I received an email on 8-9 showing a special price of $44.99 for oil change, filter, tire rotation and fluid check. When I arrived at service department the gentlemen said the price would be $57.00. He said the email pricing couldn’t be honored because of the oil shortage and that a company sends out the emails not knowing the status of oil at the locations. This makes no sense! I paid the $57 plus tax and let him know I will never have my Nissan serviced there again. This was my first experience with service at this dealership after buying our SUV at this location. Very disappointed!
Wow is an understatement! Drew Sells may have singlehandedly changed my perspective on dealing with dealerships. I made an appointment for service the day before. I pulled in early and checked in and these gentlemen took the high road in dealing with me from start to finish. There were quite a few opportunities that these gentlemen could have not been as straight up and honest as they were. These folks at this location absolutely wowed me with the high level of service! They went above and beyond to address any concerns and never pressured me to do anything. My future business has definitely been secured.
Appointment setting was easy. Once checked in the service was done timely, the waiting area was confortable. Unlike other dealer service area where you cant see what is going on with your vechicle, this service center has a clear glass where I can see what is going on. Reward points can be used against service bill as well. Very innovative. There is much more like auto car fax updates reminding you when serice is comming up and what type, if you want.
The parts department is on it! The two guys in parts are not only quick, but also very knowledgeable and super friendly. I’ve ordered quite a few parts to fix my “16” maxima (was in a wreck). These guys were more then helpful in helping get all the parts I needed for the repair and the shipping is supper fast!!! Amazon prime has nothing on these guys! The rest of the staff in the service department is super friendly as I walked past their desk to get to parts. Even the lady’s at the payment counter were super friendly. I was also able to get the parts cheaper or at same price as the lowest person online had them for. If the rest of the staff Is like the few I ran into, then I will most definitely willing to come back and give them first try when I’m ready for a new car!

Always friendly, quick email response when having any questions or concerns. Also, good service with reasonable prices. Honda places for transmission flush is cheaper than nissian by 60-100 bucks. Besides that overall good place to come maybe in future pay a new car from this lot
Very nice they have plenty of options I myself was looking for used and its not all Nissan they have others like Chevy Ford Dodge Hyundai Kia etc the staff was very helpful and not too pushy like a lot of car dealerships

I played phone tag with them for 2 weeks it takes 3 or 4 days for them to figure out whats wrong with your car and you have to call them mutiple times or go up there to avoid being completely in the dark about your vehicle.
