Always treated nicely. They go out of there way to get my scripts done pronto before I go to work. Very gracious.
I went to do some shopping and wanted to take advantage of an offer on CVSs app. I was looking for the 360 Premium Cotton Rounds 100ct. They were out but I spotted 360 Premium Cotton Squares 100 ct. The sweet cashier went to go ask if they could substitute. The manage said NO! Thats fine you dont value my business then I stick with Walgreens whove Ive been patronizing for years. You lost out Mr Manager as I had several other items I planned on purchasing. Literally the only difference was the shape!!! I gave two stars because the cashier was sweet and tried to help. You can bet this will stick with me for a long time and I will never recommend your company. Its better on the other side of the street.
I use this particular CVS because it’s one of only two 24-hour pharmacies in all of Colorado Springs. The staff throughout the store and in the pharmacy are great, and the addition of self-checkout inside is nice. However, sometimes lines can get very long in the pharmacy drive-thru, and when my prescription was filled when I was out of town, I requested it be kept and not put away for a few extra days until I got back, which did not happen and caused me to wait an extra day to pick it up.
Dont bother transferring your prescriptions to these people. Ive been fighting with them to fill the scripts for a month, having my doctor send scripts over a few times, brought the physical meds to them and they still cant get it right. Trying to get life-sustaining meds should not be this hard. Do yourself a favor, take your business somewhere else. For some reason, this business has two profiles - so this review is repeated there as well as here.
Horrible Drug Store!!!! Very overpriced, and poor customer service! I will stick to my Walgreens in the future.
This store is horrible. There is never any cashiers and forget about picking up pictures.
Excellent ServiceThank youI got my covid vaccine there and it was painless and quick.
Pharmacy Staff 5.0, minus 1 employee @ Drive Thru was a Score F-, she shouldnt be talking to customers, I was speechless because everyone else in entire store was Amazing. I literally had to get out drive-thru go inside to Management. I hope they fired her. Minus 1 sour apple everyone is Top Notch. I drive really far from South to go here.
I liked using this cvs pharmacy because they’re open 24/7.I really hate this location now, and am changing my pharmacy.Every time I go into this CVS, I have some type of issue with the pharmacy and my medication. They either never have it ready when it’s supposed to be ready, or it’s EXTREE overpriced by a thousand or more dollars. This time, I called in a refill (at no point was this medication included in the list of medications that need approval by dr), I went in to pick it up, and the guy said there wasn’t anything available for me to pick up. I told him I called it in the day before and it said it would be ready. He said “it doesn’t have a refill“. I told him “the bottle says I have one refill by …”. He said “it’s not in my system “.Excuse me, sir??? YOUR PHARMACY LITERALLY MADE THE LABEL.This “pharmacy “ is terrible and they don’t know how to do their jobs.
Im sure the pharmacy itself is wonderful but the ability to contact an actual human being there is impossible and one of the most frustrating circles of nonsense Ive experienced. I was on the phone for 30 minutes being passed from one place to another, trying to get an answer and finally was told by yet one more automated voice that they were closed.
How does this pharmacy stay in business?? I tried calling them to get a prescription filled and no one answered for 20 minutes!!! After that I just hung up and took my business else where thanks for nothing
Worst employees and management ever definitely won’t go back
Phil is the best worker CVS has ever seen!
Good staff. However too few of them. They do not answer phone in s timely manner
Is not open 24 hours only 6-12
The pharmacy part is amazing. The pharmacists are patient and compassionate. I am a chronic pain patient and they dont treat me like an animal like Walgreens did for years. Im so glad I switched. When you feel horrible everyday of your life you really cant put a price on good Customer Service. I am so thankful to have them. I appreciate you from the bottom of my huge heart ❤️ CVS!
Nicest pharmacists in town
Stopped by for a visit to check out this nice new store. Received a friendly greeting from the store manager who answered my questions. Bought a few items I needed. Good selection. Prices seemed higher than other places.
I recently switched from Walgreens to CVS and have since been so happy with the friendly and fast service at this pharmacy. Both of the Pharmacists I’ve spoken with treat you like people should be treated at all pharmacies. They ask me if I have any questions regarding prescriptions, give me a quick rundown and instructions for any new medication I receive and are overall very pleasant people. Another plus is that while you’re waiting (if you even have to wait longer than 5-10 min.) CVS has a great selection of products! SO glad this location is open 24/7!
I call because I need stuff that Walgreens did not give me they were very nice and very helpful thank you
My favorite CVS! Drive 20 minutes to get there and it’s worth the customer service!
The young woman pharmacist is wonderful. I’m always greeted with a smile and store is extremely clean. They surprisingly have a large selection of face masks!
Store and staff are great. Because its newly opened, some items are not in stock, like the flu shot that I had to wait. But once in, I got it done in a few minutes. Great deals on almost everything if you know how to use coupons, much better than Walgreens IMO.
