Quality work done in a timely manner very professional staff

Bi-City Body Works has done outstanding work numerous times on three of my cars. Darrell Thrower and his technicians pay close attention to details and make sure everything is right before they finish the job. He has called me to let me know that a hood he received was slightly bent and that the job completion was delayed because it didnt meet his satisfaction. On another job he did the same for a bumper cover that fit but didnt have a small access cover that the one being replaced had, and which I didnt notice, but he felt it needed to be absolutely correct. The paint work on my 2008 Mustang GT, 2011 Compass and 2012 Patriot was flawless. He has also saved me money on my deductibles when he advised me of cost saving procedures such as straightening a hidden part instead of replacing it. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work done by Bi-City for insurance covered repairs and the the reasonable charges for small repairs. I highly recommend this friendly family-owned business!
