I came here to fix my 2020 Jeep after someone rear ended me . During the 27 days my car was at the shop, no one once call and updated me about my vehicle, I had to call and when they said they would car back no one did . When I picked up my vehicle and drove it I noticed that My BSI were not working and not programmed . And had to take it back in and the service was very bad . U will be waiting a while. No one apologized for the any of the convenient I was going thru when this should have been done right the 1st time .

Toyota Direct Collision repaired my wrecked Rav4 two months ago and I have still not experienced any negative issues. They did a great professional job. Glad I didnt take it elsewhere for my repairs.

Matt Ours is a legend. Ralph the manager is also amazing and these guys did everything in their power to make sure I was happy. Everything started off kind of slow with delays and there were some issues with certain things not being done right but they made sure to go back and fix mistakes that were mad free of charge and even threw in a free rental and multiple other things. These guys are great and do an awesome job getting in contact and making sure everything is done right. Thank you guys so much keep up the great work!

The staff seemed helpful. I can only go by my one time experience with this business. My auto was totalled by my insurance due to the estimated cost of repairs. I as being in the auto repair work for many years, do not see this work to cost more than $1000 but they wanted more than the 10 year old car appears to be worth. Metal work is an art but it appears to be a very costly one now, according to this company. I have no work completed by them to compare it to but some fender, door & A post work should not be that costly. So Ill do the repairs myself for a tenth of the estimate.

Direct Collision really work with me and saved my car from getting totaled. I couldn’t be happier!!! It looks brand new (!!!), and I so appreciate their help in saving my car :) Shout out to Matt and Dave

Our RAV4 had been hit in a parking lot and we took it to Direct Collision for repairs. They efficiently repaired our vehicle and returned it to us in a timely manner. Shortly after getting our vehicle back, we noticed that the tonneau cover was missing from the cargo area. We had been out of town at the time, and on our return a few weeks later, I notified them of the missing cover. Not only did they find & return the tonneau cover, they also returned several other items that had been overlooked a long with the cover. Very satisfied with the work & the diligence to return our items.

Terrible service. DO NOT go here if you want/expect good customer service. You will be highly disappointed.Matt Ours and the team at Toyota Directs collision center really dropped the ball. I would not trust this shop to work on my vehicle anymore. Considering their customer service is likely a reflection of the quality of their repair work, I would steer clear of this shop.Had an 8:00 AM appt for paintless dent repair and lunch time scheduled pick-up. Shop did not complete the repair or bother to call me for an update in regards to the repair. Wasted my time and my coworkers time who gave me a ride to drop off and pick up my vehicle. Their excuse for not taking care of my vehicle: Mondays are really busy around here. I scheduled my appt weeks in advance. It should not matter how busy you are if I have a scheduled appt. Unacceptable.The client service woman at the office said she didnt know what to do when I came to pick up my vehicle, and she said that Matt Ours would call me as soon as he could. It has been over a week, still no call.

These guys gave a final bill on a repair that was 30% more. They are either incompetent at what they do or crooks. When I called and express i had never expwrianeced that before they actually said it happens all the time????? Wish there was a negative rating!!!

If you are get something fixed or buying a car bring something to do because everything takes forever.
