tell it was in an accident. My only complaint would be that it took three weeks to get my car back. They said it was due to the Toyota parts taking a lot longer than normal. Although I was a bit unhappy and frustrated on a few occasions with this (no one likes to drive a smelly rental car for three weeks), they remained calm and patient.

Edwin and his team were awesome. My car looks good as new, and they made it as cheap as possible. They were extremely timely in their responses and kept me informed throughout the repair process.

Jonathan was awesome. This is a 5 star review even though I have not been able to get the car fixed here. My insurance company decided to total the car. I took my car to North Columbus Collision for body repair from a fender bender. I went in they come out access the damage and in about 5 minutes they gave me a price. Because they had to order parts they gave me an appointment to come back when the parts came in. They have excellent service! All of the staff are so nice and courteous. They even send you an email everytime they do a photo of your car. You have web and email access to your car all through the repair service. I highly recommend these guys they really do great work!!!

Everyone is really nice and I loved getting picture of my car everyday to see progess but the one thing the keeps me from giving them a 5 star is time. My truck was getting the back bumper, tail light changed out and the back door has a Small bent to be pulled out then painted. It should have only taken 2-3 days in my opinion but it took 5 days. I glad I had an extra car to drive. Because if not a rental even with me having to pay 20% would have been over $100. If it took 5 days for that then I’m scared to think what a major wreck time would be to fix it.

This is the third time I have been grace with their Great Customer Service and workmanship on my ride. They have earned all 5 star and made my transition wonderful. Everything looks great!! When I need any type of body work on my rides they will be who I will come to for sure.

I knew from the start my baby (Camaro) was in good hands. The staff was so nice and the environment was so warm !!! They went right to work on her. I felt at ease while she was in shop because of the photos taken and sent directly to my email .. I call it the baby monitor for my car. My car looks as if she came straight from the manufacturer!! The employees are very professional & the workmanship was excellent.

Its like I had to beg these people to fix my car. The estimator (Billy) Put me through all kinds of hoops even though I had a check from the insurance company! Not satisfied with the work, and I will not be jumping through hoops to get them to fix the problems, its not worth the stress. My suggestion is to go to a place with better management as I think my experience would have been totally different with another estimator. The one I got only cared about covering his own ass instead of making sure my car was ok. In other words its a mixed bag of nuts here.

I really was not happy when I picked up my car. There was dust everywhere on my doors, my floors, and all over my things in my car. Dust/dirt all in my shoes etc. It looked like they just threw my things on the floor of their dusty work area in the back. They had no respect for my things. As long as they took to repair my small dent they couldve asked me to come get my things. It was only supposed to take 6 day and they had my car for 10. They didnt clean my car out right and treat my things as they should until I brought back to them to clean again. The man name Billy was being very sarcastic regarding cleaning the things they threw on the floor. He made it seem like it was my fault for leaving my things in my car and them getting dusty. I wish I had picked different place. They finally cleaned my car the way it shouldve been cleaned in the first place instead of taking all my things out and throwing them back in as they pleased.

During my visit the staff treated me professionally and courteous.

I had previously worked with them so when I had an accident I requested it be taken to them. Billy Adams is the greatest and very knowledgeable. He helped me along every step of the way. When it was finally determined that my vehicle was a total loss, he handled everything professionally to turn it over to the insurance salvage company. I trust them to not only do great work, but also treat you very well even when it turned out to be no repair possible.

This was my second time taking my vehicle to north Columbus collision and each time I was very satisfied, the work on my car was done well and I love how they kept me informed via email with the repair process, I recommend them

I was involved in my first wreck on Friday (8/21) and was referred to this repair shop by my insurance company. I called and spoke with a representative who told me if I brought my car in that day it would be ready sooner than later. I took it in that day only to get the uh oh face from the representative because he stated he didnt know what damages were done. (I CLEARLY STATED IN THE PHONE CALL WHAT WAS DAMAGED) I told him I would bring it back in that following Monday (8/24) so they could start on the repair. I was also told that my car would be ready that following Friday (8/28). As that Friday neared I called to check on my car. On that Friday (8/28) morning I called and was told he was waiting on the last part (meaning one part) to start the repairs. I called again after lunch time and spoke with the receptionist in which she stated that they had received the part, but she could not get in touch with my representative so I could speak with him so i stated I would call back later before they closed at 5. I called back later only for him to tell me that he had not received the part and that it should arrive that following Monday (8/31). I then made it aware to him that I had spoke with the receptionist earlier and she stated that they had received the part. He then stated that they had received one of the parts(now its more than one part huh?) and was awaiting the last two parts which should be delivered on Monday (8/31). Every day up until Monday (8/31) he took a picture of my car in the SAME spot in the SAME predicament and posted it on their website as an update. (AN UPDATE IS SUPPOSE TO SHOW HOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED.. THERE WAS NO CHANGE TO REPORT, SO HE BASICALLY TORTURED ME THOSE SEVEN DAYS) Its going on two weeks now that they have had my car, I have no family up here in the Columbus, GA area so I have been missing class and work and my daughter has been missing daycare (A FEE I STILL HAVE TO PAY EVEN IF SHES NOT THERE). This company is VERY slow in its process and they LIE to get you to do business with them and when they have you stuck with them, they LIE EVEN MORE AND WASTE EVEN MORE OF YOUR TIME. I would not recommend this company to my WORST enemy.
