Person behind the counter was not wearing a mask and was coughing. Although she did cough into her sleeve it made me more than uncomfortable -not sure I will be visiting again any time soon

Its kinda silly they use COVID as a reason for no public restrooms, yet their employees were maskless before the mandates were lifted and before vaccines were widely available

I love when Megan and Cristina are working. They are very friendly and make me feel very welcome here. They deal with a as lot of unfriendly customers on a regular basis, but always make sure they keep a smile on their faces. Thank you

Not only was cashier incredibly rude, she wasn’t wearing a mask- AND SERVING FOOD! There are thousands of Coloradans out of work that would happily adhere to state health mandates. I will be reporting to the health department.

Employees don’t care about people’s health. I came here to shop and left because there are two employees standing next to each other with no masks on... ITS THE LAW DUMMY!!!!!!!Employees usually care more about smoke breaks then customers, the homeless people outside have better manners

Not a good place to have mechanical issues some staff are thoughtful while others will have you move your vehicle to the highway so they can have a place to park theyre car. My family didnt get a chance to get into the store to purchase any before we were asked to move our RV by another employee so she could park her vehicle in her spot . Never will my family and I stop at this store again. Im just thankful my wife hadnt had a seizure and in need of help with medical assistance.

A 7-Eleven not having a public restroom is simply unacceptable.

I had the best experience at this 7-11. The owner was so friendly & welcoming from the moment I walked in. He even paid a homeless man to help clean up the area & gave him food from the store. Not to mention he offered my son a free drink! This kind of compassion for others & great customer service should be echoed throughout every business in town.

The lady who was working today was super rude and not considerate of my needs as a customer never stopping by this location again ! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Great place to get gas and what ever you need supper convenient! The owner is polite and would give you the shirt off your back! He even pays a homeless guy to sweep the parking lot just to help him out! Awesome guy and employees!

The people here are friendly. Yes there are times this store is swamped. They all do their best to make customer happy. They have jobs to do to. Sometimes there is only one cashier working. They do there best to take care of the customers and do their job all at the same time.

I lost my wallet by the pumps and they found my phone number inside and called me to come get it. My cash was even still inside!And idk what these other folks are saying but I used the restroom with no trouble. It was open, clean, and well stocked.. Give these new folks a raise!!

As a family we have spent more than 12,252at this 711 the accused my dad of stealing a donut and petting it In his pocket lol the lady is always rude to me

The store tried not to let me or any customer use the restroom even though I was a paying customer. I really had to go and luckily another customer was in the bathroom and let me in after they were done. Covid or no Covid you are a 7-11 or the interstate and no way should your restroom be closed to the public. Afterwards they dead bolted It shut and said employees only. In no part of government regulations does it say Close your restrooms. Your 7-11 is the only one along I-25 That is closed to the public. I am a local that needed gas.

The place was samped and they only had one cashier, as one lady briefly came over to the other register only to leave :( Not only that but i got the wrong water and i was told all sales are final. One of the worst experiences Ive had at a 711

Really overpriced, pricier than a 711 in cali... 4 stars because they are good people working there. Ps. The fountain drinks dont taste right, buy bottled.

Store was very clean. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Gage went above and beyond to help me.

I go into the store with my partner, we need gas but I leave my purse in the car. My partner gets a tobacco productZigZag and shows her ID. The blondish clerk with bright flashy makeup demanded my ID. It was snowing and unnecessary. I brought my ID back inside to prove Im not a minor. And she said she has to card me because we were together. What I dont understand is why she would card when I didnt participate in any part buying the tobacco product.but she wouldnt card a parent and her teenage child shes buying gas for? This was just wrong.. I shop here often and this was the worst experience.

I dont know who you had working there this morning that was checking in a truck that was delivering to your store but you shouldnt make your customers wait just to buy a soda thats coming out of the fountain you should tell him/her to move along theres no reason to charge him/her for that. bottom line is you made my girlfriend wait for 5 minutes to check out with just a fountain drink thats where Im calling you absolute s*** and no one wants to tear down the teepee that the homeless people are building right next to your dumpster in your parking lot storing all their stuff in it like it it their suitcase. I cant wait till you get closed down for stupid such actions.

Very rude owner he wouldnt even hold the door for this lady I saw coming in after him. They always have bums here and drug use. I have seen them let a bum mop the floors and they let them stay in their night and day. This place is disgusting and I will never go here again.

Horrible place the workers are very rude an have an attitude problem..i asked if my son could use the bathroom it was an emergency I was told they didnt have one. Which is a damn lie so my son ended up messing all over himself an bein humiliated he is only 6 years old that place needs to be shut down or corporate needs to step in an take over completely ....

I can understand keeping the homeless out of your restrooms at night but to say your restrooms are out of order every night and offer someone a cleaning rag and water from the soda dispenser to be used as a sink... This place should be shut down.

Cashier refused to honor advertised in-store sale price on Rockstar energy drinks (2 for $3) after I realized I had been overcharged by $1.50. Signs advertising sale were still up in cooler section. I believe failing to sell goods at advertised price is against the law in Colorado. Regardless, Ill not be returning to this store in the future.

Pepsi truck parked in front of two pumps unloading product. 2 cars on other side not pumping gas just parked their. Waited 10 minutes on empty to just go further down uintah.

They don’t let their customers use the bathroom and the 7-11 up the street does, so I give my business to the other one.

Little messy, but once you get to know the clerks, its a decent one to go to.

I used to love the customer service here but the last few times they have messed up my transactions or use of my coupons its not that hard to split a transaction I said what items I wanted on which transaction the cashier was so side tracked she messed it up I didnt get the deal with the drink and the soda like I had wanted because of this wasnt offered and apology nor was the issue corrected even though I brought it to her attention will not be returning

Place is a wreck. Didnt have any pizza for customers and bathroom was closed for feces being on walls and sink. Place should be closed down

This is the worst place to get gas, the machines are always broken and they never have windshield washer solution in the bins
