If I could rate this a zero I absolutely would. I had brought a previously owned vehicle of mine that had been wrecked about 3 years ago to have repaired not a problem then fast and great work. But recently another vehicle of mine had been in a car accident so I brought it here thinking the same would happen again... boy was I wrong after 2 months of my car being in the shop I had tried to call multiple times to see what was going on to no answer and a full answering machine. After finally getting a hold of “Jamie” he acted as if he had no idea that I had not gotten my car back. It was finally ready Friday July 24th but he had told me he had paperwork to do and that the car needed detailed. So being the nice guy I am I said that’s fine I’ll just come pick her up tomorrow Saturday the 25th of July to try and give them some time. After getting to the lot my car looked as if it had been waxed I say this because there was white residue everywhere not wiped down well at all. The inside wasn’t even touched after hearing it would be detailed. Very disappointed in how far down this company has gone. and not to forget while my car was in the shop they had completely moved buildings which I was never told until I showed up to get my car and was told to go across the street to mark wahlberg chevrolet. If you have any love for your vehicle do not take it anywhere near this place.
