COW did some paint work on my car. After they painted it, they accidentally chipped the paint and had to re-do it. Once they had redone it, they called me to pick up my vehicle. Some time between when they re-painted the vehicle and when I came to pick it up they accidentally chipped the paint again. I asked them to repair it, they were very apologetic, fixed it no problem, and gave me a discount. The car looks great now and I have no complaints about the quality. The work ultimately cost half as much as it was quoted at another body shop. My only complaint was the long time it took due to accidentally chipping the paint job twice. However, they made sure I received quality work and they gave me a great price. I would recommend due to their customer service, quality, and competitive rates.

We had some minor damage to an almost brand new vehicle. Our insurance wanted to lowball us on the parts, but COW advocated for us to get everything covered. They were able to get our car in quickly and repaired in days. They did excellent work and the car looks like new again.

They did the estimate of the damage on the car in a timely manner and explained fully and completely what needed to be done, how they would do it and how long it would take. The work was good but they don’t honor their estimate. I would never use them again or recommend them.

Went to COW and got a price for a small issue with a door handle. Called me the next day, said parts were in and they repaired that day. Went back the next day with a problem with the window in the same door unrelated to the door handle and they fixed that and would not accept any payment for that work. And they washed my car both times. Great to work with and I recommend them to anyone.

I had a bumper on a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that needed to be painted due to a minor accident. I am EXTREMELY picky about how things look as it was a brand new vehicle and I wanted it to look perfect and like new. I had two close friends in the car business refer me to Bob at Collision On Wheels so I felt comfortable going there. They met and exceeded my expectations! My jeep looks amazing and the color matches perfectly. I tried to find a flaw and couldnt. They were very patient with me and wouldnt let me pay until they knew I was 100% satisfied, which I was. Prices are very fair and reasonable also. I have already referred two friends to them and wouldnt trust anyone else to work on my car. Thank you for the great experience!

Getting into an accident, hitting a concrete berm as you struggle to control your car in ice, etc. These situations suck. However, Ive been to COW twice for auto body damage, and both times have been flawless and smooth. The team is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and they get the job done at the best price possible. I got into an accident in a car that was new to me for only 3 days. They worked closely with me over the 3 weeks it took to get the job done, which included a trip to mechanic shop for electrical work in my drivers side door. I was worried about how this would work, but COW managed the entire process extremely well. Wrecking your car sucks, but COW has always made it a less than painful process.

There aren’t any words to adequately describe how grateful I am to this crew. I was from several hours away on a visit to Columbus and had a collision with a semi tire in the middle of the highway. Great paint work on my sons car.

Ive just had the front bumper replaced due to a tire thread scrap hitting the fog light on the highway. COW did an awesome job in less than 48 hours. Not only was the not so common paint color matched to perfection, they addressed an old scratch on the passenger side for free. The shop has an agreement with a nearby Enterprise car rental so you can arrange to have a rental while your car is being fixed. Highest quality job with a friendly service and a great price. I would rate them at six stars if I could.

These guys are terrific. They did good work on our Acura and had it done earlier than promised. They were honest enough to deduct a part that they had purchased for the repair but wasn’t needed. Coupled with my $150 off $1000 coupon (even though the part credit took my cost down to $900), my total cost was $250 lower than the original quote!Nice people. Good quick work. Honest owner. Would have been 5 stars, but the car was returned to me with a surprising amount of white body shop dust on the inside door panel (black) and some transfer on the steering wheel, shift knob, and handbrake. Overall, I am satisfied and would use their services again.

Great experience! They worked amazingly for the crazy situation of an accident that caused body damage. They had lowest quote around (half of what 3C suggested) because only did what was needed (finishline had added unnecessary work). Not only was it the best and cheapest option but they finished in less time then the other dealers. Most estimated a 10 day fix, COW said 7 and 2 of those days were the weekend, Monday was a holiday but they still had it done 4 days after that. I’m hoping won’t have another accident again but I know the one and only place I’ll go.Thanks again for the amazing work to make it look like brand new!

3/6/2020As a kid I grew up a fan of cars. My dad had his own body shop repair business so I had learned a lot from watching and helping him with repairing customer’s cars. He treated his customers like they all were close friends.At an early age I learned how important it is to maintain your car mechanically, but also take care of the paint by detailing the car.Today, I drive a 2014 Acura TL SH-AWD with Technology package black on black. All maintenance has and continue to be done at Acura of Columbus with the help of Jim Cruikshank, Service Expert.One day I was having my car service when I had asked Jim about my headlights getting that plastic haze discoloration. Jim said without any hesitation…take your car over to COW Auto Body Recondition. He gave me the owner Bob’s business card and told me to let Bob know Jim sent me.When I left Acura of Columbus I drove straight to COW and introduced myself to Bob and Mike. These guys were so nice and very friendly. They really made me feel like I was part of their crew. In a matter of minutes they had one of the technicians work on my headlights and 15-20 minutes later he was finish and it looked Amazing!! At some point, I will need to replace my headlights but it will be another year thanks to COW.When someone sideswiped my driver side rear quarter pounder on Valentine’s Day evening. I filed a claim the next day with the other driver insurance (Progressive) and they wanted me to take it into one of their recommended body shops but I insisted I will take it to COW.COW was highly recommended to me by my service expert at Acura of Columbus and I trust the guy because he understands how much I take care of my car and I am Johnny on the spot when something isn’t right.My first experience with COW they treated me with respect and I remember what Bob had said to me…”you are family here.” I wanted to return the favor by taking my business to them instead of some other body shop.Mike, Bob and their entire team took good care of me from start to finish!Anyone who knows body repair especially with black paint sometimes you can see small amount of swirls form the power buffer. When I called Mike and explained how I had notice some swirls in the paint. He asked me to bring my car back and they will make it right. I took my car back on Friday and while the technician was buffing the swirls out. Bob and Mike offer me lunch (pizza) with the team while I waited on my car. That is GREAT SERVICE!!! The swirls are gone and it looks new like it did coming off the Acura assembly line.In the future, COW will get all my business and I am happy to refer new business to COW Auto Body Recondition. I couldnt have asked for a better experience than working with these fokks when my car had minor damage when it was bumped on the day my first payment was due on a brand new lease car. Another shop said it could take a week at double the price to repair a bumper cover that the other drivers insurance company said could not be repaired. They got EOM bumper cover, matched paint perfectly, and finished the job in two business days. Since this was second accident in two months, I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I will be back. I dont think you can go wrong here. The convenience of Enterprise picking me up there, and then picking up rental car there upon return was an added bonus. Thanks guys!

Took our 2017 Infiniti qx50 in for a repair to COW recently. Incurred some damage to the front bumper area when I hit an object that had been dropped onto the expressway. I had gone to COW for my previous 4 auto repairs involving relatively minor body repairs and painting and was extremely pleased . This time was no exception ....great work at prices far less than the competition.

I will give 5, quality of work is good, and when I went take my Accura back, its warning sign for Stabilizer popped up. COW took full responsibility and took my car to Accura fixed it and handed over to me.

One of the few body shops in Columbus that would *repair* a cracked bumper cover instead of replacing it for three times the cost at COW. Not only was my fairly new OEM bumper restored to the original look, Bob was friendly, on-time, and in the end a bit under the original estimate price.

The quality of work was good. But communication was terrible. I had to reach out each time for an update. I emailed no less than 4 times to get info on timing. The process took awhile, which was understandable given the circumstances. However, they should be more proactive in communication so I know when to expect my car back. I even had to ask twice to get a detailed invoice after I paid.
