Fine Line was recommended to me by a friend for some minor bumper damage I needed repaired. Of all the estimates I received, Fine Line was the most affordable! They were able to schedule me within a few business days and my car was ready for pick-up about 48 hours after I dropped it off, as promised. The repairs looked great and they even washed the outside and did some interior cleaning - such a nice touch. I really appreciated how close the estimate was to what I ended up paying. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional, they also seemed to remember me when I came to pick up my car. I would pass along the recommendation to anyone looking for quality and fair service!

We needed a front bumper repair and radiator fixed and while we had reached out to several companies, Fine Line was by far the best to work with. Cody was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am a technical group staff work at Honda manufacturing paint department for painting robots and equipment. Which I can tell how big difference with color match. Too thick or too thin. Too much paint or clear coat cause orange peel or sag. But my car was perform a great paint job which fine line what they had been done on my car. Thanks Christina.

I was in a minor fender bender back in January. I took my truck in to Fine Line and the folks there were professional, expedient, and thorough. They gave me a quote with options and what the costs would be for each option to fix my truck. Not only was it a great value, but they had my truck fixed within a couple days because I needed it to travel out of town later that week. To top it off, they even cleaned my truck inside and out. It was fantastic customer service and a great value. Id definitely take my truck back here if I had any issues in the future and Id 100% recommend them to family and friends.

Going to Fine line auto body in grandview was such a wonderful experience. A wood panel smashed down on my car from the top floor of my apartment complex, taking off the mirror, causing dents and scratches and fine line did such a great job fixing it right back up. These people are total pros. Took my car here after it was in an accident, three airbags deployed, front end was a mess, car was trashed inside and out. My insurance was covering everything, including rental car, and Christina took car of everything! She arranged the rental car to be ready when I brought my car in for repairs, called me every few days to give me status and timeline updates, she truly cares as much (or more) about your car than you do. They did an amazing amount of work in less than two weeks, and the work they did was top shelf. My car looks better now than before the accident and I really didn’t think that was possible. I had someone hit, and run my car. I made an appointment with these guys for 8 am today. I found out, by my insurance that I had to have the damaged estimate done by someone my insurance works with, and then I can take it where ever I wanted to! So, I get there today, and they ask me for the estimate paper! I had it to a gentleman, didn’t get his name, and he hands the paper to this lady! Again didn’t get her name! She blurts our we can’t do this. We can’t work on a car someone else gave an estimate to! I was thrown back by her response, and was confused!!! I was like I talked to them yesterday and they said it was okay! I could have stayed with the other body shop, but I didn’t want to cancel on them; I had already made a commitment! So, I told her she was like no we can’t take this. I was like you should call and talk to someone, because I know I’m right, and she said after she laughed which might I add was rude, I have been told I am wrong before, and then proven to be right!? What? That’s what I was thinking in my head!!! They told me to call my insurance company! Wait, again thinking in my head! I have to call the insurance company? Isn’t that their job? Like!?!? So, I call my insurance company, and they in fact said I can use them. I told her never mind I’ll go to gerber, because this lady left a sour taste in my mouth! You don’t speak to another person that way! So I go in to get my things, and as I am leaving! She is on the phone, and I told her as I was backing out of the building just wanted to let you know! You were wrong, and instead of saying she was sorry. She decided to argue with me, and then the other guy decided he was going to tell me to stop attacking his employee! When in fact she was the one that attacked me with her words from the jump! Very unprofessional, and will never recommend to anyone! The way this was handled was very unprofessional, and I have been worked up all day over this! Think before you react on how your treat someone! You wouldn’t want someone speaking to you in that manner!!!

