Perhaps I have placed Kum & Go on a pedestal or possibly I have to high expectations for customer service. However I wasnt greeted when I enter the store (thats fine) I wasnt told my total at check out (he just stared at me) Then the clerk called the next customer (twice) before I had gathered everything I purchased that normally wouldve been in bag or I wouldve at least been ask if I needed one👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾. Customer service used to be amazing I used to rave about this gas station. 🍕 Pizza was still good it gets 2 🌟 🌟

I was at the Jersey Mikes next door for training (a nightmare that was) but this place is convenient and neat, just like the one next to the JM location I currently work at. Good job guys.

I use this store almost everyday. Employees are super nice and are always smiling. Store is clean. Breakfast stuff is great. Better than any fast food for sure. But went in today to buy just a cord for my iPhone. $26.99 so $29 something with tax? No thank you. I’m not sure if I like their ethics on over priced items in their store. Doubt I’ll be coming in as much as I used to do.

Just stopped in for a cold drink on my way home from Denver. Cashier was really nice and hooked me up with my refill drink for free.

Pretty decent for a gas station. Great location right off the highway, and it’s always clean and good selection. The folks working there are also very friendly ask helpful.

Im always impressed when I find impeccable service along with a clean and smoothly running store, but this location takes it to another level. The food is always hot and fresh, and the charming Chelsea is always helpful and accommodating to customized and large pizza orders. The bathrooms are clean and the line, no matter how long, goes quick because team members jump on registers and help check out. Its great to watch well synchronized teams like this in action. They also have a liquor license for when I need a lunchtime shot of tequila on Fridays to get the weekend started a little early. But seriously, the team here should be commended for their efforts.

Food is good but they charge an absurd amount for coffee, they charge more than starbucks for a large iced coffee!!! prices not clearly displayed for a reason lol. and it wont be as good and u have to make it yourself

The lady in the kitchen is always so sweet with me enen though I have to order a custom breakfast sandwich, becuase they got rid of their veggie flatbread sandwich! I love the convenience of this location!

I ordered 4 pizzas. I was very specific about time because it was for after school program in a school close by. When I arrived the guy told me that I was at the wrong place. And I assured him that I wasnt. He finally said oh yeah I see it nobody did it. At that point I ended up getting two pizzas instead of 4 because I do not feel like I had time for all of them to be made. This was an important event and I will never use Kum & Go Again for it. There was no apology and on top of that there were flies all over the pizza area. Not to mention, the employee and his coworker just continue to laugh and talk the entire time and not at any point address me and the fact that my order had not been met. Wont ever go here again!

This is my go-to gas station. It’s always clean and the staff is extremely pleasant and efficient. It always nice seeing familiar faces when I stop in.

The cashiers didnt have stools or anything to sit on, they all had to STAND there. The fact that the company wont give them furniture to sit on during their shifts raises SERIOUS question on the companys ability to do just about anything else.VERY unprofessional, and wasteful! Every calorie they burn standing rather than sitting, is a calorie they could have burned on providing good customer service. They still did a great job despite this, but management needs to equip its workers better.

The place is huge!!! They have everything you could imagine. The place was very clean and organized. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. All of the employees were very polite and helpful! The Cadillac of gas station convenience stores!

A well stocked store. Quite close to my favorite which is QT. No one will beat them. Numerous gas pumps. Good selection inside with clean bathrooms. Right off a main road and easy to locate.

Good selection of food items to chose from. Really convenient location. They do get really busy a lot of the time. The lines move quickly so no real issues.

Stopped in to see if they had Visa gift cards. Have dinner birthdays coming up. They do, but they were out of stock. The store has a modern design and is very clean. Kum & Go stations are also relatively large compared to your typical convienece store, so they usually have what you need.Colorado passed the full strength beer law, so they now have a closed off area in the front of the store where one can purchase alcohol. They have an ATM, drinks, a small deli/kitchen, and a wide selection of coffee and cappuccinos. There is also a Redbox outside for a family movie night.There are also plenty of pump, so one doesnt have to worry much about waiting in line to fuel up.

Favorite gas station chain in the State. Always clean, nice restrooms, quick register attendants. Large selection of snacks and drinks. As a bonus, they have the best crushed ice for their fountain drinks.

Tried multiple gas pumps. None could actually read a card. The bathrooms here are disgusting. Way worse than anything i have seen at a walmart or 7-11, and we came in at 6am on a Sunday. Cant imagine what they look like during actually work hours on weekdays. This place looks nice on the outside, but Im pretty sure i got staph from using the bathroom.

Food is good, people are nice! Kind of expensive for gas though.

I will never go to a Kum & Go ever again. They are so discriminating I came in to buy Zig zag wraps something similar to Swisher Sweets but without tobacco. Still a tobacco product mind you. I was told no and that they dont sell Zig zag because its against federal law because he believed I was using them for marijuana. Hello I live in a legal state for a reason and work in the marijuana industry. I know whats against federal law. My whole career is based off of knowing state and federal laws. I told the cashier that there is no difference in buying a Swisher Sweet and pulling the tobacco out. Just a joke, dont lie to your customers. I drive by two Kum & Gos on my way home could have had my business but ill make sure to tell all my pot loving friends to not shop at Kum and Go.
