Amazing customer service and good product

My boy Rylan behind the counter was the absolute best person to help me out with my needs early in the morning. Hes super kind, carries a chill conversation, and even let me know about product I would probably have glanced over and not thought about. Hes awesome and Native Roots is awesome!

Over priced for nasty dry weed full of hair. Service is nice never had a problem with employees but the bud isnt great from here. Better cheaper places around town.

Im a regular at native roots and have been for quite some time, but after my experience today that will change. Ive never been treated more rudely at either a gas station or a dispenserary or anywhere for that matter. The brown haired chick with tattoos on her forearms was so bitchy and demeaning. Not to mention how rude it is to take a huge bite of food AFTER someone has approached your station for help and then proceed to igore them. Oh and that smartass goodbye when I left was really the icing on the cake. In my line of work Id be fired on the spot for such behavior. Pretty astonishing since there are plenty of talented, friendly people who would be thrilled to have a job like yours. But I guess you couldnt be bothered to be even halfway decent. I will never be back.

Customer service is not present here. Bud tenders are so rude makes me never want to come to this location again.

I just get gas because it was cheap however I dont like the idea of a one stop shop for gas, cig, weed and beetSound like a stop for major accident