Would recommend Fine Line Auto at Olentangy to anyone…My Jeep Wrangler was hit by a Ford F150 and had substantial damage to the rear end and frame. Fine Line at Olentangy definitely lived up to the reputation that they have online, which is virtually 5 stars. The repairs met my expectations and I cannot find any flaws with the work performed.Michael, the general manager, has extensive knowledge of cars and the auto industry, which was obvious to me the first time meeting him. I had planned on getting estimates from multiple body shops, but was sold on Fine Auto after talking to Michael and did not visit anywhere else. I brought in my 2018 Dodge Challenger on the 16th of December with a significant amount of damage after I got in a 10 car pile up on the highway. When I searched body shops to go to, the Fine Line Olentangy branch had the best reviews so I decided to take my money there. When I arrived I ran into Ms. Christina who was very welcoming, helpful, and polite. Not only did she promise my vehicle to look as new as it did when I got it (which it does!) they also covered half of my deductible which saved me $500! And gave me a nice rental to use in the meantime of my repair. Christina kept me updated on the status of my vehicle often enough to where I didn’t have to ask any questions. It is now January 7th and my car looks beautiful! Christina even waited for me to get off of work after her work hours just so I could receive my vehicle as early as possible. (I’ve had bad experiences in the past.) I had driven by this location numerous times & after looking up reviews, I decided to give them a shot. The reviews are correct. They really are this good. I had a great experience from beginning to end. Michael & Christina were awesome. Prompt, professional & friendly every time I walked in the door. They kept me updated on the progress & worked fast with my insurance company. I always felt that they were doing what was best & kept integrity. They did a beautiful job on my car & I highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job with my Jeep and their customer service is outstanding. Christina when above and beyond offering to stay late so that I could pick up my car!

The manager here is really nice and kind. Also the important thing is they do really good job with my car and give me the discount. I highly recommand to repair car here instead of another!

Amazing customer service! Stopped by on my way home from work when my tires were running low. Christina got me in so fast and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Everyone was so nice!!

5 Stars to Michael, Christina, and the crew! After being T-boned on the drivers side and pushed into a parked car on the passenger side, Michael and Christina had their work cut out for them. They turned major damage back into what looked like a new car. Their workmanship was top notch. Their professionalism was above all others. Highly recommended!

I used Fine Line after getting in an at-fault accident and the results were very very good. The paint is indistinguishable from the other paint. The car was spotless inside and out I did not expect the inside to be clean but it was stunning as well They also helped me with my deductible. I give 5 stars 100 percent. I came in looking to get my bumper replaced, and it was done the same day that I dropped my car off! In addition to my bumper, they took out some dents, and all of that was done for less than the price I was originally quoted! You genuinely get the feeling that they want to provide quality service for the customer. Ill definitely be coming back! Christina and Michael were so helpful!

I needed some external repairs done over a pretty extensive portion of my car so I came to Fine Line on Olentangy to get it fixed. Michael was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The repairs were done quickly and now I feel like I have a brand new car!! Not only did they take great care of my car, but they took great care of me too. Christina gave me a rose every time I was there and made me feel super welcome at the shop. This was the first time i had to take a vehicle in for repairs. Christina was helpful in working with the car insurance company and friendly. When i picked up my truck it looked like i just bought it from the dealership.

My Nissan tire popped off and some of the screws for the lug nuts were either stripped or broke off and they did not take long to fix it.Christina did an amazing job coordinating between me and my insurance and keeping me in the loop on my vehicles progress.The mechanics did an amazing job and the car drives really well now.

I had a really wonderful experience at Fine Line Auto Body! This was the first time i had ever damaged my car and I was really nervous and upset and didnt know what to expect but as soon as I got there, Michael and Christina made me feel right at home. They explained everything that would happen to my car, they arranged for a curbside pick up and drop off rental car delivered straight to the body shop and they called multiple times a week to keep me updated on my vehicle. They made my experience there hassle free during a stressful time and I really appreciated it!!

I had a great experience with Fine Line Auto Body located on Olentangy Rd. As soon as I walked in Christina was very professional and immediately took care of me. She answered all of my questions and took care of everything with my insurance company. Literally all I had to do is trust them to handle EVERYTHING and they did! She followed up with me throughout the whole process insuring that she kept me informed. Everything was done in a timely manner and my car looked brand new when everything was completed. She even saved me a trip by having my car delivered to my home free of charge saving me valuable time and gas. She also saved me money 💰on my deductible! My wife and I had to move out and drive 3 hours north. Fine Line Auto Body worked with us to insure that we received our car before move-out; they were even reasonable with their pricing estimates with my insurance company!They are a busy shop, meaning that it might take longer than you hope, but there’s a reason why- Fine Line Auto Body is worth the visit.

Very patient as I worked through issues with insurance companies after my car was hit. The work was then completed quickly and looked great, plus they were organized and communicative throughout.

The staffs in Fine Line Olentangy are professional and helpful. Michael did inspection carefully and talked to me in detail about any potential damage and what they will take care of my car. Amazing Christina keep me updated during the whole process and save my time to speak with Ins. She gave me roses every time I entered the office, any woman don’t like roses? My car is shiny and works well when I got it back, they even cleaned the inside, thank the whole team! I highly recommend the shop!