Well, I am disappointed that they do not have a public restroom. I purchased my item that I went in for and will keep going to Walgreens. Atleast they provide restrooms for their customers. It is really hard being a person who works in the field and depend on public restrooms thru out the day. Walgreens all the way!!!!!
My pharmacy of choice. With drive-up service and a friendly and caring staff, this pharmacy has no rival in the Springs (and I work for a competitor!)
Clean store. Easily accessible. Staff is helpful. Wonderful management team. Loving CVS
Would give a 0 if I could. The male pharmacist is demeaning, condecsending, and not at all Customer friendly. Gave my boyfriend the wrong prescription 2 months ago and then argued with him before taking the prescription back and looking in the computer at what the correct prescription was. We started going there a couple months ago, because we moved and had a wonderful relationship with the prior pharmacist at our past CVS, however since going to this 24 hour CVS on Academy everytime we go our medicine is out of stock and they either cannot tell me when it will actually be in or one person states one thing and the male pharmacist states another. Just dropped off a script Friday and was out, was told by one worker that it will be there today, (Monday), and then was just told by the male pharmacist that he doesnt know and he also doesnt have a CVS around that can fill any amount of my prescription and I was, already told that on Friday so I shouldnt have wasted his time. Wow. Please save your time and just go to another CVS where people care.
Your cashiers are not friendly. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. Someone needs to educate the staff on customer service.
Never used to serve pharmacy. But I’ve shopped at the store many times and I’ve always found it pleasurable.
Very helpful and willing to coordinate w/insurance changes and my needs. will go back !
This is the 2nd time ive been in this store and the last time ill ever shop here. Customer service is atrocious. You have to go on a treasure hunt to find someone to help you. The lines take forever only with 2 people in line.
A couple of weeks ago I visited this pharmacy after a frustrating day at work to grab some Tylenol. I just had dental surgery the day before and my whole face hurt. It was a rough day to say the least. I wound up having a 30 minute conversation with Shaun and Tim about all sorts of stuff and it really cheered me up (Tylenol helped too). Im glad that theyre not only hiring people who are good at customer service but just good people in general.
I would let them shut down if i could. As someone who has been a pharmacy technician and has worked for CVS, Walgreens, and Safeway this is disgusting to see in health care because they are pure lazy, uneducated. I called this pharmacy on Thursday (3/14) and spoke to a woman who was either a tech or pharmacist to have them call my current pharmacy to transfer an important prescription that is imperative to my health. She told me that it would be done lastest on Monday (it can be done in a day whether they’re busy or not) which shows laziness in their job. I call today to see if my prescription was transferred and there is absolutely nothing with me in the system. (Yes I’ve been to the cvs pharmacy before they have all of my info) I Called today (3/17) and spoke with a pharmacist called mark. I explained everything and that I called Thursday for it to be transferred. He rudely said “you want your prescription transferred or not?” He offered absolutely no condolences for being a horrible pharmacist who mansplained things i already knew from working in a pharmacy for almost 5 years and his staff for being ignorant, lazy, and unmotivated. He said it’s never happened before, so he doesn’t believe in talking to his HEALTH CARE PHARMACY STAFF ABOUT BEING CORRECT AND CORRECTING YOUR MISTAKES! He was rude the entire time on the phone, offered no help or apologizes. Personally as someone who works in health care and who has health care insurance I want to work and be around health care workers who actually give a damn about their job. You’re dealing with PEOPLE’S HEALTH CARE YOU DUNTZ. I have never been here and clearly I never will. I wouldn’t shop here either I could only imagine the works who work on the floor. I will be taking this further. IF YOURE A HORRIBLE PERSON DONT WORK IN HEALTH CARE GET ANOTHER JOB. Also since you’re the pharmacy manager you should be fired for your careless rude actions and words. Thank you to Amy who is the pharmacy manager at cvs on rangewood drive for speaking to me with kindness and care and making sure things are correct unlike this store. I told her my experience and I’m sure she is as happy as I am that I’m not coming to this store. Good luck screwing other people with health care needs.
Great staff. Clean store
Great new beautiful building next to home. I wish I could say that I enjoyed first impression here. Yesterday was in ER after body went into shock when I ran out of medication. ER doctor was shocked to find out CVS a day earlier refused to do an emergency fill of even one muscle relaxer ER doc wrote NEW script for two days (8 pills). Dropped it off and was told they were also refusing this one and to have my doctor call them instesd. (3-5 business days) wishs me luck with possibly fatal withdrawals staff at CVS pharmacy. Superb work. Zero empathy robots who will give narcos away all day, but a non scheduled muscle relaxer for spine injury and CVS wants to gamble again.
Nice place with very friendly staff compared to the competition!
Great store. Amazing pharmacists
Wasnt very impressed with the pricing. Walgreens is cheaper but staff was nice.
Pharmacy staff is slow and rude
Great Customer service
Great Pharmacy
